Abstract

A pouring closure includes a flange for welding onto a combipack or to the foil material of a container sealed with the foil material, along with an upwardly projecting circular rim thereon and a rotatable combined lid and pouring nozzle that can be clipped onto the upwardly projecting circular rim, which forms a piercing edge arrangement. Der in dieser Weise aufgeklipste kombinierte Deckel und Ausgiesser 3 ist jedoch auf diesem Rand 2 längs desselben gleitend verdrehbar gelagert. Auf seiner Vorderseite ist am Deckel und Ausgiesser 3 eine Ausgiess-Lippe 15 mit scharfer Abrisskante ausgeformt. Aus diesem Deckel 3 ist ein Teil 7 der Deckelkappe 5 um ein längs einer Sekante über diese Deckelkappe 5 verlaufendes Filmscharnier 11 nach oben schwenkbar. Angrenzend an dieses Filmscharnier 11 verläuft ein Steg 10 über die Deckelkappe 5 und der andere Rand des Stegs 10 wird von einem weiteren Filmscharnier 12 gebildet, um welches ein zweiter Teil 8 des Deckels 3 in gegenläufigem Sinne zum Teil 7 nach oben schwenkbar ist. Am schwenkbaren Teil 7 ist in der Nähe des Filmscharniers 11 eine senkrecht nach unten abstehende Wand 24 angeformt. Dieser Stechschneider 9 ist hier nicht im Schnitt dargestellt, weil er sich ganz aussen, am dortigen Ende des Filmscharniers 11 befindet. Die Lage eines zweiten Stechschneiders 20, der in der hier gezeigten Schnittdarstellung eigentlich nicht sichtbar wäre, weil er sich über der Zeichnungsblattebene befindet, wurde zum leichteren Verständnis trotzdem strichliniert angedeutet. Beim Drehen des Deckels und Ausgiessers 3 wirkt der hier gezeigte Stechschneider 9 als Messer. Seine Klinge 19 schneidet die Verbundpackung längs des innenrandes der Auskragung 2 auf. Durch den vergrössert dargestellten Ausschnitt E ist gezeigt, wie der Deckel mit seinem Rand 6 an der Auskragung 2 am Flansch 1 gehalten ist. Auf der Innenseite ist eine Kreisnut 14 vorhanden, in welche ein Wulst 13 an der Aussenseite der Auskragung 2 einpasst. Ein nach unten ragender zusätzlicher Kragen 34 ist an der Deckelunterseite angeformt, und dieser Kragen 34 weist hier einen Höcker 33 auf. Wie man aus der Figur 12 erkennt, welche den Verschluss in einer Ansicht von unten zeigt, sind zwei derartige Höcker 33 an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten am Kragen 34 angeformt. In Figur 13 ist eine dritte Variante des Ausgiesser-Verschlusses gezeigt. Als Besonderheit bleibt bei dieser Variante der hintere Deckelteil auch im Gebrauchszustand, also bei geöffnetem Verschluss, geschlossen. Der Deckel 3 besteht hier aus der eigentlichen Deckelkappe 32 sowie einem dazugehörigen Deckelring 33, die beide über ein Band 34 miteinander verbunden sind, sodass sie einstückig in einem Vorgang gespritzt werden können. Der hintere Deckelteil weist ein Loch 35 auf, welches in geöffnetem Zustand des Verschluss, also mit aufgeklapptem vorderen Deckelteil 7, offen ist und als Lufteinlass dient. In Figur 14 ist diese dritte Variante des Verschlusses mit hochgeklapptem vorderen Deckelteil 7 und von schräg vorne gesehen dargestellt. Auf der Unterseite des aufklappbaren vorderen Deckelteils 7 ist eine gekrümmte, insgesamt U-förmige Rippe 36 angeformt, wobei die Enden der Schenkel des gebildeten U's die beiden Stechschneider 9,20 bilden. In der Mitte, innerhalb dieser U-förmigen Rippe 36, ist eine weitere Rippe 37 angeformt, die an ihrem hinteren bzw. hier unteren Ende einen bolzenartigen Stopfen 38 trägt. Beim Zuklappen des Deckelteils 7 wird dieser Stopfen 38 aufgeschwenkt und dringt von unten dichtend