Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à surveiller l'état de fonctionnement d'une presse, notamment d'une presse à emballer (1). Ce procédé vise à éviter le grippage des parties de machine participant aux mouvements relatifs et comprend les étapes suivantes : a) on détecte des amplitudes de vibrations pendant le temps et/ou un déplacement d'un mouvement relatif ayant lieu entre au moins un compresseur (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) et/ou une porte (5.1) et la caisse de presse (2.2) dans le cycle du début à la fin du processus de pressage ainsi que pendant l'éjection de la pièce pressée et on prédéfinit une amplitude de vibration autorisée de la presse entière à l'intérieur du système de commande (16.2) en tant </= QU'éTAT NORMAL >/= pour les incréments de temps et/ou de déplacement des mouvements relatifs ; b) on génère une </= VALEUR D'ALARME >/= supérieure à la valeur maximale à </= L'éTAT NORMAL >/= , ainsi qu'une </= VALEUR DE COUPURE >/= supérieure à la </= VALEUR D'ALARME >/= ; c) on entre les deux valeurs limites de </= VALEUR D'ALARME >/= et de </= VALEUR DE COUPURE >/= pour chaque mouvement relatif approprié ou pour chaque incrément de temps et/ou de déplacement du mouvement relatif dans le système de commande (16.2) de la presse (1) ; et d) on pilote le fonctionnement de la presse au moyen du système de commande (16.2) avec affichage d'un signal si la </= VALEUR D'ALARME >/= et/ou la </= VALEUR DE COUPURE >/= est atteinte pendant le cycle du début à la fin du processus de pressage ou pendant le mouvement relatif approprié.
