Description

PROCEDE DE DECORATION DES CHEVEUX ET DISPOSITIF A CET EFFET
Objet de l'invention [0001] La présente invention concerne un procédé de décoration des cheveux et plus précisément de réalisation d'effets décoratifs colorés des cheveux ainsi qu'à un dispositif à cet effet.
Etat de la technique
[0002] La coloration des cheveux et plus précisément la teinture de ceux-ci à l'aide de matières colorantes, soit sur l'intégralité de la chevelure, soit sur des mèches est bien connue. [0003] Cependant, certains effets colorés sont particulièrement difficiles à obtenir par cette technique, notamment pour réaliser des parures non permanentes suffisamment adhérentes cependant, par exemple pour un événement de courte durée tel qu'une soirée. [0004] Les effets locaux de décoration des cheveux consistant à appliquer des autocollants de différentes formes (étoile, cœur, etc.) sont connus mais sont généralement considérés comme peu décoratifs et généralement trop peu adhérents. [0005] Certains effets décoratifs tels que des effets pour une grande surface de la chevelure imitant l'or, l'argent ou d'autres effets colorés tels que le bronze etc. ne sont pas réalisables de cette manière. [0006] Des effets colorés obtenus par poudrage ont bien entendu été utilisés mais en plus de leur difficulté d'application et leur peu d'adhérence, ils présentent l'inconvénient, du fait qu'ils n'adhèrent pas suffisamment aux cheveux, de marquer les vêtements.
[0007] Dans le domaine de l'impression des emballages notamment, il est classique d'appliquer des marquages sur des supports en papier, carton et matières plastiques par une technique dite de transfert généralement qualifiée de « marquage à chaud » ou « hot stamping ».
[0008] A cet effet, on prélève d'un dérouleur un ruban constitué par un support, généralement sous la forme d'un film plastique, recouvert sur toute sa surface d'un élément de décor, par exemple une mince couche d'un dépôt de particules de coloration dorée, recouvert lui-même d'une couche adhesive activable à chaud. Le ruban ainsi constitué de ces deux éléments est alimenté dans une matrice chauffante pourvue d'un cliché reprenant le motif ou le texte que l'on souhaite reproduire sur le papier, le carton ou une matière plastique. Le ruban peut ensuite être amené sur la surface à décorer de manière à « imprimer » le texte ou le motif décoratif, de manière que le cliché fournisse uniquement la chaleur nécessaire à l'activation de la matière adhesive sur la surface que l'on a prévu d'imprimer ou de décorer.
[0009] La partie dont la surface adhesive n'a pas été activée à chaud reste donc sur le ruban et le motif ou le texte est transféré sur la surface à décorer. Le ruban continue ensuite à circuler et porte « en négatif » la partie qui n'a pas adhéré sur la surface à décorer et peut être éliminé.
[0010] Un tel dispositif fonctionne le plus généralement en discontinu en présentant successivement une partie nouvelle du ruban au cliché par saccades. Il est envisageable de travailler en semi-continu par exemple pour décorer un cylindre, étant entendu dans ce cas que la surface à décorer subit un mouvement de rotation. [0011] Il est théoriquement également possible pour de grandes surfaces de travailler en continu mais cette solution est peu utilisée pour des raisons de contraintes techniques car elle implique également l'utilisation d'un cliché également entraîné en rotation. [0012] De manière générale, il existe également des dispositifs d'application de rubans adhésifs servant de support à un film décoratif. Le document WO 01/51394 Al présente un tel dispositif qui applique une bande adhesive sur un support papier. L'application se fait à froid. D'autres dispositifs du même genre sont décrits dans le document US-A-5 430 904.
[0013] A la connaissance de la Demanderesse, une technique de transfert sur des cheveux en vue de leur conférer un effet décoratif n'a jusqu'à présent pas été utilisée. [0014] Les effets décoratifs généralement souhaités pour des cheveux sont une décoration totale de la chevelure ou une décoration pour mèches, le terme « décoration » couvrant notamment des effets similaires à de grandes surfaces dorées, argentées, bronzées, irisées, colorées, etc. impliquant ou non des effets d'impression de forme quelconque (par exemple sous la forme de chevrons ou autres) par une technique de transfert.
Buts de 1 ' invention [0015] La présente invention vise à obtenir des effets de décoration de la chevelure spécifiques par un procédé simple et économique, la technique pouvant être mise en œuvre directement par les utilisateurs sans recourir à un coiffeur professionnel. L'adhérence de ces effets décoratifs est suffisante par exemple pour une soirée, tout en étant relativement facile à éliminer par lavage ou par brossage.
