Definitions
- the invention relates to a wiper plate according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Dust wipers with a wiper plate for example made of a nonwoven, related wiper plate are known. They represent an alternative to the known wet wiping devices with mop cover and are intended in particular for fast interim cleaning, in particular for the removal of dust and fibrous impurities.
- the surface of these wipes is such that it is suitable for absorbing dust and small particles as well as fibrous contaminants.
- wet wipes are also often used Application impregnated with a special cleaning fluid or soaked by a suitable device. For use, the wipes are stretched over the underside of the wiper plate facing the surface to be cleaned and fixed thereto by means of suitable fastening means. As you sweep over the area to be cleaned, dust, smaller particles, and fibers stick to the wipe.
- the prior art sponge comprises on the side facing the surface to be cleaned portions of the sponge material and portions having an abrasive surface.
- the surface of the abrasive portions is offset upwardly from the sponge portions so that the abrasive portions do not come into contact with the surface to be cleaned when no pressure is applied to the sponge.
- the abrasive sections consist of a solid and rough material.
- the cleaning effect of the sponge results from the release of dirt through the abrasive sections and the inclusion of the dissolved dirt particles through the sponge sections.
- the functional principle of the abrasive material consists of the abrasive action of the rough surface.
- the operating principle of the sponge described above is not suitable for use in conjunction with cleaning cloths, as on the one hand by the abrasive portions wear the cloths quickly and on the other by the cleaning cloths the abrasive abrasive layer is ineffective, since the abrasive surface does not interfere with the to be cleaned surface engages.
- the sponge sections can not pick up dirt particles when using cleaning cloths, since they also do not directly touch the surface to be cleaned.
- a mop plate for receiving a replaceable wipe with a plate-shaped support plate known.
- the support plate is provided on one side with a cushion, wherein in the corner areas recesses are provided in the cushion, in which grippers are arranged with bristles. These grippers with bristles are arranged so that they do not protrude beyond the cushion and serve to fix a wipe.
- the invention has for its object to further develop the wiper plate described above so that even firmly adhering contaminants are releasable and receivable.
- the foam body has at least one recess in which at least one non-elastic die connected to the carrier plate is arranged, which has a length which is equal to or less than the height of the foam body in the unclaimed state and that the punch by exercise from pressure on the carrier plate and the compressed foam body with the side facing away from the wiping surface of the wipe is at least brought into contact.
- the stamp of the support plate have no scouring effect, but improve the wiping result in heavy pollution solely by a higher contact pressure of the stamp on the surface to be cleaned due to a smaller effective area. It is therefore not necessary to provide the abrasive surface with a scouring surface, which would make the use of the wiper plate in conjunction with wipes impossible.
- the wipes must not be provided with a scouring surface for the above reason also. However, the use of wipes with at least partially abrasive surface is not excluded.
- the punches can be 0 to 10 mm shorter than the height of the foam body in the unloaded state. At these intervals, the use of the abrasive punch can be dosed with little effort.
- the ratio of the sum across all cross-sectional areas of the punches to the total area of the wiper plate can be between 1:10 and 1: 100. In these area ratios, the effect of the stamp is particularly good at the same time large contact surface in the foam body in unloaded condition.
- the ratio can be 1:50.
- a ratio of 1:50 corresponds to the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all bristles to the total cleaning surface of a conventional scrubber, ie when the structured functional surface is actuated, approximately the same contact pressure is achieved on the surface to be cleaned as when using a scrubber.
- the punches can be connected in the same material and in one piece with the carrier plate.
- the production of the wiper device is thereby simple and inexpensive, since the number of manufacturing steps is reduced.
- the punches can be positively or materially connected to the carrier plate.
- the separate production of punch and carrier plate, the geometries of the stamp can be changed without requiring a change in the production tool for the wiper plate. It is possible during production and later to assemble different forms of punches.
- the stamp may be formed as ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the carrier plate. By the ribs a linear contact pressure is achieved on the surface to be cleaned.
- the ribs may extend over the entire width of the carrier plate. As a result, the entire longitudinal extent of the carrier plate can be used effectively in an abrasive manner.
- the ribs may extend over more than 50% of the longitudinal extent of the carrier plate. By a smaller effective area of the ribs, the abrasive effect can be increased by the greater contact pressure.
- the ribs may be disposed at an angle, preferably about 45 °, to the side edges of the wiper plate. As a result, a cleaning result can be achieved, which is largely independent of the direction of movement of the wiper plate.
- the stamp may be formed as pins which may be evenly distributed over the entire bottom or only partially in the region of the handle of the support plate.
- the pin-like projections a point-like contact pressure is achieved on the surface to be cleaned, which is particularly advantageous for heavy soiling on smaller areas.
- the foam body may consist of a polymeric organic material. Foams made of polymeric organic material absorb no moisture, which means that its properties remain the same during wet and dry cleaning.
- the foam body may be formed by an open-pore foam. As a result, the foam body store cleaning liquid that can be delivered to the wipe when the foam body is compressed.
- the foam body may be provided on the surface of the foam body facing the surface to be cleaned at least in a partial region with raised projecting strips, which have regions of a different height in the direction of their course.
- raised projecting strips which have regions of a different height in the direction of their course.
- the area of the wiper plate facing the surface to be cleaned may be convexly curved.
- convex curvature is by rolling the Wiper plate during forward and backward movement a recording of contamination over the entire surface allows.
