Description

The invention relates to a conveyor system for powdery products, in particular cement, which can be transported in bags (see, for example, document EP-A-0062129).

As is known, powdery products, in particular cement, can be transported in silos or other containers as well as in bags as so-called bagged goods. The transport in silos or with silo vehicles is quite problematic in regions that do not have sufficient infrastructure for large silo vehicles. Thus, for example, the delivery of cement to large construction sites in remote regions can not be done easily with conventional large silo vehicles for lack of suitable roads. In addition, the construction of suitable transport systems or transport routes experience is quite complex and often, for example, from an environmental point of view, not desirable. Furthermore, difficulties arise when at the construction site, for example in landscape conservation areas, the setting up of large cement silos is not allowed. By contrast, upon delivery of the cement as bagged an additional effort for opening and emptying of the bags is required, the impairment of aufwirbelnden cement and the associated pollution of the environment as well as the loss of non-negligible residual amounts in the bags prove to be disadvantageous. Furthermore, after emptying the bags, their disposal as a waste product requires additional effort.

The invention is therefore based on the object to avoid the disadvantages and to simplify the handling in the procurement and provision of the products in packaging, in particular sacks or bagged. The conveyor should have a functionally reliable construction with simple construction and enable economical operation. Furthermore, the powdery product, in particular the cement, gentle promotion and use is to be ensured. Furthermore, additional effort for the disposal of packaging or bags should be avoided.

The solution of this task is carried out according to the features specified in claim 1.

The conveyor system according to the invention is characterized by a simple functional design and simplifies the handling of the procurement of the powdery product, in particular the cement, by means of bagged goods as well as a simple and cost-effective disposal of the sacks or generally the packaging. The conveyor system according to the invention contains a comminution machine, by means of which the packages are comminuted in such a way that their comminuted components are integrated into the further processing process and in particular are incorporated into the concrete. The conveyor system supplied, previously unopened bags are introduced together with the product located in the bags in the conveyor system, wherein crushed by means of the crushing machine, the bags and thus opened. By means of the crushing machine, the bags and their contents are processed, so that subsequently the shredded components of the bags can be further processed and, in particular, added to the cement. The shredded packages are integrated into the further process and subsequently incorporated, in particular, into the concrete.

Loss of residual product with packaging is avoided and their separate disposal is eliminated. The plant helps to relieve the environment in the disposal of residual materials and to protect the raw material resources. The packaging or bags need not be opened individually, whereby a considerable work and time savings is achieved. The conveyor system according to the invention for any powdery products, which are especially portable as sacked, used, said at this point except for cement products of the chemical industry, such as granules and bulk materials of all kinds, which allow especially a pneumatic transport. Powdery products in this sense are also products which have a coarser grain size than, for example, cement, such as granules. reaches the conveyor system is used in the production of concrete, so a reasonably priced cement supply is ensured, especially in temporally limited temporary construction sites and the use of special silo vehicles can be dispensed with. For example, in a 24-hour operation, about 360 t of cement can be pumped, corresponding to a steady concrete output of about 1200 t per day. After completion of the construction site, the conveyor system, which is also referred to as a cement injection station or emptying and filling station, without any problems in a position to ensure the cement supply for years. Furthermore, the conveyor system according to the invention can be used in small treatment plants in which the setting up of large cement silos, for example in landscape conservation areas, is not allowed. By means of the conveyor system, the cement supply can be ensured even in the absence of infrastructure, in which case reference is made in particular to the use in third countries, in which the procurement of cement in silage trains is practically impracticable.

In addition, it is of particular importance that the conveyor system according to the invention in a simple manner due to the below to be explained components receiving frame is easily transportable, especially since the outer dimensions of the conveyor and / or the frame does not exceed the outer dimensions of a container and thus the transport on any truck or low loader without special permit. Advantageously, the outer dimensions of the conveyor and / or its frame correspond to those of a standardized container, in particular with a length of 6 m, width of 2.44 m and a height of 3 m. The conveyor system is stackable like a container and thus enables a space-saving transport by sea to ensure delivery worldwide. Due to the design of the conveyor system according to the invention in the manner of a container, the structure and transport are greatly facilitated.

