- the opening of the hole may be hot-formed following a step involving taking-in the edge of the said hole in order to provide a perimetral bead integral with the material of the bag and able to reinforce the gripping zone of the latter without the addition of materials.

- the label is applied (Fig. 4a) in a substantially symmetrical position (Fig. 4b) with respect to the line for cutting the bottom 1b of the bag so as to leave an adhesive strip along the first die-punched zone of the bottom (Fig. 4c) - formed before entry of the tubular element 101 into the filling machine - and an adhesive strip (Fig. 4d) along the second die-cutting zone of the mouth 1a of the bag 1, which will be performed when the bag 1 leaves the same machine.

Claims (31)
- Procédé pour former des moyens (6a, 6b) pour la préhension de sacs (1) à remplir de produits en vrac (2) dans une machine de formage-remplissage-soudage (F ; R ; S), caractérisé en ce qu' il comprend les étapes selon l'ordre suivant :(a) alimentation d'un élément tubulaire (101) dans un dispositif de découpage à l'emporte-pièce ;(b) formation d'au moins une ouverture (6b) dans une zone prédéfinie dudit élément tubulaire (101) ;(c) alimentation de l'élément tubulaire (101) dans un poste (F) de formage d'un sac (1) ;(d) réalisation d'au moins deux lignes de soudure (5b) le long de la zone inférieure (1b) du sac (1) et sur des côtés opposés dans la direction longitudinale (X-X) par rapport à ladite ouverture (6b) ;(e) transport du sac (1) jusqu'au poste de remplissage (R) et remplissage du sac ;(f) amenée du sac (1) jusqu'à un poste (S) de fermeture dudit sac ;(g) formation d'au moins deux lignes de soudure (5a) sensiblement parallèles à la direction transversale (Y-Y) et à une distance relative adaptée dans la direction longitudinale (X-X) du sac (1) ;(h) formation d'au moins une ouverture (6a) dans la zone comprise entre les deux soudures (5a) de la gueule (1a) du sac.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire (101) est alimenté par son déroulement d'une bobine (101a).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire est centré en position pendant l'étape comportant son découpage à l'emporte-pièce.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une ouverture est un trou.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une ouverture est une fente s'étendant dans la direction transversale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (6a) le long du côté où est située la gueule (1a) du sac (1) est formée pendant une étape distincte de celle de la réalisation des soudures (5a) pour fermer ledit sac.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la découpe à l'emporte-pièce est réalisée à chaud.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de découpe à l'emporte-pièce comprend une étape comportant de rentrer le bord de l'ouverture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape pour rentrer le bord de l'ouverture est réalisée au moyen d'une rotation excentrique du dispositif de découpage à l'emporte-pièce autour du centre de l'ouverture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu' il comprend une étape supplémentaire comportant l'application d'une bande de matériau (E1) sur l'élément tubulaire en amont de la première opération comportant le découpage à l'emporte-pièce du fond du sac.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande de matériau est appliquée de manière symétrique par rapport à la ligne de découpage du fond pendant le formage du sac.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande de matériau est une étiquette.
- Machine pour le formage et le remplissage de sacs munis de moyens de préhension, comprenant au moins un poste (F) pour le formage du sac (1) à partir d'un élément tubulaire (101) alimenté dans ledit poste de formage (F) par soudage du fond du sac, au moins un poste (R) pour remplir le sac avec le matériau (2) alimenté par un dispositif d'alimentation (200) et au moins un poste (S) pour souder la gueule (1a) du sac, caractérisée en ce qu' elle comprend un premier dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce placé en amont du poste de formage (F) pour former au moins une première ouverture (6b) dans l'élément tubulaire (101) dans une position correspondant à la zone du fond (1b) du sac (1) et au moins un deuxième dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce placé en aval du poste de remplissage pour former une deuxième ouverture (6a) dans la zone de la gueule (1a) du sac (1).
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu' elle comprend une bobine (101 a) d'où une bande continue dudit élément tubulaire (101) est alimentée dans le poste de formage (F).
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce comprend des moyens (501, 502) de positionnement de l'élément tubulaire (101) dans la direction longitudinale (X-X).
- Machine selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens (501) de positionnement de l'élément tubulaire (101) sont constitués par au poins une paire de galets fixes (501) et par un galet mobile (502) pour régler le centrage de l'élément tubulaire par rapport au dispositif pour le premier découpage à l'emporte-pièce de l'élément tubulaire (101).
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier dispositif de découpage à l'emporte-pièce réalise des premières ouvertures successives (6b) selon une distance d'entraxe prédéfinie.
- Machine selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que ladite distance d'entraxe des premières ouvertures (6b) dans la direction longitudinale est prédéterminée en fonction de la longueur du sac (1) dans la même direction longitudinale.
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier dispositif de découpage à l'emporte-pièce est contrôlé par des moyens (1000) de contrôle et de mise en oeuvre du cycle de machine automatique.
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que des moyens (F1O) pour souder le fond (1b) du sac sont prévus dans le poste de formage (F).
- Machine selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens (F1O) pour souder le fond (1b) sont aptes à former deux lignes de soudure (5b) s'étendant dans une direction sensiblement parallèle à la direction transversale (Y-Y) du sac et espacées l'une de l'autre dans la direction longitudinale (X-X) d'une distance donnée apte à contenir l'ouverture (6b) pour la préhension du sac.
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que des moyens (S10) pour souder la gueule (1a) du sac (1) sont prévus dans le poste de soudage (S).
- Machine selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens (S10) pour souder la gueule (1a) du sac sont aptes à former deux lignes (5a) de soudure s'étendant dans une direction sensiblement parallèle à la direction transversale (Y-Y) du sac et espacées l'une de l'autre dans la direction longitudinale (X-X) d'une distance donnée apte à contenir une deuxième ouverture (6a) pour la préhension du sac (1).
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce est disposé en aval du poste de soudage (S).
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce est apte à former des ouvertures (6a) dans une bande du sac située entre les deux soudures (5a) de la gueule dudit sac.
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce est contrôlé par des moyens (1000) pour contrôler et mettre en oeuvre le cycle de machine automatique.
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce est de type découpage à chaud.
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième dispositif (500) de découpage à l'emporte-pièce est associé à des moyens aptes à impartir une rotation excentrique de l'appareil autour du centre de l'ouverture.
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu' elle comprend un dispositif (E) pour appliquer une couche de matériau sur l'élément tubulaire (101).
- Machine selon la revendication 29, caractérisée en ce qu' elle comprend un dispositif (E) pour appliquer une couche de matériau qui est situé en amont du dispositif (500) pour, en premier, découper à l'emporte-pièce le fond du sac.
- Machine selon la revendication 30, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif (E) pour appliquer une couche de matériau est une machine à étiqueter.
