A lever (50) is pivoted on the slide and its other end is linked to a second lever. The other end of this slides in a second slot (34) in the lower end of the leg.

Description

The present invention relates to a scissors lift table with a platform which can be spaced from the ground by pivoting in front of below the platform arranged Scherengliedem.

A generic scissor lift table is from the DE 199 16 509 known, in which the scissor members, which are connected to each other at a common axis of rotation, are pivoted against each other by means of a spindle drive, which is between the legs of the scissor members, which are adjacent to the platform, and these can move towards each other. In this case, more uniform leverage forces over the stroke area, in particular in the lower position of the platform achieved in that the spreader is hinged to the first end of a lever whose second opposite end is guided on a guide track on the opposite lower leg of the other scissor member. The second end of this lever is also hinged to a second rocker arm, the other end is hinged to the upper leg of that scissor member on which the spreader 40 is guided, but in a region between spreader 40 and the common axis of rotation. In this way, the known lever arrangement that the Spreader is supported via a V-shaped lever assembly on the underlying portion of the other scissor member.

Abgabe der ErfindungDelivery of the invention

It is the object of the present invention to provide an arrangement for a scissor lift table, with which an even more uniform distribution of the lifting forces over the entire stroke range can be achieved.

The invention according to claim 1 will now be described in more detail with reference to the figure, in which
  • FIG. 1 a schematic side view of a scissor lift table according to the invention with a pair of scissor members and spindle drive shows and
  • FIG. 2 a schematic side view of a scissor lift table according to the invention with a pair of scissor members and sling shows.

According to the invention, it is provided to equip a scissor lift table with at least one pair of scissor members 20, 30 and a platform 1 arranged above it, in which the pair of scissor members 20, 30 is connected to one another rotatably in a common axis of rotation 2. In the following, the description refers to a pair of scissor members, but preferably two of which are arranged parallel to each other below the platform and several can be arranged behind each other, so that in each case a pair of scissor members is articulated with its first ends to the second ends of a further pair of scissor members ,

The upper leg 21 of the first scissor member 20 and the upper leg 31 of the second scissor member 30 adjoin the platform 1, the lower leg 22 of the first scissor member 20 and the lower leg 32 of the second scissor member 30 are the upper legs 21 and 31st opposite and are separated by the common axis of rotation 2 of these.

An expansion body 40 is arranged displaceably on a first guide track, which is located on the upper leg 31. The expansion body 40 is drivable in the direction of the upper leg 21 movable. The movable drive of the expansion body 40 in the direction of the upper leg 21 can be realized by a known spindle drive with motor 42 and spindle 41 which is disposed between the upper leg 21 and the spreader 40 to the distance between spreader 40 and the point of application 23rd of the spindle drive on the upper leg 21 to change. The point of application 23 on the upper leg 21 can be designed as a pivotable mounting. In this embodiment, the spindle nut is preferably included in the expansion body 40, in which the spindle 41 is rotatably mounted.

In this first embodiment of the drive, shown schematically in FIG FIG. 1 a spindle drive moves the expansion body 40 toward or away from the point of application 23, the point of application 23 being arranged in the region of the upper leg 21 of the scissor member 20 or being indirectly connected thereto, for example by attachment to the platform, so that when moving the spreader 40 by rotation of a spindle which is guided in a spindle nut of the spreader 40, spreader 40 and point 23 can be moved toward or away from each other.

In an alternative embodiment, the spreader 40 is drivable by at least one belt drive in the direction of the point of application 23 drivable.

Such a belt drive, schematically in FIG. 2 is controlled by a motor drive shortened and extendable, for example, by a motor-driven worm gear that is controllable to the belt by means of driven rollers on or unwind. In this embodiment, it is essential that the length of the belt 43 controlled between spreader 40 and point 23 can be shortened or extended, while the motor drive between point 23 and spreader 40 may be arranged, or the belt may be connected via a first guide roller 44, which is arranged in the point of application 23, and a second deflection roller 45, which is arranged in the region of the common axis of rotation 2, to be deflected and be shortened and extendable by a motor drive, which is arranged on the lower leg 32. In the latter arrangement of the belt 43 occurs further support the spreading of the scissor members in that the second guide roller 45 at a distance from the common Rotary axis either the upper leg 21 or the lower leg 32 or a respective deflection roller 45 and 45 'on both of these legs 21 and 32 is arranged.

According to the invention, it is provided that the expansion body 40 is articulated at a first end 51 of a first lever 50, the second end 52 of this first lever 50 being articulated at a first end 61 of a second lever 60. The second end 62 of the second lever 60 is slidably guided on a second guide track 34 which is arranged on the lower leg 32 of the second scissor member 30. The second guideway 34 is located above the second end 62, i. between the second end 62 and platform 1, so that the second end 62 runs from below against the second guide track 34. The second lever 60 is pivotally mounted on the lower leg 22 in its pivot point 63. This pivot point 63 is disposed between the first end 61 and the second end 62 of the second lever 60.

The interaction of the first lever 50, which is arranged between spreader 40 and second lever 60, wherein the lever 60 is articulated on the lower leg 22 in the pivot point 63, causes the forces required when lifting or lowering the platform 1, the forces between spreader 40 and attack point 23 are to be reduced and are about the same size over the entire pivoting range. This uniform force relationships between open and closed state of the scissor members 20 and 30 with raised or lowered platform 1 result in the inventive scissor lift table from the fact that the second pivot arm 60 as an additional lever between the second guide track on the lower leg 32 and the first Lever 50 acts around its pivot point 63, so that the first lever 50 supports the expansion body 40 to move the upper leg toward each other when a force between spreader 40 and point 23 acts and these moves toward each other.

In a preferred embodiment, the first guide track 33 is designed in its upper portion 33A, which is arranged in the direction of the upper leg 31, in the form of a curved upward curve in the direction of the platform, while its lower portion 33B, which in the direction of the has common axis of rotation 2, approximately in a straight line parallel or at a shallow angle inclined to the upper leg 31 is designed.

The second guide track 34 on the lower leg 32 may be approximately straight, approximately parallel to the lower leg 32, or at a slight angle thereto. However, an embodiment is preferred in which the second guideway 34 in the form of a cam control in an upper portion 34A facing towards the common axis of rotation 2 has an arcuate course directed towards the platform 1 facing towards the bottom, i. to the side facing away from the platform 1 of the lower leg 32 is open and concave and the second end 62 of the second lever 60 slidably receives, while an adjacent lower portion 34 B of the second guide track 34 in the direction away from the common axis of rotation 2 approximately parallel to the lower Leg 32 may be linear or may have a curved course, which bulges slightly convex towards the bottom.

In these preferred embodiments of the second guideway 34 as a cam control, a particularly favorable lever ratio is made possible in particular when lifting the platform from the lowermost position, since the second end 62 of the second pivot lever 60 in the upper portion 34A of the second guideway 34 is displaceable, so that with little movement the upper legs 21 and 31 to each other to substantially no change in position of the second end 62 of the second lever 60 takes place. Therefore, the first lever 50 in this position, the movement of the spreader 40 particularly favorable on the first guide track 33, while in a further raised state of the platform 1, the second end 62 of the second lever 60 in the lower portion 34 B of the second guide track 34 passes , so now the movement of the lower leg 32 down, ie opposite the platform 1 causes its first end 61 to move upwards, i. is pivoted in the direction of the platform 1, so that the first lever 50 transmits this upward movement on the spreader 40 on.
