In seinem Auslaufbereich ist der Inliner mit dem allgemein mit (1) bezifferten Auslaufstutzen versehen, der einen oberseitigen Randkragen (2) an dem allgemein mit (3) bezifferten und aus einem Kunststoffmaterial bestehenden Gehäuse aufweist, der mit dem Folienmaterial des Inliners zu verkleben oder zu verschweißen ist und danach eine Einheit mit dem Inlinermaterial bildet, um einen Folieninliner mit Befüllungsdrehverschluß und Auslaufstutzen darzustellen, der in ein Behältnis wie beispielsweise ein Faß aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, wie in Figur 4 dargestellt, eingesetzt werden kann. Insgesamt soll ein derartiger Inliner zum Beispiel zur Bevorratung und zum Transport von Lebensmitteln wie Fruchtsaftkonzentrat benutzt werden können. Der Auslaufstutzen (1) hat einen Hebel (4), der mit einer allgemein mit (5) bezeichnete Verschlußklappe verbunden ist, die über den Hebel zu verdrehen ist. An dem Hebel ist eine Schneidvorrichtung (6) angeordnet, in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ein Perforationsmesser, das eine in Figur 1 nicht dargestellte, jedoch in Figur 3 ersichtliche und dort mit Ziffer (7) bezifferte Perforationsfolie einschneidet, die den Auslaufstutzen im noch nicht eingeschnittenen bzw. perforierten Zustand nach außen hin hermetisch abschirmt, so daß besondere Anforderungen an die Keimfreiheit des eingefüllten Materials, beispielsweise des Fruchtsaftkonzentrats, während der Lagerung und des Transportes im Bereich des Auslaufstutzens sichergestellt sein kann. Dazu ist vor der Befüllung der Inliner für dessen aseptische Ausführung sterilisiert worden, zum Beispiel über eine Bestrahlung mit Gammastrahlen, wonach die Schutzvorrichtung in Gestalt der Schutzfolie die Keimfreiheit nach der Sterilisierung sicherstellt.In the drawing are 'basically the same parts with matching Reference numerals designates. Dies geschieht mit der Erstbenutzung des Auslaufstutzens nach der Befüllung des Inliners, also dann, wenn das eingefüllte Material, wie zum Beispiel das Fruchtsaftkonzentrat, für eine nachfolgende Bearbeitung bzw. Verarbeitung benötigt wird. Die Aktivierung des Perforationsmessers (8) erfolgt mithin automatisch mit der Öffnung der Verschlußkappe (5). Nach Schlitzung der Schutzfolie (7) kann mittels des Hebels (4) die Verschlußkappe (5) in verschiedene Winkelstellungen gebracht werden zu einer dosierten Entleerung des Inliners. Damit ist der Auslaufstutzen in axialer Richtung an dem Behältnis fixiert. Der Kunststoffring seinerseits ist mehreckig, insbesondere achteckig ausgebildet und greift mit seiner inneren achteckigen Ausbildung in eine entsprechende äußere achteckige Gestaltung des innerhalb des Ringes liegenden Gehäusewandbereiches des durchgesteckten Auslaufstutzens, so daß aufgrund dieser mehreckigen Ausbildung der Auslaufstutzen auch verdrehsicher in der Gehäusewandung des Behältnisses gelegen ist, so daß während des Transportes oder der Lagerung des Inliners aufgrund von außen her anfallenden Belastungen auf den Auslaufstutzen nicht das Risiko besteht, daß zum Beispiel infolge Verdrehung oder axialer Betätigung des Auslaufstutzens die Verbindung zwischen Auslaufstutzen und Inliner Schaden nimmt mit der Konsequenz, daß Keime von außen her in das Inlinerinnere eindringen können.As can be seen in more detail from FIG. 4, the container (9) into which the inliner has been inserted can be, an outer wall (10) and an opening (11) through which the outlet nozzle (1) is durchzustecken from the inside.
