La bielle 313 est par exemple constituée par un cavalier conformé en "U" présentant deux branches latérales extrêmes 313a et 313b réunies entre elles par une base commune 313c, les branches 313a et 313b constituant respectivement les extrémités supérieure et inférieure de cette bielle 313.
Lorsque la bielle est dans sa configuration désengagée, le coulisseau 32 est donc débrayé de l'actionneur 31 et retourne dans sa position inactive puisqu'il n'est plus soumis qu'à la force du ressort 51.
Le dispositif de l'invention comprend aussi avantageusement un indicateur d'état mobile 60, qui adopte en permanence une position liée à la position du coulisseau 32.
L'indicateur d'état mobile 60 peut en outre porter un troisième voyant d'état 63, particulièrement avantageux dans le cas où le module que constitue le dispositif de l'invention est couplé à d'autres modules adjacents au moyen d'une barre (non représentée) insérée dans l'ouverture 310 du moyeu 311a de chacun des modules couplés.
Claims (16)
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique, tel qu'un interrupteur sectionneur, comprenant un boítier (1), deux contacts fixes (21, 22) portés par le boítier, un contact mobile (20) sélectivement appliqué sur les contacts fixes (21, 22), un mécanisme d'armement (3), incluant un actionneur (31), pour déplacer sélectivement le contact mobile (20) vers les contacts fixes (21, 22), et des moyens de déclenchement (4) pour dégager sélectivement le contact mobile (20) des contacts fixes (21, 22), caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'armement (3) comprend, outre l'actionneur (31), un coulisseau d'entraínement (32) portant le contact mobile (20), sollicité suivant une première direction (D1) par une première force élastique (ressort 51), et sélectivement déplacé, par l'actionneur (31), en coulissement par rapport au boítier (1) depuis une position inactive jusque dans une position active suivant une seconde direction (D2) inverse de la première direction (D1) et le long d'un premier axe (Z) passant entre les deux contacts fixes (21, 22), et en ce que les moyens de déclenchement (4) comprennent un mécanisme de transmission (41) et un verrou (42) à levier basculant, le verrou (42) étant monté sur le coulisseau (32), comportant un premier levier basculant (421) commandé par le mécanisme de transmission (41), et débrayant sélectivement le coulisseau (32) de l'actionneur (31).
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contact mobile (20) est porté avec une liberté de coulissement par le coulisseau (32) et sollicité, par rapport au coulisseau (32), par une seconde force élastique (ressort 52) exercée suivant la seconde direction (D2), ce contact mobile étant, dans la position active du coulisseau (32), appliqué par la seconde force élastique (ressort 52) sur les contacts fixes (21, 22), et étant, dans la position inactive du coulisseau (32), appliqué par la seconde force élastique (ressort 52) sur une butée (321) du coulisseau et dégagé des contacts fixes (21, 22).
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (31) comprend une manette (311) montée pivotante sur le boítier (1), un excentrique (312) solidaire de la manette (311), et une bielle (313) dont une première extrémité (313a) est articulée sur l'excentrique (312) et dont une seconde extrémité (313b) est engagée dans une lumière allongée (322) du coulisseau (32).

- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans la configuration déverrouillée, le premier levier (421) est placé, par le mécanisme de transmission (41) agissant à l'encontre de la troisième force élastique (ressort 53), dans une seconde position relative de rotation par rapport au coulisseau (32), dans laquelle l'oeil (320) est ouvert par éloignement relatif de la découpe (420) du premier levier (421) et de la première pente (323) et permet à la bielle (313) de passer de sa configuration engagée à une configuration désengagée par glissement de sa seconde extrémité (313b) sur la première pente (323) et libre coulissement de cette seconde extrémité (313b) dans la lumière (322) du coulisseau (32) sur une partie au moins de la course dont dispose le coulisseau (32) entre sa position active et sa position inactive.
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (31) entraíne sélectivement le coulisseau (32) dans la seconde direction (D2), par l'intermédiaire de la bielle (313) en configuration engagée, par pivotement de la manette (311) depuis une position de repos vers une position d'enclenchement, que la manette (311) atteint dans la position active du coulisseau (32).