Further developments and special embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims and the further description.

The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, without being limited in this respect.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the conveyor system according to the invention with a receiving unit 2, which preferably contains a funnel 4 or is designed as such. In the receiving unit 2, the products in packaging, especially bags, delivered and provided products are introduced, together with the packaging, which were preferably not previously opened. From the receiving unit 2, the packaging and its contents reach a comminution machine 8, which is expediently arranged directly below the receiving unit 2. The crushing machine 8 includes cutting elements 10, such as knives or the like, which are arranged and configured in such a way that the packages are comminuted, releasing the products previously contained therein, in particular cement. The comminuting machine 8 and / or its cutting elements 10 are designed and arranged such that the packages are divided into a plurality of small pieces and / or torn, wherein the outer dimensions are preferably at least predominantly in the order of a few centimeters and / or their surfaces at least predominantly in the order of a few square centimeters. The crushing machine 8 and / or the cutting elements 10 are suitably adapted to the requirements of the product, in particular cement, for further processing, in particular to concrete, requirements. Thus, it could be determined in practical experiments that the incorporated in the concrete packaging parts with edge lengths up to 5 cm, preferably up to 3 cm and especially up to 2 cm, no adverse quality losses. The crushing machine 8 preferably contains at least two rotating cutting units 12, which are driven by means of a preferably electric drive motor, not shown here.

The comminution machine 8 is arranged downstream of a transfer device 14, which is designed here in a preferred manner as an arranged under the crushing machine 8 and with this particular tightly connected transfer funnel. By means of the transfer device 14, the product and the packaging parts mixed therewith are fed to a conveyor 16, which is designed in particular as a metering screw conveyor 16 or contains such. The conveyor 16 is at least downstream of a conveyor unit 18, 19, which is preferably designed as a pressure vessel conveyor. By specifying the number and / or size of the conveyor units or pressure vessel conveyor 18, 19, the system performance can be given in an advantageous manner. For example, with a single pressure vessel conveyor of 1000 liters in cement, a system output of 10 t / h can be specified and, when using a second pressure vessel conveyor, a system capacity of 20 t / h. Furthermore, the pressure vessel conveyor or the pressure vessel 18, 19 are formed in a preferred manner as scales. As can be seen, the pressure vessel conveyors 18, 19 upstream of an air tank 20, which is supplied via a water separator 22 and compressor 24, the air sucked through an air filter 26 via suitable pipes as compressed air. The air tank 20 communicates with the pressure vessel conveyors 18, 19 via suitable conduits 28, which contain valves in a known manner, as shown. If more than one conveyor unit or a pressure vessel conveyor are present, a distribution unit 34 is provided between them and the conveyor 16 in the or the connecting lines 32, which is designed according to drawing in particular as a two- or Mehrwegverteilung to selectively to supply the product, including packaging parts, to one or the other delivery unit 18, 19.

In addition, in an alternative particular embodiment of the invention, a cleaning unit 36, preferably the comminution machine 8, arranged with a dot-dash line can be arranged downstream. This cleaning unit 36 contains suitable means, such as rakes or coarse screens or filters, for separating in particular relatively large or coarse packaging parts from the actual product to be conveyed. Advantageously, the cleaning unit 36 is designed such that an automatic and / or automatic cleaning of said means is feasible to ensure their proper cleaning function in continuous operation.

The at least one delivery unit 18, 19 includes an output line 38, 39 for connection and preferably pneumatic further promotion, in particular to a silo 40 or other storage unit. As indicated by dashed line 42, the silo 40 is not part of the conveyor system according to the invention. It should be noted that instead of the above-described embodiment, the conveyor system and / or Zementsack-emptying and filling station in the context of the invention for other powdery and pneumatically conveyable products, which are transported and provided as bagged or in packaging, can be used , It is essential that the packaging be shredded and integrated into the further process and incorporated into the final product in the following.

