Claims (30)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Messern aus Stahl für Vorrichtungen zum Zerschneiden von Stroh und dergleichen, die mit rotierenden Trommeln ausgerüstet sind, an denen die Messer fest oder pendelnd angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein bandförmig vorliegender Flachstahl an zumindest einer seiner Längskanten zur prismenförmigen Schneide mit leicht gerundeter Schneidkante durch Walzen bis zur ausreichenden Schärfe umgeformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umformung durch Kaltwalzen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umformung entlang der gesamten Länge des Flachstahls erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten des im Querschnitt vorzugsweise rechteckigen Ausgangsmaterials vor den Walzen spanabhebend bearbeitet werden,
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das notwendige Querschnittsvolumen des Flachstahls mit spanabhebender Bearbeitung der Längskanten eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten des Ausgangsmaterials durch Kantenwalzen geglättet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Profilwalzenpaaren für das Walzen zu prismenförmigen Schneiden kantenbearbeitende Walzen zur Breitenkalibrierung eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkanten nach dem Walzvorgang einen Schneidkantenradius von maximal 0,3 mm aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen Prägeschritt zur Querschnittsprofilierung des Messers.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Herstellen der prismenförmigen Schneidkanten Zahnschneiden in zumindest einer Teillänge der prismenförmigen Schneidkante, insbesondere durch Schleifen, eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zonen-Härtungsschritt entlang zumindest einer Teillänge des prismenförmigen Schneidkantenbereiches, insbesondere im Wege der induktiven Zonenaufheizung.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Flachstahlband über eine größere Länge mit den gewalzten Schneidkanten versehen und nachfolgend durch Quertrennen in zu Häckselmessern weiterverarbeitbaren Abschnitten unterteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die prismenförmige Schneide mindestens ein schneidendes oder nichtschneidendes Hartmetallstück zur Verschleißminderung eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Messer zu einem entsprechend dickeren Messerpaket zusammengefügt werden.
- Häckselmesser aus Stahl für Vorrichtungen zum Zerschneiden von Stroh und dergleichen, die mit rotierenden Trommeln ausgerüstet sind, an denen Messer fest oder pendelnd angeordnet sind, bestehend aus einem Abschnitt eines Flachstahls mit einer Befestigungszone, wie einer Lochung, und einer zumindest an der Längskante vorgesehenen prismenförmigen, gegebenenfalls mit Zahnschneiden versehenen Schneidkante, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine prismenförmige Schneidkante eine sich über zumindest eine Teillänge der Längskante erstreckende Walztextur mit prismenförmiger Anordnung der gewalzten Oberflächenzone aufweist.
- Häckselmesser nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Walztextur über die Gesamtlänge des Messer an beiden Längskanten erstreckt.
- Häckselmesser nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walztextur im Bereich der prismenförmigen Schneiden von zahnförmigen Schneiden überlagert ist.
- Häckselmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten/Walztextur durch ein Härtungsgefüge überlagert ist.
- Häckselmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, gekennzeichnet durch eine Längsprofilierung, insbesondere eine Längsprägung des Häckselmessers.
- Häckselmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen Hartmetalleinsatz in der Schneidkante.
- Häckselmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere zu einem Paket zusammengefasster Messer besteht.
- Häckselmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messerstirnseiten mit einem Hinterschnitt versehen sind.
- Häckselmesser nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hinterschnitt mindestens eine Freifläche (33) aufweist.
- Häckselmesser nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hinterschnitt einen konkaven oder gestuften Bereich aufweist.
- Häckselmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Häckselmesserstirnseiten komplementär geformt sind.
- Häckselmesser, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 25, gekennzeichnet durch zwei mit seitlichem Abstand voneinander angeordneten Häckselmesser mit einem die freien Häckselmesserenden verbindenden Brückenbereich.
- Häckselmesser nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brückenbereich U-förmig ist und die beiden Häckselmesser einstückig miteinander verbindet.
- Häckselmesser nach Anspruch 26 oder 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brückenbereich mit mindestens einer Schneidkante versehen ist.
- Gegenmesser aus Stahl für Vorrichtungen zum Zerschneiden von Stroh und dergleichen, die mit rotierenden Trommeln ausgerüstet sind, an denen Messer fest oder pendelnd angeordnet sind und wobei das Gegenmesser in den axialen Abstandsspalt (A) benachbarter Messer eingreift, bestehend aus einem Abschnitt eines Flachstahls mit einer Befestigungzone, wie einer Lochung, und einer zumindest an der Längskante vorgesehenen prismenförmigen, gegebenenfalls mit Zahnschneiden versehenen Schneidkante, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine prismenförmige Schneidkante eine sich über zumindest eine Teillänge der Längskante erstreckende Walztextur mit prismenförmiger Anordnung der gewalzten Oberflächenzone aufweist.
