Description

The following application relates to an industrial truck with a mounting plate and an attachment attached thereto by at least one fastener, wherein a mounting surface facing the mounting plate of the attachment with an attachment pointing out mounting surface of the mounting plate is in touching contact.

In an alternative modification of this truck, at least one intermediate element may be provided between the mounting plate and the attachment, in which case a bearing surface of the attachment pointing towards the mounting plate is in touching contact with a first contact surface of an intermediate element facing the attachment and one being an attachment facing mounting surface of the mounting plate is in touching contact with a second to the mounting plate facing contact surface of an intermediate element.

Such trucks with the features of the preamble of claims 1 and 2 are, for example US 3 424 328 known. The devices commonly referred to as attachments may be, for example, a side push frame, a telescopic table, a staple fork and the like. The mounting plate is a universally designed mounting plate, which is designed to accommodate different attachments. The mounting plate is a type of standardized coupling point for coupling industrial truck bodies with attachments.

Since the attachment of a truck must be designed both for receiving a large force and for accurate positioning, the attachment of the attachment to the mounting plate is of particular importance. The attachment must be sufficiently strong and rigid so that it can accurately position the attachment and / or its subassemblies even at high loads received by the truck allowed relative to the truck base body. Therefore attachments are often bolted to the mounting plate by applying high tightening torques. In order to avoid relative movements between the mounting plate and the attachment device, an attachment disk firmly connected to the attachment is frequently pressed flat against the mounting plate under the action of the attachment means.

In many cases, the associated with the truck mounting plate and / or attached to the attachment plant plate are not ideal dimensionally accurate and / or not ideal position, so that it is in the attachment of the attachment to the mounting plate to deformation and consequent tension on the attachment and the mounting plate can come. These tensioning forces which may occur on the attachment and on the mounting plate may interfere with the structures associated with the respective component: mounting plate and locating plate, i. Truck body and attachment, weight.

Due to the relatively large tension, it can continue to come in operation of the trucks on to an undesirable noise, which manifests itself as "creaking". Even the noise itself is disturbing, but it can also be due to the noise by mistake on a fault or damage to the truck to be closed and the truck to be subjected to an inspection during which it is not available to a company.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a technical teaching, with which an attachment can be attached to a mounting surface of a truck base body while avoiding fastening-related bracing forces. Furthermore, the noise on the above-mentioned trucks should be minimized.

2gelöst.The above object is achieved by an industrial truck according to claim 1 or 2.

The solution according to the invention allows a compensation movement of the components: attachment and mounting plate, relative to each other, so that even when applying a high or even very high fastening force deformation of the components: attachment and mounting plate occurs to a lesser extent than in the prior art, which in the Result leads to reduced stress forces. This reduces the overall load on the structures associated with the aforementioned components and increases their service life. With the reduced tension also less noise occurs at the mounting location.

Due to the convex formation of at least one of the surfaces in the section of the contact contact, at least a slight sliding or rolling movement of the abovementioned components relative to one another is made possible. This allows the attachment to be aligned during assembly.

It should be noted that the first and the second contact surface may be provided on one and the same intermediate element or on different intermediate elements. It should further be noted that the mounting plate can be made in one piece or multiple parts. Different parts of the mounting plate can be arranged on different sections of the truck.

Basically, it is possible that the convexly curved portion of the at least one surface partially cylindrical, that is formed curved around an axis. Preferably, however, the convexly curved section is curved around two mutually orthogonal axes, so that a sliding, tilting or rolling movement about two mutually orthogonal axes is possible between the attachment and the mounting surface. For this purpose, the convexly curved portion may be formed, for example, barrel-shaped or ellipsoidal. The mentioned examples of configurations of the convexly curved section have a different radius of curvature for each axis of curvature, so that a preferred direction of compensating movements can be present.

Preferably, therefore, the convexly curved portion of the at least one surface is formed in the form of a spherical cap. If a spherical cap-shaped surface abuts another surface, it is possible under essentially the same circumstances for any tilting movement of the spherical cap to take place about a tilting axis, which lies in a plane which is spanned by the above-mentioned, mutually orthogonal axes.

The portion of a mating surface with which the convexly curved portion of the aforesaid surface is in touching contact may be flat in a simple case. In this case, although a compensatory rolling movement of the components: attachment and mounting plate relative to each other with a suitable design of the convex curved portion in all directions possible, but due to low Berührkontaktflächen between a convex surface portion and a flat surface portion a very high surface pressure at the Berührkontaktstelle between the convex curved surface portion and a flat mating surface portion occur. This can lead to high material loads. Likewise, it is basically possible that the portion of the mating surface is also convexly curved, which may possibly facilitate compensating movements in certain particularly loaded directions, but this can also lead to a high surface pressure.

To avoid such a high surface pressure can be provided that the portion of a mating surface, with which the convexly curved portion of the at least one surface is in touching contact, is formed concavely curved. In this case, the lowest possible surface pressure in the section of the contact contact is obtained if the concavely curved section of the mating surface is adapted to the convexly curved section of the at least one surface such that the convexly curved section is in surface contact contact with the concavely curved section. In this case, a kind of "ball joint" can be formed using the above-mentioned spherical cap on the convexly curved portion, in which the concave curved portion of the mating surface is a part-spherical ball socket conforming to the spherical cap. The convex curved surface portion and the concave curved mating surface portion can then slide relative to each other, wherein this sliding leads to a tilting of the components relative to each other, on which the surface portion and the mating surface portion are formed.