Die Außenabmessungen der Förderanlage und des Rahmens sind bevorzugt wie folgt vorgegeben: Länge 46 = 6 m/ Breite 48 = 2,44 m/ Höhe 50 = 3 m.FIG. 2 shows the conveyor system in a lateral view and FIG. 3 shows a view in the direction of the arrow III according to FIG. 2. The conveyor system comprises a frame 44, which is designed such that the components explained above are combined to form a compact structural unit are integrated into one. The conveyor system and in particular the said frame 44 are designed such that the outer dimensions of standardized containers are maintained. The outer dimensions of the conveyor system and of the frame are preferably specified as follows: length 46 = 6 m / width 48 = 2.44 m / height 50 = 3 m.

Thus, a high degree of flexibility of the conveyor system is guaranteed, which can be easily transported with any truck or low loader, without special permission, and how a container is stackable. Due to the training in the manner of a container, a space-saving transport by sea to ensure a worldwide trouble-free delivery is also achieved.

Advantageously, the frame 44 is provided at the top with a roof cover 52. Furthermore, the receiving unit 2 or the funnel 4, and above that a pivotable cover 54 assigned. The cover 54 is secured against accident hazards by means of a securing element 56, which is advantageously designed as a coded safety limit switch and / or in particular arranged such that operation of the system is only possible when the cover 54 is closed. The securing element 56 is in particular arranged flush with the upper edge of the receiving unit 2 or the funnel 4. Below the hopper 4, which is also referred to as a bagging hopper, the crushing machine 8 and the same of the transfer hopper 14 is arranged. In order to avoid leakage of components of the product to the outside in the environment in view of the expected dust development, a venting device 58 is provided in an advantageous manner in the area of the comminution machine 8. It was noted here that, apart from the upper opening of the receiving unit 2 and the output line, the various components are sealed to the outside and / or each sealed together to prevent unwanted leakage of the powdery product to the outside. It is thus according to the invention to a outwardly, based on the flow of the product, closed system, with which provided in closed packaging product from the receiving unit 2, through the crushing machine 8 to the or the output lines 38, 39 and in a the latter is likewise conveyed tightly connected silo 40 or the like.

In the frame 44, a control unit 60, suitably arranged in a control cabinet. By means of the control unit, the complete sequence from the supply of the packaged product into the receiving unit 2 until it is blown out through the outlet line 38 or the injection into the downstream silo is controlled and secured. With regard to the other components of construction, the above explanations apply to Fig. 1 accordingly.

The pallet elevator 62 is arranged on the longitudinal side of the conveyor system and makes it possible to feed the bags 64, which are filled in particular with cement. According to FIG. 4, a loading unit 80 is arranged below the hopper 4, on which the individual bags 64 come to rest. By means of the loading unit 80, the unopened packages or sacks of the crushing machine 8 are supplied for shredding or shredding them. 5, a pallet 66 on which a number of cement bags 64 are stacked is first brought into the lower position 68 of the pallet carrier 70 movably mounted in the pallet elevator 62, for example by means of a forklift, and subsequently into an upper one Position 72 promoted. The pallet elevator 62 contains guide rails 74, 76 such that in the upper position 72 the pallet carrier 70 is pivoted or tilted and the cement bags 64 reach the receiving unit 2 or the hopper 4 from above. In this case, the lid 54, which is pivotally arranged at the upper edge of the receiving unit 2, is opened. Subsequently, the cover 54 is preferably closed by means of an actuation unit 78, wherein a signal is given to the control unit 60 in a suitable manner by means of the illustrated securing element 56, by way of which the method sequence explained above is controlled and / or regulated.
