Claims (6)

  1. Outil à denture en forme de barre comprenant une barre de laminage (10) et des moyens d'application sur un chariot d'une machine-outil, sachant que la barre de laminage (10) a approximativement une forme de rectangle en coupe transversale et présentant une denture (12, 14) sur des côtés longitudinaux opposés et que, sur les autres côtés longitudinaux opposés, des moyens comprenant un dispositif de serrage sont prévus pour la fixer dans la machine-outil,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens présentent sur les autres côtés longitudinaux opposés à chaque fois deux surfaces d'appui opposées (24, 26, 28, 30) et orientées à chaque fois dans la direction de la denture (12, 14) correspondante pour l'installation sur des surfaces de palier distantes et parallèles (32, 34) du dispositif de serrage, et ce dispositif de serrage présente des moyens de serrage qui permettent de pousser les surfaces d'appui (24, 26, 28, 30) contre les surfaces de palier (32, 34).
  2. Outil à denture selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de serrage présentent à chaque fois deux surfaces de serrage (38, 40), orientées de manière opposée sur chacun des autres côtés longitudinaux opposés de la barre de laminage (10), qui forment à chaque fois un profil cunéiforme avec une surface d'appui associée (24, 26, 28, 30),
    le dispositif de serrage présente un premier corps de serrage longitudinal (36) qui comprend les surfaces de palier (32, 34) ainsi qu'un évidement longitudinal (42) au-dessus d'une surface de palier (34) dont la coupe transversale est complémentaire avec le profil cunéiforme, et
    le dispositif de serrage présente un deuxième corps de serrage (44) qui comprend une surface oblique (46) coopérant avec la surface de serrage (38 respectivement 40) de la barre de laminage (10) qui lui fait face, des moyens étant prévus pour précontraindre le deuxième corps de serrage (44) de telle sorte que les surfaces d'appui (24, 26, 28, 30) soient appuyées contre les surfaces de palier associées (32, 34).
  3. Outil à denture selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le deuxième corps de serrage (44) présente une deuxième surface oblique (48) qui diverge de la première surface oblique (46) vers l'extérieur, cette deuxième surface oblique (48) coopérant avec une surface oblique (50) complémentaire du premier corps de serrage (36), et au moins une vis de serrage (52) étant prévue pour serrer le deuxième corps de serrage (44) contre le premier corps de serrage (36), ce qui permet de pousser un profil cunéiforme dans l'évidement complémentaire (42) et de pousser les surfaces d'appui (24, 26, 28, 30) contre les surfaces de palier (32, 34) pour fixer la barre de laminage (10) dans sa position serrée.
  4. Outil à denture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les surfaces d'appui (24, 26, 28, 30) ont approximativement la longueur de la barre de laminage (10) et les surfaces de palier (32, 34) s'étendent au moins sur une longueur correspondant à la longueur des surfaces d'appui (24 à 30).
  5. Outil à denture selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le deuxième corps de serrage (44) est de même longueur que le premier corps de serrage (36).
  6. Outil à denture selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier et/ou deuxième corps de serrage (44, 46) est formé d'une seule pièce.
