Abstract
Zum Reinigen eines zur maschinellen Serienbeschichtung von Werkstücken dienenden Zerstäubers (1) in einem hierfür vorgesehenen Reinigungsgerät (10) wird das Außengehäuse des Zerstäubers (1) von Düsen des Reinigungsgeräts (10) besprüht, während gleichzeitig von dem Sprühkopf (3) des Zerstäubers (1) in einem Kurzspülvorgang abgesprühte Farb- und Spülmedien durch einen in dem Innenraum des Reinigungsgeräts (10) befindlichen Rohrkörper (30) aufgefangen und abgeführt werden. Bei elektrostatischen Zerstäubern (1) erfolgt zuvor eine Potenzialangleichung zwischen dem Zerstäuber (1) und dem Reinigungsgerät (10). Durch zusätzliche Maßnahmen wird erreicht, dass der Zerstäuber (1) von der dafür vorgesehenen Handhabungsmaschine nur aus einer richtigen Richtung zu dem Reinigungsgerät (10) bewegt werden kann. To clean an atomizer (1) used for automatic series coating of workpieces in a cleaning device (10) provided for this purpose, the outer housing of the atomizer (1) is sprayed by nozzles of the cleaning device (10), while at the same time sprayed by the spray head (3) of the atomizer (1 ) sprayed in a short rinse color and rinsing media by a in the interior of the cleaning device (10) located tubular body (30) are collected and removed. In electrostatic atomizers (1), a potential equalization between the atomizer (1) and the cleaning device (10) takes place beforehand. By additional measures it is achieved that the atomizer (1) can be moved by the dedicated handling machine only from a right direction to the cleaning device (10).
