Bei Bau und Betrieb von Gleisanlagen für den Eisenbahnverkehr hat sich in Europa die Verwendung von Stahlbetonschwellen auf breiter Front durchgesetzt. Die Verwendung von Stahl- und Holzschwellen findet bei der Deutschen Bahn AG nur noch in einem eng begrenzten und durch technische Spezialfälle (z.B. Weichenschwellen oder Bereiche mit speziellen Anforderungen an eine geringe Bauhöhe des Gleisoberbaus) definierten Rahmen statt. Unter der Voraussetzung einer betontechnologisch ordnungsgemässen Fertigung erreichen Stahlbetonschwellen sehr hohe Liegezeiten und sind extrem belastbar. Das für die Lagefixierung der Schienen erforderliche Befestigungsmaterial (Rippenplatten) wird mittels Schraubverbindungen mit der Schwelle verbunden. Hierfür sind in der Stahlbetonschwelle Bohrungen mit eingelagerten Dübeln zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsschrauben vorhanden. Diese Dübel jedoch unterliegen einem belastungsabhängigen Verschleiss und haben eine geringere Standzeit als die eigentliche Stahlbetonschwelle. So sind beispielsweise aus dem Stand der Technik transportable Schwellenschraubund Bohrmaschinen (sogenannter "Schraubpflug") bekannt, welche mit Laufrädern versehen sind und beim Arbeitseinsatz im verlegten Gleis von Schwelle zu Schwelle verschoben werden (Quelle: z.B. Lieferprogramme der Fa. Cemafer oder Fa. Robel). Hierbei werden zunächst die Befestigungsschraube aus der Schwelle ausgedreht und anschliessend der verschlissene Dübel mittels Dreh- und / oder Zerspanungswerkzeugen aus der Schwelle entfernt. Über eine Parallelogrammführung wird bei diesen Schraubpflügen sichergestellt, dass die Bohr- und Schraubspindel dieses Werkzeuges jeweils in vertikaler Ausrichtung an der Schwelle ansetzen. Dieses Verfahren ist weit verbreitet, jedoch kann es nur während Betriebspausen im Gleis zum Einsatz kommen. Zudem weist es auf Grund des eher niedrigen Mechanisierungsgrades ein geringe Produktivität auf. Beide Faktoren führen dazu, dass diese Vorrichtung bzw. dieses Verfahren nur bei einer Bearbeitung kleiner Losgrössen oder der Einzelfehlerbeseitigung wirtschaftlich vertretbar ist.
Weiterentwicklungen dieses technischen Ansatzes hatten bislang stets zum Ziel, manuelle Prozessbestandteile zu mechanisieren und damit eine höhere Produktivität innerhalb des vorgegebenen zeitlichen Rahmens für die im Gleis stattfindende Arbeitstätigkeit (Sperrpause) zu erzielen. So lehrt beispielsweise DE 20 05 111 einen gleisfahrbaren Tragrahmen mit einem um eine vertikale verschwenkbaren Träger für Bearbeitungswerkzeuge, bei dem mittels einer Zwangsführung das Aufsuchen des Dübels und das Zentrieren des Werkzeuges beschleunigt werden soll. In ähnlicher Weise offenbart US 4 522 127 eine selbstfahrende Vorrichtung für das taktweise Ausbohren bzw. Dübeln von Schraubenlöchern, welche sogar noch zusätzlich im Betriebsgleis verlegte Hilfsschienen erfordert. Dies ist mit den Betriebsbedingungen in Mitteleuropa jedoch gänzlich unvereinbar. Noch einen Schritt weiter in dieselbe Richtung geht AT 358 086, welche den Fachmann gar die Verwendung einer hochmechanisierten und vollautomatischen Gleisbaumaschine lehrt, welche beim Befahren des Arbeitsgleises die Schienenbefestigungen löst, die nunmehr losen Schienen aufnimmt, anhebt und auseinander spreizt sowie in der solchermassen erwirkten Arbeitszone Bearbeitungswerkzeuge - z.B. für das Einbringen von Dübeln in die Schraublöcher - zum Einsatz bringt. Grundsätzlich ändert sich an der hier verfolgten technologischen Linie nichts daran, dass diese Vorrichtungen bzw. Verfahren uanbhängig von ihrer jeweiligen Produktivität auf einen Einsatz im Betriebsgleis hin ausgerichtet sind und damit zwangsläufig Sperrpausen benötigen.
Zur Überwindung der damit einhergehenden Probleme und zur Erzielung wirtschaftlicher Vorteile durch eine verbesserte Auslastung des für die Schraubloch-Sanierung erforderlichen Maschinenparks hat es sich bei grösseren Losen etabliert, die erneuerungsbedürftigen Schwellen z.B. im Rahmen eines Gleisumbaus komplett gegen neue oder erneuerte Schwellen auszutauschen und die derart gewonnenen Schwellen einer zentralisierten Aufarbeitungsstelle mit ortsfest installierter Maschinerie (z.B. in zentralen Bauhöfen) zuzuführen. Dort werden die Schwellen auf ein Förderband aufgelegt und durchlaufen die für den Dübelaustausch erforderlichen Arbeitsstationen. Dieses Verfahren wiederum erfordert hinsichtlich der notwendigen Transportvorgänge zu / von den zentralen Aufarbeitungsstellen sowie Zwischenlagerplätzen hohe Aufwendungen für die logistische Koordination der Transporte, für die kaptialintensiven Transportfahrzeuge sowie für die Bewirtschaftung und Disposition der Zwischenlager.
DE 203 06 701 beschreibt schliesslich eine gleisverfahrbare Vorrichtung, welche die ausgebauten Schwellen am Bearbeitungsort aufnimmt und diese einer Sanierung unterzieht. Aber auch dieser Ansatz vermag nicht die bereits bekannten Nachteile in Form von erforderlichen Sperrpausen und hoher Kapitalbindung der eingesetzten Maschinen zu überwinden.