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, lors du passage de la manette (311) de sa position de repos à sa position d'enclenchement et dans la configuration engagée de la bielle (313), cette bielle passe par une position intermédiaire dans laquelle elle est alignée sur le premier axe (Z) par ses première et seconde extrémités (313a, 313b).
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes combinée à la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la découpe (420) du premier levier (421) présente une deuxième pente (420a) et en ce que, dans la position d'enclenchement de la manette (311) et pour la configuration engagée de la bielle (313), la deuxième extrémité (313b) de la bielle (313) exerce, sur les première et deuxième pentes (323, 420a), des première et deuxième forces d'appui respectives dont la première est supérieure à la deuxième et par exemple au moins égale au double de la deuxième.
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes combinée à la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la manette (311) est sollicitée vers sa position de repos par une quatrième force élastique (ressort 54), en ce que la découpe (420) du premier levier (421) est bordée par une troisième pente (420b) de faible inclinaison par rapport à la bielle (313) en configuration désengagée, et en ce que, dans la position d'enclenchement de la manette (311) et la configuration désengagée de la bielle (313), la deuxième extrémité (313b) de cette bielle (313) fait transitoirement passer le premier levier (421) de sa première à sa deuxième position relative de rotation, sous l'effet de la quatrième force élastique (ressort 54), en glissant avec appui sur la troisième pente (420b).
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes combinée à la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la bielle (313) est constituée par un cavalier conformé en "U" présentant des première et seconde branches latérales (313a, 313b) constituant respectivement les première et seconde extrémités de cette bielle (313) et réunies entre elles par une base commune (313c).
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de transmission (41) comprend un deuxième levier (411) monté basculant dans le boítier (1) et présentant un relief (411a) sélectivement entraíné, par exemple par un pion mobile externe saillant dans le boítier à travers une première fenêtre (11) pratiquée dans ce boítier (1), et une liaison cinématique déterminant la position de rotation du premier levier (421) en fonction au moins d'une position de rotation du deuxième levier (411), cette liaison cinématique incluant au moins un ergot d'entraínement (411b) porté par ce deuxième levier (411).
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la liaison cinématique comprend en outre un troisième levier (412) monté basculant dans le boítier (1), ce troisième levier (412) étant sélectivement entraíné par le deuxième levier (411) et comprenant un doigt d'entraínement (412a) en appui sur le premier levier (421) ainsi qu'une rainure (412b) dans laquelle l'ergot d'entraínement (411b) du deuxième levier (411) est reçu à coulissement, les deuxième et troisième leviers (411, 412) effectuant des mouvements de rotation respectifs de moindre amplitude angulaire et de plus grande amplitude angulaire lors du passage du premier levier (421) de sa première à sa seconde position relative de rotation.
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes combinée à la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la manette (311) comprend un moyeu (311a) dont une partie est visible de l'extérieur du boítier (1), et en ce que la partie visible du moyeu (311a) porte un premier voyant d'état (61), lui-même visible de l'extérieur du boítier (1) dans la position de repos de la manette (311) et masqué par le boítier (1) dans toute position de la manette (311) pour laquelle, en configuration engagée de la bielle (313), le coulisseau (32) adopte une position comprise entre sa position active et une position intermédiaire entre ses positions active et inactive.
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un indicateur d'état mobile (60), adoptant une position liée à la position du coulisseau (32), et portant un deuxième voyant d'état (62) masqué par le boítier (1) dans la position inactive du coulisseau (32), et visible de l'extérieur du boítier (1) dans toute position du coulisseau (32) comprise entre sa position intermédiaire et sa position active.
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur d'état mobile (60) porte un troisième voyant d'état (63) visible de l'extérieur du boítier (1) dans la position inactive du coulisseau (32), et masqué par le boítier (1) dans toute position du coulisseau (32) comprise entre sa position intermédiaire et sa position active.
- Dispositif de coupure de courant électrique suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (1) et le troisième voyant d'état (63) sont de même couleur, et en ce que le premier voyant d'état (61), le deuxième voyant d'état (62), et le boítier (1) sont tous trois de couleurs différentes.
