Claims (20)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'éléments plans (10), notamment d'éléments de plancher, pouvant être reliés les uns aux autres grâce à des moyens d'assemblage latéraux (12a, 12b), caractérisé par les étapes consistant à:
    a) prévoir des évidements (4), de préférence allongés, dans un matériau de base plan (2) essentiellement plein,
    b) remplir les évidements (4) d'une masse durcissable (6) à l'état fluide et laisser celle masse sensiblement durcir dans les évidements,
    c) découper le matériau de base (2) le long des évidements (4) remplis de la masse durcie (6) et dégager de cette manière la masse durcie (6a, 6b) en tant que moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a, 12b).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, dans l'étape a), les évidements (4) sont creusés en tant que rainures dans le matériau de base (2).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que, dans l'étape a), les évidements (4) dans le matériau de base (2) sont exécutés essentiellement sur toute son épaisseur resp. sa profondeur.
  4. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau de base (2) comprend le bois.
  5. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une étape succédant à l'étape c),
    d) donner au moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a) formé par la masse durcie (6a) dégagée, de préférence par usinage par enlèvement de copeaux, une forme adaptée pour un emboîtement avec un moyen d'assemblage latéral (12b) d'un autre élément plan (10).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'on donne au moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a) de fun des éléments plans (10) une forme complémentaire de la forme du moyen d'assemblage latéral (12b) de l'autre élément plan.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'une rainure est creusée dans le moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a) de l'un des éléments plans (10) et qu'une languette complémentaire est façonnée à partir du moyen d'assemblage latéral (12b) de l'autre élément plan (10).
  8. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la masse durcissable (6) a des propriétés hydrophobes et/ou réductrices de bruit et/ou de bonnes propriétés de dureté et/ou des colorations déterminée.
  9. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la masse durcissable (6) comprend une matière plastique.
  10. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la masse durcissable (6) a la capacité de fondre sous l'effet d'un chauffage.
  11. Procédé selon les revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé par le fait que la masse durcissable (6) est un thermoplastique.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé par une étape supplémentaire,
    e) pour assembler au moins deux éléments plans (10), chauffer brièvement au moins un moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a, 12b) formé par la masse durcie (6a, 6b) sur au moins un élément plan (10) et le fusionner de cette manière avec le côté de l'autre élément plan (10).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé par le fait que, dans l'étape c), les moyens d'assemblage latéraux (12a, 12b) formés par la masse durcie (6a, 6b) qui se font face sur les deux éléments plans (10) à assembler sont brièvement chauffés et fusionnés fun avec l'autre par ce moyen.
  14. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant l'étape c), on applique sur le côté supérieur (2a) du matériau de base (2) une feuille de couverture (8) qui recouvre les évidements (4) remplis de la masse durcie (6) et est découpée en même temps que le matériau de base (2) dans l'étape d).
  15. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, dans l'étape d) ou après l'étape d), la masse durcie (6a, 6b) est biseautée sur son bord supérieur.
  16. Dispositif pour exécuter un procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par
    - des premiers moyens pour la formation d'évidements (4), de préférence allongés, dans un matériau de base plan (2) essentiellement plein,
    - des deuxièmes moyens pour remplir les évidements (4) d'une masse durcissable (6) à l'état fluide et
    - des troisièmes moyens pour découper le matériau de base (2) le long des évidements (4) remplis par la masse alors durcie (6) pour dégager de cette manière la masse durcie (6a, 6b) en tant que moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a, 12b).
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16, pour exécuter le procédé selon une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé par
    - des quatrièmes moyens pour usiner, de préférence par enlèvement de copeaux, le moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a) formé par la masse durcie (6a) dégagée afin de lui donner une forme adaptée pour un emboîtement avec un moyen d'assemblage latéral (12b) d'un autre élément plan (10).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 16 ou 17, pour exécuter un procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé par
    - des cinquièmes moyens pour chauffer brièvement au moins un moyen d'assemblage latéral (12a, 12b) forme par la masse durcie (6a, 6b) sur au moins un élément plan (10) afin de fusionner celui-ci avec le côté de l'autre élément plan (10) pour assembler au moins deux éléments plans (10).
  19. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 16 à 18, pour exécuter un procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par
    - des sixièmes moyens pour appliquer une feuille de couverture (8) sur le côté supérieur (2a) du matériau de base (2).
  20. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé par
    - des septièmes moyens pour biseauter la masse durcie (6a, 6b) sur son côté supérieur.
