Claims (14)
- Schuh (1) mit einer aus einer Laufsohle (2) und einer mit dieser verbundenen Brandsohle (3) gebildeten Sohle (4) und einem mit dieser verbundenen Schuhoberteil (5) und mit einer Belüftungseinrichtung für einen Schuhinnenraum (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schuhinnenraum (6) eine durch zumindest eine Formlage (8) gebildete Fußbetteinlage (7) angeordnet ist die in einem Fersenbereich (16) eine zur Brandsohle (3) offene Pumpkammer (17) und in einem Vorfußbereich (25) eine über zumindest einen Strömungskanal (30) verbundene Ventilationszone (27) aufweist und die Pumpkammer (17) über eine Einströmöffnung (20) mit der Umgebungsatmosphäre des Schuh (1) strömungsverbunden ist.
- Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußbetteinlage (7) mehrlagig, bevorzugt aus der Formlage (8) und einer mit dieser verbundenen Decklage (9) gebildet ist und in der Formlage (8) die Ventilationszone (27) durch eine Gitter- oder Netzlage (28) aus faserverstärktem Gewebe oder Gewirke aus Kunststoff ausgebildet ist in deren Bereich in der Decklage (9) die Ventilationszone (27) mit dem Schuhinnenraum (6) verbindende Durchbrüche (38) angeordnet sind.
- Schuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formlage (8) aus einem geschlossenzelligem Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyurethan, gebildet ist.
- Schuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formlage (8) aus gebundenem Kork-, Leder- oder Kunststoff- Recyclinggranulat gebildet ist.
- Schuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gitter- oder Netzlage (28) in einem Durchbruch (26) der Formlage (8) integriert und in einem Randbereich eingeformt angeordnet ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decklage (9) aus einer Leder-, Textil- oder Korklage gebildet ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Fersenbereich in der Formlage (8) eine der Brandsohle (3) zugewandt offene Pumpkammer (17) angeordnet ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einströmöffnung (20) einen etwa parallel zu einer Aufstandsfläche (12) verlaufenden Kanal ausbildet.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal in einem stimendigen Endsteg (24) der Laufsohle (2) angeordnet ist und mit zumindest einer der Brandsohle (3) zugewandt offenen Kammer (15) strömungsverbunden ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Brandsohle (3) zumindest eine die Kammer (15) mit der Pumpkammer (17) verbindende Bohrung (18) angeordnet ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Pumpkammer (17) mit der Ventilationszone (27) verbindende Strömungskanal (30) durch zumindest eine nutförmige Vertiefung in einer der Brandsohle (3) zuwandten Unterseite (29) der Formlage (8) gebildet, insbesondere eingeformt ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal durch eine Bohrung (21) eines, eine Stirnfläche (23) der Laufsohle (2) im Absatzbereich mit der Kammer verbindendes Hülsenelement (22) gebildet ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (21) durch eine luftdurchlässige mikroporöse Membrane (34) in einem der Kammer zugewandtem Endbereich (33) des Hülsenelementes (22) überdeckt ist.
- Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membrane (34) durch ein antimikrobielles Gewebe oder Gewirke gebildet ist.