in das Loch 35 im hinteren Deckelteil ein. Die Figur 15 zeigt diese dritte Variante des Verschlusses mit ihren beiden Spritzteilen, im Zustand vor der Montage. Der ganze Verschluss besteht also aus zwei einzigen Spritzteilen, nämlich aus dem Unterteil mit Flansch 1 sowie dem Deckel 3 bestehend aus einem Deckelring 33 und einer über das Verbindungsband 34 daran angeformten Deckelkappe. Unten am hinteren Teil der Deckelkappe sind Einrastelemente 39 angeformt, die in entsprechende Einrastlöcher 40 im Deckelring 33 einpassen und dort dichtend einrasten, wenn die Deckelkappe auf den Deckelring 33 aufgesteckt wird. An den Aussenseiten der Stechschneider 9,20 weisen diese je einen Achsbolzen 41 auf. An der Unterseite des Deckelringes 33 sind dazu passende Achslager 42 ausgeformt und am Verschluss-Unterteil sind Ausbuchtungen 43 zur Aufnahme der Achsbolzen 41 vorhanden.FIG. 13 shows a third variant of the spout closure. FIG. 15 shows this third variant of the closure with its two molded parts, in the state before assembly. The entire closure thus consists of two single molded parts, namely from the lower part with flange 1 and the lid 3 consisting of a cover ring 33 and a cover cap 34 integrally formed thereon via the connecting band. At the bottom of the rear part of the lid cap latching elements 39 are formed, which fit into corresponding latching holes 40 in the cover ring 33 and there sealingly engage when the lid cap is fitted onto the cover ring 33. On the outer sides of the lancing cutters 9, 20 each have an axle bolt 41. At the bottom of the cover ring 33 matching axle bearings 42 are formed and on the closure lower part bulges 43 for receiving the axle bolts 41 are present.

Wird nun der vordere Deckelteil 7 aufgeschwenkt, so schwenken die beiden Stechschneider 9,20 nach unten und stechen die Folie auf, auf welche der Verschluss mit der Unterseite des Flansches 1 aufgeschweisst oder aufgeklebt ist. Hernach kann der Deckel 3 mitsamt seinem Deckelring 33 gedreht werden, sodass die Stechschneider 9,20 nun als Messer wirken und die Dichtfolie längs des Deckelring-Umfanges aufschneiden.FIG. 17 shows the completely assembled pouring spout according to this third variant, viewed obliquely from below. Claims (10)

  1. Pouring closure with piercing edge arrangement for combipacks or containers sealed with foil material consisting of a flange (1) for the welding on to a combipack or to the foil material of a container sealed with that and a circular rim (2) projecting upwards thereon, characterized in that a twistable combined lid (3) and pouring nozzle that can be clipped on to this rim (2), which forms a piercing edge arrangement (4).
  2. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to claim 1 characterised by the fact that the combined lid (3) and pouring nozzle that can be clipped on the rim (2) forms a lid cap (5), whose rim (6) projecting downwards can be clipped on the circular rim (2) projecting upwards on the flange (1) rotatable on the same, and that the piercing edge arrangement (4) is realised, in which minimum one part (7) of the cap lid (5) can be open from the lid surface around a swinging axis whereby minimum one piercing cutter (9) formed on the lower side of the part (7) behind the swinging axis near the edge of the cap rim (6), with piercing edge blade (19) and cutting edge projecting downward can be folding up beyond the level of the bottom side of the flange (1) and can be moved in this swung position by rotating the lid cap (5) on the rim (2) along the same.