Deren bewegliche Lagerung um die genannten beiden Raumachsen stellt sicher, dass die zu bearbeitenden Schraubenlöcher auch bei nicht exakt rechtwinkliger bzw. lagegenauer Ausrichtung der zu bearbeitenden Schwellen durch das Bedienpersonal angesteuert werden können. Zusätzlich ist von Vorteil, dass der Umgang mit diesem Standard-Werkzeug dem Baustellen-Personal vertraut ist und deshalb keine Anlern-Aufwendungen anfallen. Die gesamte Anlage kann in flexibler Weise von wechselndem Personal aufgebaut und bedient werden. Auf die beiderseits entlang der Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) verlegten und mindestens um das Längsmass der zu bearbeitenden Schwelle (2) beabstandeten Führungsschienen (Leerschienen) (3) werden drei längsverfahrbare, auf Laufrollen gelagerte Portale gesetzt.
Die zu sanierenden Schwellen (2) werden nach ihrem Ausbau aus dem Betriebsgleis mittels eines mit einer Traverse ausgestatteten Baggers auf die Auflagervorrichtung (1) aufgelegt, so dass die kopfseitigen Schwellenbereiche mit dem Kleineisen zur Schienenbefestigung jeweils über die Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) hinausragen. Ein vorauslaufendes Portal dient zum Ausbau des noch auf den Schwellen befindlichen Kleineisens (im wesentlichen Rippenplatten). Unmittelbar darauf folgt das zum Verfahren in Längsrichtung motorisch antreibbare mittlere Portal (7) zur Entfernung der Dübel. Dieses weist Ausdrückzylinder (8) zum Ausdrücken der in den Befestigungslöchern (13) der Schwelle (2) sitzenden Dübel auf. Die Feinausrichtung der Ausdrückzylinder (8) in der zur Schwellenoberläche horizontalen Arbeitsebene erfolgt manuell durch einen Bediener. Alternativ können in fachüblicher Weise die Dübel - je nach Konstruktionsweise der Schwelle (Bohrung (13) als Durchgangsloch oder Sackloch) - auch mittels am Portal (7) angebrachter zerspanender Arbeitsvorrichtungen und / oder Hochdruck-Spülvorrichtungen aus der Schwelle ausgetrieben bzw. entfernt werden. Ein nachlaufendes Portal dient zum Wiedereinbringen neuer Dübel (sog. "Sanierungsdübel"). Die vor- und nachlaufenden Portale sind weitgehend baugleich ausgeführt. Sie umfassen eine in geringer Höhe oberhalb der zu bearbeitenden Schwellen (2) verlaufende Quer-Traverse, auf welcher jeweils zwei Schwellen-Schraubmaschinen (sog. "Schraubpflug") montiert sind. Beide Schraubpflüge sind jeweils so angebracht, dass die linke bzw. rechte Reihe der Befestigungsbohrungen in deren Arbeitsbereich liegen. Die Schraubpflüge sind hierzu um eine zur Längsachse des Portals parallele Achse sowie um eine zur durch die Auflagervorrichtung (1) aufgespannte, näherungsweise horizontale Ebene vertikale Achse kippbar gelagert. Mittels der Schraubpflüge des vorauslaufenden Portals entfernt das Bedienpersonal das Kleineisen, speziell die Rippenplatten, von den Schwellen; mittels der Schraubpflüge des nachlaufenden Portals bringt das Bedienpersonal die neuen Schraubdübel in die Schwelle ein und befestigt erneut die Rippenplatten. Vorteilhafterweise können für diese Vorrichtungen altbrauchbare Schwellen-Schraubmaschinen eingesetzt werden.

Claims (10)

  1. Device for changing the means of accommodating rail fixing material on railway sleepers, characterised in that the device is made up of

    • a rail (3) parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bearing device along each of the two outer longitudinal sides of the bearing device, both rails being spaced from one another by at least the length of the longest railway sleeper to be processed,
    • at least one device, which can be moved along at least one of the two rails and which can be removed from the rail, for releasing and removing rail fixing material that is detachably joined to the sleeper,
    • at least one device, which can be moved along at least one of the two rails and which can be removed from the rail, for removing dowels that are non-detachably joined to the sleeper,
    • at least one device, which can be moved along at least one of the two rails and which can be removed from the rail, for bringing new dowels and for bringing and fixing rail fixing material that can be detachably joined to the sleeper.
  2. Device for changing the means of accommodating rail fixing material on railway sleepers according to Claim 1, characterised in that the bearing device (1) is designed as a jointed frame construction made from steel sections, which have devices for accommodating lifting gear and/or for accommodating the swivel arm of a roll-off tipper.

Device for changing the means of accommodating rail fixing material on railway sleepers according to Claim 2, characterised in that the bearing device (1) has interlocking and/or friction connecting devices on its longitudinal faces for the modular extension of the unit in the longitudinal direction using further bearing devices according to the invention.
