Abstract

Dispositif permettant de pratiquer des exercices physiques, comportant un support (1) à deux faces, à savoir une face supérieure et une face inférieure, dont l'une est sensiblement rigide tandis que l'autre est munie d'un élément souple gonflable (3) ou analogue, et caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens d'appui pour le support, permettant à l'utilisateur de pratiquer des exercices aérobiques et cardio-respiratoires et de travailler sa condition physique en général à l'aide de la face sensiblement rigide. Grâce à ces caractéristiques, le dispositif selon l'invention est réversible et permet à l'utilisateur de pratiquer des exercices aérobiques, cardio-respiratoires, d'équilibre, de proprioception et de coordination.
