  • Another advantage lies in the fact that the opening of the said locking means 20 for locking the string is acted in a simple way and in suitable phases by the cam means 8, which are fixed at the structure of the machine.
  • An essential feature of the apparatus is represented by the fact that it does not have any external member with regards to the wrapping head, but accomplishes the application of the string on the products directly, when they are taken by the wrapping head to the usual operational stations.

Claims (13)

  1. Machine à envelopper pour confiserie, comprenant un apparat pour l'application d'une cordelette (5) aux produits (2) et une tête d'enveloppement (1) équipée avec un ensemble de moyens de prise (3) en forme de pince, angulairement distribués autour d'une axe de rotation horizontale (4) de ladite tête d'enveloppement (1), et opérés par intermittence selon cet axe de rotation (4) afin de porter les produits (2) à envelopper, portés respectivement auxdits moyens de prise (3) en forme de pince, à des stations opératives dans lesquelles un feuil d'enveloppement est enveloppé autour des produits (2), l'enveloppement est fermé et les produits (2) enveloppés sont déchargés, ledit apparat comprenant un disque (10) pour traîner une cordelette (5) qui se déroule d'une respective bobine (15) formant des moyens de guide (11) périphériques aptes à contenir ladite cordelette (5); des moyens (20) pour serrer ladite cordelette (5) le long desdits moyens de guide (11) dudit disque d'entraînement (10); des moyens (30) pour couper un segment de ladite cordelette (5) positionnés le long desdits moyens de guide (11) dudit disque d'entraînement (10); un groupe (40) pour faire avancer un ruban adhésif (6) sur un plan essentiellement vertical se trouvant en face dudit disque d'entraînement (10); un groupe (50) pour couper ledit ruban adhésif (6) et pour appliquer ledit segment de cordelette (5), au moyen dudit ruban adhésif (6) coupé, sur un respectif produit (2) porté dans la zone d'alimentation sur le ruban adhésif (6) par le groupe d'alimentation (40), caractérisée en ce que ledit disque d'entraînement (10) est positionné coaxial et rotationnellement fixé à ladite tête d'enveloppement (1), et en ce que lesdits moyens (20) pour serrer la cordelette (5) sont distribués angulairement sur le même disque d'entraînement (10) dans des positions intermédiaires par rapport aux moyens de prise (3) en forme de pince.
  2. Apparat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de guide (11) sont constitués d'une cannelure réalisée en position périphérique sur ledit disque d'entraînement (10).
  3. Apparat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (20) pour serrer ladite cordelette (5) sont respectivement constitués d'un levier (21) positionné radialement par rapport audit disque d'entraînement (10) et posé sur des gonds sur le même disque (10) au moyen d'un respectif pivot (23).
  4. Apparat selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (21) forme un dent (22) dans sa partie terminale, apte à engager une correspondante incision (12) réalisée le long du bord dudit disque d'entraînement (10), auxdits moyens de guide (11), afin de serrer la cordelette (5).
  5. Apparat selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (21) peut être tourné vers une position d'ouverture (21 a), étant sujet à un contraste élastique actionné par un ressort (26), qui se charge en pliant.
  6. Apparat selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (21) porte un rouleau (25), librement roulant, apte à engager, au moyen d'une ouverture appropriée sur ledit disque d'entraînement (10), des respectifs moyens à cames (8) liés à la structure fixe de la machine et disposés en face de la tête d'enveloppement (1), et aptes à opérer la rotation dudit levier (21) vers une position ouverte (21 a).
  7. Apparat selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens à cames (8) ont une première came (8a) et une deuxième came (8b) qui sont disposées essentiellement dans des positions diamétralement opposées par rapport à l'axe de rotation (4) de ladite tête d'enveloppement (1), et qui sont aptes à conduire la rotation dudit levier (21) dans ladite position ouverte (21 a) afin respectivement de permettre auxdits moyens (20) de serrage de serrer ladite cordelette (5) et de dégager ladite cordelette (5) lorsque le produit enveloppé est déchargé.
  8. Apparat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit disque d'entraînement (10) a une longueur périphérique, au niveau desdits moyens de guide (11), qui est égale à la longueur dudit segment de la cordelette (5) à appliquer sur le produit (2), multipliée par le nombre desdits moyens de prise (3) en forme de pince.
  9. Apparat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit disque d'entraînement (10) a, sur lesdits moyens de prise (3) en forme de pince, des respectives ouvertures (13) aptes à permettre aux produits (2) d'entrer, lorsque ils sont saisis par lesdits moyens (3) en forme de pince.
  10. Apparat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (30) de coupage portent une lame (31), fixée à l'extrémité libre d'un bras oscillant (32) et apte à intercepter, dans la position de coupage, lesdits moyens de guide (11) formés par ledit disque d'entraînement (10).
  11. Apparat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe (50) pour couper le ruban adhésif (6) et appliquer la cordelette (5) comprend une couple d'éléments pressants (51, 52), l'un supérieur et l'autre inférieur, qui sont chargés élastiquement par une tête (53) apte à être opérée, par un ensemble de leviers (54), en mouvement alternatif, en direction perpendiculaire au plan vertical où se trouve ledit disque d'entraînement (10).
  12. Apparat selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de leviers (54) est conduit par un ensemble de manivelles (55), qui est mis en marche par un bras oscillant (56) lié à l'arbre (57) d'un moteur (58), auquel un élément d'éjection (60) est aussi lié, oscillant avec une phase appropriée à l'application de ladite cordelette (5) sur ledit produit (2), afin de effectuer le déchargement du produit enveloppé (2).
  13. Apparat selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément pressant supérieur (51) porte une lame (59) pour couper ledit segment de ruban adhésif (6) à appliquer sur le produit (2).
