Abstract

Dispositif publicitaire sonore pouvant contenir tous type de produits alimentaire
Il est constitué d'un gobelet (1) et d'un système sonore composé d'une membrane (7) tendu et serti grâce à un support cylindrique (3) et une bague de fixation (8).
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à émettre une ambiance sonore

Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de contenir des produits alimentaires solides ou liquides, qui une fois consommée permet à celui-ci d'être utilisé tel un instrument a vent.
  • L'introduction d'instruments a vent est actuellement interdit à l'intérieur d'enceintes sportives, ils sont en effet considères comme des projectiles lourds susceptibles de blesser des personnes.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient et d'apporter une fonction supplémentaire aux gobelets déjà utilisés par les spectateurs.
  • Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un gobelet présentant un fond détachable, qui une fois ôté, permet de transformer notre récipient en pavillon.
  • La deuxième caractéristique est un cylindre creux inséré à la base du gobelet, muni d'une chambre a pression, qui permet de mettre en vibration une membrane souple. Par un léger souffle d'air dans l'orifice du cylindre, la pression d'air exercée sur la membrane, met celle-ci en vibration et émet un son, amplifié par le gobelet devenu pavillon. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
    • La figure 1 en coupe, représente le dispositif de l'invention.
    • La figure 2 en coupe, représente une variante de ce dispositif
  • En référence à la figure 1, le dispositif comporte un gobelet (1), muni à sa base d'une pastille détachable (2), d'un cylindre (3) muni d'un orifice (4) a l'intérieur un deuxième cylindre (5), qui permet de réaliser-la chambre de pression (6), d'une membrane (7) souple et tendue, insérée à la base du cylindre (3) et solidarisée par une bague de fixation (8).
  • Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 2, le gobelet (1) est solidaire du cylindre(3), la pastille détachable (2)ce retire de l'intérieur du gobelet.

Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif,en particulier gobelet, permettant de contenir des produits alimentaires solides ou liquides et pouvant être utilisé tel un instrument à vent une fois ces produits consommés, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte à sa base un cylindre (3) muni d'un orifice (4),à l'intérieur un deuxième cylindre (5) permettant de réaliser une chambre de pression (6), et une membrane (7) souple et tendue insérée à la base du cylindre (3), en sorte qu'un léger souffle d'air dans l'orifice du cylindre mette la membrane en vibration en émettant un son.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé qu'il comporte un fond détachable (2) qui, une fois ôté, permet de transformer le récipient en pavillon et d'amplifier le son émis par la membrane.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le fond détachable est constitué par une pastille (2) qui se retire de l'intérieur du gobelet.