A particularly favorable, because symmetrical loading of the at least one surface with convex curvature can be obtained by the fact that the convexly curved portion of the at least one surface is penetrated by the fastening means. Additionally or alternatively, the concavely curved portion of the at least one mating surface may be penetrated by the fastening means to provide a symmetrical force introduction around the attachment point.

The mounting plate, as well as the mounting device often represent bulky components with relatively large dimensions. For this reason, it may be less advantageous from a manufacturing point of view to provide the convexly curved portion of these. With less processing, the convex curved portion can be advantageously provided on an intermediate element.

It is further advantageous if the convexly curved portion having intermediate element is arranged in the truck, that the convexly curved portion is provided on the first contact surface of the stationary contact element with the contact surface in contact. In this case, the mounting plate, which should be designed to accommodate a variety of different attachments, are produced with very little processing effort. On the attachment, which always a purpose is assigned, however, a concave recess can be provided in a simple manner, such as by milling, in which the convexly curved portion of the intermediate element comes to rest.

It should be added that the intermediate elements can be spacing or shims, which are inserted for fine adjustment of a desired position of the attachment relative to the mounting plate between the attachment and the mounting plate.

In Fig. 1 is an inventive truck generally designated 10. From the truck body 11, a driver's seat carrier 12 are shown with a mounting plate 14 welded thereto. On the mounting plate 14, a side push frame 16 is fastened by screws 18.

The screws 18 enforce this investment slices 20, which are firmly welded to the side push frame 16 as an attachment. The screws 18 are screwed into threaded bores 22 of the mounting plate 14.

In addition, the side push frame 16 is hooked with likewise hooked thereto hook elements 24 at the upper edge 14 a of the mounting plate 14 and in the embodiment shown optionally secured by screws 26 in addition to the mounting plate 14.

Between the mounting plate 14 and the side push frame 16 are in the in Fig. 1 shown four intermediate elements per screw 18 arranged. The intermediate elements comprise three spacer or fitting rings 28 and a Kugelkalottenscheibe 30. Both the spacers 28, as well as the Kugelkalottenscheibe 30 are penetrated by their associated screws 18, so that one of the screws 18 on the contact plates 20 applied fastening force over the entire circumference the intermediate elements 28 and 30 is received by these.

Fig. 2 shows a schematic cross section through the mounting plate 14 and the side push frame 16th

The mounting plate 14 is welded to two supports 12 a and 12 b of the driver station carrier 12 by welds 32.

At the upper edge 14 a of the mounting plate 14, the partially cut side push frame 16 is hooked by means of the hook elements 24.

The side facing frame 16 facing mounting surface 14b of the mounting plate 14 is formed substantially flat to mount a variety of different attachments to the mounting plate, so that one and the same driver position carrier 12 can be used depending on the attachment for different functions.

An abutment surface 20a of the abutment disc 20 is formed with a concave recess 34, in which the Kugelkalottenscheibe 30 projects with the first spherical cap-shaped contact surface 30a. More specifically, the recess 34 is partially spherical, so that the spherical cap-shaped first contact surface 30a of the spherical cap 30 abuts flat against the contact surface 20a of the contact disk 20. The spherical cap 30 and the washer 20 thus form a ball joint, in which the contact disk 20 can be pivoted about two lying in the plane of the mounting plate 14, mutually orthogonal axes X and Z in sliding movement along the Kugelkalottenscheibenfläche 30 a. The compensatory movement thus enabled is a movement of only short distances, but contributes significantly to the noise reduction at the attachment point and to reduce stress forces.

The spherical cap 30a opposite surface 30b of the spherical cap 30 is in touching contact with the side thrust frame 16 nearest spacer ring of the spacers 28. The spacers 28 are all circular cylindrical, ie with mutually parallel faces and circular cylindrical inner or outer circumferential surfaces. The closest to the mounting surface 14b end face 28a (see also Fig. 1 ) of the mounting surface 14b nearest spacer ring 28 forms a second contact surface of an intermediate element in the context of the present application.

In Fig. 2 is further indicated as the contact disk 20 are connected by welds 36 with the main body of the side push frame 16.

It should be noted that in an alternative embodiment, a kugelkalottenförmiger projection may be integrally provided on the mounting plate 14, which may rest without intermediate arrangement of intermediate elements directly into a corresponding recess on the contact disks 20. Likewise, conversely, a kugelkalottenförmiger projection may be provided on the contact disks 20 which abut either on a flat mounting surface 14b of the mounting plate 14 or dip in a part-spherical recess in the mounting plate 14 or, but at a less advantageous high surface pressure, may rest on a likewise spherical cap projection of the mounting plate. Further combinations of convex curved surface portions in the attachment point of the contact disk 20 on the mounting plate 14 are conceivable.