Eléments caractéristiques de l' invention
[0016] Les buts mentionnés sont réalisables par un procédé de décoration de cheveux' consistant à appliquer sur les cheveux un ou plusieurs rubans comprenant un support sous la forme d'un mince film plastique recouvert sur sa surface d'un élément de décor sous la forme d'un dépôt de matière de différente coloration de celle de la chevelure, cet élément de décor étant lui-même recouvert d'une couche adhesive activable par un moyen approprié, par exemple par une technique combinant la voie thermique et humide tel qu'un traitement superficiel à la vapeur.
[0017] Parmi les moyens appropriés d'activation de la couche adhesive, on peut notamment citer l'activation par voie thermique, l'activation par voie humide ou toute autre technique permettant à l'utilisateur de transférer l'élément de décor en le détachant de son support et en le transférant sur la chevelure où elle adhère suffisamment. L'activation peut aussi résulter d'une laque ou similaire appliquée préalablement sur la chevelure. [0018] En principe trois éléments essentiels entrent en ligne de compte pour l'activation par voie thermique de la couche adhesive : la température, la durée et la pression. Le spécialiste peut aisément déterminer les conditions opératoires les plus appropriées sur la base de quelques essais simples préalables en faisant varier ces trois paramètres, tout en respectant l'intégrité des cheveux.
[0019] Selon les souhaits de l'utilisateur, l'effet décoratif peut varier dans de larges proportions. A titre indicatif, on peut citer les possibilités suivantes utilisées individuellement ou complémentairement :
Plusieurs rubans de même coloration ou de colorations différentes sont utilisées de manière jointive, c'est-à- dire que les rubans sont disposés de manière adjacente ou ces mêmes rubans sont espacés en laissant des mèches de cheveux sans coloration autre que celle de leur couleur naturelle ou préalablement teinte par une technique classique ; - L'appareillage d'activation de la couche adhesive
« imprime » un motif sur la chevelure en n'effectuant qu'un transfert local, c'est-à-dire en ne transférant qu'une partie seulement de l'élément de décor précité ;
L'élément de décor peut aussi, selon un motif, ne recouvrir qu'une partie du support ou la couche adhesive peut n'avoir été prévue que localement selon un motif.
[0020] De nombreuses autres possibilités de décoration peuvent encore être envisagées. La technique préconisée par l'inventeur offre donc de nombreuses possibilités de décoration et est particulièrement simple à mettre en œuvre directement par l'utilisateur.
[0021] Par le choix quasiment illimité des matières de coloration utilisées, un large éventail décoratif est réalisable. Avantageusement, les matières de coloration à proprement parler sont constituées par des matières sous la forme de particules colorées généralement appliquées lors de la fabrication du ruban par enduction ou impression en présence d'un liant approprié bien connu des fabricants de ce type de ruban et dont il existe un grand nombre de compositions.
[0022] De même, il existe un grand nombre de compositions de substances adhésives activables dans les circonstances préconisées par l'invention. Ces substances adhésives sont de plus disponibles à différents indices de fluidité en vue de leur utilisation par le fabricant. [0023] Lors de leur utilisation, on constate que le transfert des particules contenues dans le dépôt de matière colorante permet de manière surprenante de colorer localement ou totalement la chevelure en gardant l'aspect naturel de la chevelure (exception faite de la coloration) , en particulier sans effet de plaquage, c'est-à-dire sans faire coller les cheveux entre eux, si l'on souhaite. [0024] Un dispositif approprié pour l'utilisation des rubans tels que décrits peut consister en un dérouleur pour bobine de ruban combiné avec un moyen d'application de l'activation de la couche adhesive. Celui-ci peut être par exemple un cylindre rotatif chauffé ou un patin chauffé ou encore un humidificateur en fonction des techniques d'activation prédécrites.
[0025] Le dispositif peut également comprendre un ensemble (kit) avec une pince à patins 1, une pince à cheveux (5) destinée notamment à accrocher le ruban 2 et le ruban lui-même.
[0026] L'invention sera décrite plus en détails à titre d'illustration sans caractère limitatif en référence aux dessins annexés.
Brève description des figures
[0027] Les figures 1 à 3 représentent les différentes phases d'exécution du procédé de l'invention. [0028] La figure 4 représente une forme d'exécution de dispositif applicateur illustré dans une vue en coupe pour ce dispositif et correspondant à la figure 1.