  3. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to one of the previous claims characterised by the fact that the combined lid (3) and pouring nozzle that can be clipped on the rim (2) forms a lid cap (5), whose rim (6) projecting downwards can be clipped on the circular rim (2) projecting upwards on the flange (1) rotatable on the same, and that the piercing edge arrangement (4) is realised, in which minimum one part (7) of the cap lid (5) can be open from the lid surface around a swinging axis whereby two piercing cutters (9,20) formed on the lower side of the part (7) behind its swinging axis near the edge of the cap rim (6) with piercing edge blades (19,21) can be folding up beyond the level of the bottom side of the flange (1) and can be moved in this swung position by rotating the lid cap (5) on the rim (3) along the same.
  4. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to claim 3 characterised by the fact that the two piercing cutters (9,20) with cutting blades (19,21) formed on the lower side of the part (7) that can be open are so formed on the part (7) that, for part (7) open vertical to the lid upper side, the cutting edge of that cutting blade (19) of the piercing cutter (9), which develops a cutting action at first in the direction to the front side of the closure for a rotation of the lid cap (5) in the counter clockwise direction, lies further removed from the swinging axis than the cutting edge of the cutting blade (21) directed backwards of the piercing cutter (20) arranged opposite, which develops a cutting action at first in the direction to the rear side of the closure.
  5. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to one of the previous claims characterised by the fact that, behind the part (7) of the cap lid (5) with the piercing edge arrangement (4) that can be open, a second part (8) of the cap lid (5) can be open in contra-rotating swinging direction around a parallel swinging axis (12) displaced from the swinging axis of the first part (7).
  6. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to one of the claims 1 to 5 characterised by the fact that the lid (3) consists of a lid cap and a single-piece lid ring (33) hanging on it via a band 34, on which it can be fixed by means of engaging elements (39,40), in which the lid rear part has a vent hole (35) and a plug (38) is formed on the front lid lower side, which enters into the vent hole airtight during the folding up of the front lid part (7) and that the piercing cutters (9,20) have axle pins (41) on their outer sides, which fit in the axle bearing (42) on the bottom rim of the lid ring (33) and that the lid ring (33) can be fixed on the projection (2) on the closure lower part.
  7. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to claim 5 characterised by the fact that the two parts (7,8) of the cap lid (5) lying opposite can be open from the lid surface against each other whereby the cap lid (5) forms a strap (10) along a secant on whose two edges the two parts (7,8) that can be open are formed that can be swung via an internal hinges (11,12), in which each piercing cutter (9,20) formed on the bottom side of the one part (7) near the edge of the cap rim (6) can be swung beyond the level of the bottom side of the flange (1) and can be moved in this swung position by rotating the lid cap (5) on the rim (2) along the same.
  8. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to one of the previous claims characterised by the fact that the combined lid and pouring nozzle (3) that can be clipped on the rim (2) forms a lid cap (5), whose downwards projecting rim (6) can be clipped on to the upwards projecting circular rim (2) on the flange (1) rotatable on the same, in which the circular rim (2) has a bulge (13) along its outer side running around its circumference and the lid cap (5) has a groove (14) matching to this bulge (13) on the inner side of its downwards projecting rim (6).
  9. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to one of the previous claims characterised by the fact that the combined lid and pouring nozzle (3) that can be clipped on to the rim (2) forms a pouring lip (15) sticking out from it radially on that side from which the part (7) of the cap lid containing the piercing edge arrangement (4) can be open.
  10. Pouring out closure with piercing edge arrangement according to one of the previous claims characterised by the fact that the combined lid and pouring nozzle (3) that can be clipped on to the rim (2) forms a lid cap (5), whose downwards projecting rim (6) can be clipped on to the upwards projecting circular rim (2) on the flange (1) and rotatable on the same, in which minimum one part (7,8) of the cap lid (5) can be open from the lid surface, and that outer lower rim of this part (7,8) forms a step (16), which fits in a similar step (27) on the upper rim of the upwards projecting rim (2) on the flange (1), and whereby a gripping groove (18) is formed on the front side of the parts (7,8) that can be open, which overlaps the rim (2) on its outer side projecting downwards in the folding up condition.
