Abstract
Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum
Entnadeln einer Warenbahn gemäss Oberbegriff des
Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for
Needling a web according to the preamble of
In the finishing of textile webs, in particular knitted, knitted and knitted textiles and also in nonwovens, the web is on a Tenter frame along its longitudinal edges by needles recorded. At the end of the tenter the web must as carefully as possible from the Benadelung, which usually formed on rotating conveyor belts is to be taken. The removal may be by wedge-shaped arranged at an acute angle to the web lying and running parallel to the needled ribbons Rails take place, which successively from the Take out nobility. As in a tenter at the end of the Pass the material web latter usually between the Needles is kept taut, it can when peeling too Damage to the edges of the web come as soon as these are no longer completely penetrated by the needles is held.
An object of the present invention is the creation a device for needling a web, in the the web during needling through the needles does not suffer damage.
Vorteilhafte
Ausgestaltungen der Vorrichtung sind in den abhängigen
Ansprüchen definiert. This object is achieved by a device according to

With the inventive device is the web during the needle-punching and, if desired, afterwards kept controlled. It can be from the web clamping forces acting transversely to the transport direction the needling temporarily taken from the device become. The device further allows one controlled transfer to the following one Means of transport, be it one with the same Speed running conveyor belt or one Conveyor belt at a lower speed to the Web to upsetting and the web opportunity to To give shrinking (relaxing).

angetrieben. Zwischen den Umlenkrollen 5,7 sind die oberen
Trume der Spannrahmen-Ketten 3 auf Gleitflächen 9
abgestützt. Die beiden Spannrahmen-Ketten 3 verlaufen im
dargestellten Beispiel divergierend. Einlaufseitig an der
Warenaufnahmestelle A liegen die beiden Spannrahmen-Ketten
In Figure 1, represented by a trapezoid, a
Clamping
In the area of the web delivery point B, a respective transport means 11 is arranged immediately adjacent to each of the two

The
aufgehoben. The operation of the device will be explained in more detail below. In the figures, the
Particularly advantageously, the leadership of the
Die geführte Entnadelung der Warenbahn 39 vom Spannrahmen
1 ermöglicht es, die freigegebene Warenbahn 39 auf ein
nachfolgendes Fördersystem 33 abzulegen, dessen
Fördergeschwindigkeit v2 beispielsweise geringer sein kann
als die Fördergeschwindigkeit v1 der Spannrahmen-Ketten 3,
um der Materialbahn 39 Gelegenheit zum Schrumpfen/Relaxen
zu geben. Die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Förderbandes 19
und des Klemmbandes 23 kann ebenfalls bezüglich der
Geschwindigkeit v1 der Spannrahmen-Ketten 3 differieren,
um die Entnadelung zu begünstigen. The guided needling of the