Description d'une forme d'exécution préférée de l'invention
[0031] Dans la technique illustrée dans les figures, un appareil chauffant constitué par deux patins en pince est amené près de la racine des cheveux. Dans l'appareil 1 en position ouverte initialement, on dispose un ruban 2 constitué d'un support recouvert d'un élément de décor obtenu par sublimation, métallisation, etc. ainsi que d'une couche adhesive, cette dernière étant tournée vers la mèche de cheveux. Après avoir refermé l'appareil chauffant 1 en pinçant le ruban 2 et la mèche de cheveux, on déplace depuis la position de la figure 1 jusqu'à la position de la figure 2 l'appareil chauffant. Les flèches illustrent respectivement les facteurs de pression et de glissement nécessaires en plus de la chaleur. Après avoir ouvert l'appareil applicateur 1, les différents facteurs pression, glissement et chaleur suffisent à transférer sous l'effet de l'activation de la couche adhesive de la partie décorative sur la mèche de cheveux 3 en retirant (voir figure 3) la partie restante du ruban. [0032] Une autre forme d'exécution représentée à la figure 4 fonctionne selon la même technique, la différence étant que le ruban 2 est logé dans le corps de l'appareil chauffant 4. [0033] Une forme d'exécution supplémentaire est représentée dans les figures 6 à 13. Dans ce cas, l'utilisateur se sert d'un ensemble de marquage (kit) proposé par l'invention comprenant une pince à cheveux 5 avec dispositif de fixation pour le ruban 2, la pince chauffante 1 et le ruban 2 lui-même. Dans une première étape, la pince à cheveux 5 est fixée près de la racine d'une mèche à décorer 3 (figures 6 et 7) . Ensuite, la mèche est alignée en se servant du peigne 8 se trouvant sur la pince chauffante 1 (figure 8) . Le ruban 2 destiné à marquer la mèche est alors attaché sur un dispositif de fixation de la pince à cheveux (figure 9) . La pince chauffante pousse alors successivement le ruban 2 contre la mèche de cheveux 3 en exerçant une pression d'une durée et à une température adéquates pour entraîner le marquage de la mèche 3 (figures 10 et 11) . La pince chauffante comprend de préférence un profil en forme de rainures 6 sur le patin supérieur et une surface résiliente 7 sur le patin se trouvant en contact direct avec la mèche de cheveux. Les figures 12 et 13 montrent l'enlèvement du support de la partie décorative du ruban et un réalignement de la mèche de cheveux 3 (figure 13) .
[0034] Bien entendu, il existe un grand nombre de variantes opératoires, les trois formes d'exécution décrites ne l'ayant été qu'à titre d'illustration.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Procédé de décoration de cheveux consistant à appliquer sur les cheveux un ou plusieurs rubans comprenant un support sous la forme d'un mince film plastique recouvert sur sa surface d'un élément de décor sous la forme d'un dépôt de matière de différente coloration de celle de la chevelure, cet élément de décor étant lui-même recouvert d'une couche adhesive activable par un moyen approprié .
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'activation de la couche adhesive est une activation par voie thermique, par voie humide ou par une combinaison de ces techniques.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 , caractérisé en ce que l'activation résulte de trois paramètres individuels, à savoir la température, la durée et la pression de l'application du ruban.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'activation résulte d'une laque ou similaire appliquée préalablement sur la chevelure.
5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs rubans de même coloration ou de colorations différentes sont utilisées de manière jointive, c'est-à-dire que les rubans sont disposés de manière adjacente ou ces mêmes rubans sont espacés en laissant des mèches de cheveux sans coloration autre que celle de leur couleur naturelle ou préalablement teinte par une technique classique ; ou l'appareillage d'activation de la couche adhesive « imprime » un motif sur la chevelure en n'effectuant qu'un transfert local, c'est-à-dire en ne transférant qu'une partie seulement de l'élément de décor précité ; ou l'élément de décor ne recouvre selon un motif qu'une partie du support ou la couche adhesive peut n'avoir été prévue que localement selon un motif.
6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le ruban comporte des matières sous la forme de particules colorées généralement appliquées lors de la fabrication du ruban par enduction ou impression en présence d'un liant approprié.
7. Dispositif approprié pour l'utilisation des rubans selon le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste en un dérouleur pour bobine de ruban combiné avec un moyen d'application de l'activation de la couche adhesive.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'application est constitué par un cylindre rotatif chauffé ou un patin chauffé ou encore un humidificateur en fonction des techniques d'activation utilisées.
9. Ensemble de marquage à chaud comprenant une pince chauffante 1 avec des patins, un ruban 2 et une pince à cheveux 5 avec dispositif de fixation pour ledit ruban .
10. Utilisation de l'ensemble de marquage selon la revendication 9 pour produire un effet décoratif sur les cheveux.