- the carrier plate may consist of polymeric material. Elements made of polymeric materials are easy to manufacture and polymeric materials are inexpensive.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a wiper plate according to the preamble of
Dust wipers with a wiper plate, for example made of a nonwoven, related wiper plate are known. They represent an alternative to the known wet wiping devices with mop cover and are intended in particular for fast interim cleaning, in particular for the removal of dust and fibrous impurities. The surface of these wipes is such that it is suitable for absorbing dust and small particles as well as fibrous contaminants. In addition to dry wipes, wet wipes are also often used Application impregnated with a special cleaning fluid or soaked by a suitable device. For use, the wipes are stretched over the underside of the wiper plate facing the surface to be cleaned and fixed thereto by means of suitable fastening means. As you sweep over the area to be cleaned, dust, smaller particles, and fibers stick to the wipe. Since the wipes, in contrast to the thick and absorbent wet mop covers are very thin, it is known to provide the wiper plate underside with a plastic foam pad to improve the wiping behavior. This plastic foam pad improves particulate soiling on the wipe surface and thus reduces the risk of scratching during the wiping process.
Firmly adhering local soiling can only be solved and absorbed with great effort by means of these wipers.
The abrasive sections consist of a solid and rough material. The cleaning effect of the sponge results from the release of dirt through the abrasive sections and the inclusion of the dissolved dirt particles through the sponge sections. The functional principle of the abrasive material consists of the abrasive action of the rough surface.
The operating principle of the sponge described above is not suitable for use in conjunction with cleaning cloths, as on the one hand by the abrasive portions wear the cloths quickly and on the other by the cleaning cloths the abrasive abrasive layer is ineffective, since the abrasive surface does not interfere with the to be cleaned surface engages. The sponge sections can not pick up dirt particles when using cleaning cloths, since they also do not directly touch the surface to be cleaned.
The invention has for its object to further develop the wiper plate described above so that even firmly adhering contaminants are releasable and receivable.
This object has been achieved with a wiper plate with the features of
Auf vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen nehmen die Unteransprüche Bezug. In advantageous embodiments, the dependent claims relate.
To solve the problem, the foam body has at least one recess in which at least one non-elastic die connected to the carrier plate is arranged, which has a length which is equal to or less than the height of the foam body in the unclaimed state and that the punch by exercise from pressure on the carrier plate and the compressed foam body with the side facing away from the wiping surface of the wipe is at least brought into contact.
The stamp of the support plate have no scouring effect, but improve the wiping result in heavy pollution solely by a higher contact pressure of the stamp on the surface to be cleaned due to a smaller effective area. It is therefore not necessary to provide the abrasive surface with a scouring surface, which would make the use of the wiper plate in conjunction with wipes impossible. The wipes must not be provided with a scouring surface for the above reason also. However, the use of wipes with at least partially abrasive surface is not excluded.
The punches can be 0 to 10 mm shorter than the height of the foam body in the unloaded state. At these intervals, the use of the abrasive punch can be dosed with little effort.
The ratio of the sum across all cross-sectional areas of the punches to the total area of the wiper plate can be between 1:10 and 1: 100. In these area ratios, the effect of the stamp is particularly good at the same time large contact surface in the foam body in unloaded condition.
In an advantageous embodiment, the ratio can be 1:50. A ratio of 1:50 corresponds to the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all bristles to the total cleaning surface of a conventional scrubber, ie when the structured functional surface is actuated, approximately the same contact pressure is achieved on the surface to be cleaned as when using a scrubber.
The punches can be connected in the same material and in one piece with the carrier plate. The production of the wiper device is thereby simple and inexpensive, since the number of manufacturing steps is reduced.
The punches can be positively or materially connected to the carrier plate. The separate production of punch and carrier plate, the geometries of the stamp can be changed without requiring a change in the production tool for the wiper plate. It is possible during production and later to assemble different forms of punches.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the stamp may be formed as ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the carrier plate. By the ribs a linear contact pressure is achieved on the surface to be cleaned.
The ribs may extend over the entire width of the carrier plate. As a result, the entire longitudinal extent of the carrier plate can be used effectively in an abrasive manner.
The ribs may extend over more than 50% of the longitudinal extent of the carrier plate. By a smaller effective area of the ribs, the abrasive effect can be increased by the greater contact pressure.
The ribs may be disposed at an angle, preferably about 45 °, to the side edges of the wiper plate. As a result, a cleaning result can be achieved, which is largely independent of the direction of movement of the wiper plate.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the stamp may be formed as pins which may be evenly distributed over the entire bottom or only partially in the region of the handle of the support plate. The pin-like projections a point-like contact pressure is achieved on the surface to be cleaned, which is particularly advantageous for heavy soiling on smaller areas.
In one embodiment of the invention, the foam body may consist of a polymeric organic material. Foams made of polymeric organic material absorb no moisture, which means that its properties remain the same during wet and dry cleaning.
The foam body may be formed by an open-pore foam. As a result, the foam body store cleaning liquid that can be delivered to the wipe when the foam body is compressed.
The foam body may be provided on the surface of the foam body facing the surface to be cleaned at least in a partial region with raised projecting strips, which have regions of a different height in the direction of their course. As a result of the elevations, larger contact forces are also generated, which further increases the abrasive effect of the wiper plate. Due to the elevations of the foam body, a wiper plate with two zones with different degrees of cleaning effect can be realized, on the one hand the punches and on the other hand, the increases of the strips.
The area of the wiper plate facing the surface to be cleaned may be convexly curved. By the convex curvature is by rolling the Wiper plate during forward and backward movement a recording of contamination over the entire surface allows.
The carrier plate may consist of polymeric material. Elements made of polymeric materials are easy to manufacture and polymeric materials are inexpensive.
