Claims (12)

  1. Vessel (1) for metallurgical treatment of pig iron, steel melts and the like, particularly converter vessel (1a), which is supported on a support ring (3), which is arranged at a spacing (2) and which is tippable by means of tip pins in tip bearings at both sides, wherein claws (6) distributed over the circumference of the vessel wall (1b) rest on the upper flange (3a) of the support ring (3) and where a support (4) is detachably formed on the upper flange (3a) of the support ring (3) by means of additional fastening elements, characterised in that the support (4) on the upper flange (3a) of the support ring (3) consists of respective mutually opposite vessel brackets (7) and support ring brackets (8) which can be tightened together by means of a hinged closure (9) in a closing direction (10) until in a secured closed setting (11) and are readily releasable in an opposite actuating direction (12).
  2. Vessel according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinged closure (9) consists of a clamping yoke (13), which engages around the vessel bracket (7) and which is rotatably mounted to be pivotable at an actuating lever (14), wherein the actuating lever (14) is rotatably mounted by its upper end (14a) to be pivotable at the support ring bracket (8).
  3. Vessel according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the vessel bracket (7) engages around the clamping yoke (13) in closing direction (10) and bears against the outer circumferential surface (3c) of the support ring (3) in closed setting (11) and that the actuating lever (14) is detented with locking pins (15), which are arranged at both sides at the clamping yoke (13).
  4. Vessel according to one of claims 1 and 3, characterised in that during an opening movement of the actuating lever (14) the clamping yoke (13) is pivotable outwardly from the circumferential surface (3c) of the support ring (3) and over the vessel bracket (7) until in an open setting (16).
  5. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the vessel bracket (7) forms in side profile (7a) a lower recess (7b) in which the support ring bracket (8) finds room at a clear spacing.
  6. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the vessel bracket (7) consists of two bracket plates (17) laterally arranged at a fixed spacing (7c).
  7. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the vessel bracket (7) consists of a single bracket plate (8) dimensioned to be appropriately thick.
  8. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the support ring (8) consists of a single, appropriately dimensioned bracket plate (19).
  9. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the clamping yoke (13) consists of two spaced-apart, parallel clamping straps (13a; 13a), which are connected at the ends (13b) thereof by means of a transversely extending spacer element (20) or are rotatably connected with spaced-apart support ring bracket plates (8a), wherein the spacer element (20) - in a central, thick support ring bracket (8) - receives lever straps (21) for the actuating lever (14) and forms the rotary mounting (22) thereof.
  10. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 6 as well as 8 and 9, characterised in that the actuating lever (14) consists of two spaced-apart, parallel lever straps (21) which are connected together by means of transversely extending spacer elements (20) to form the rotary mounting (22).
  11. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 5 as well as 8 and 9, characterised in that a clamping element (23) is formed from a clamping lever rod (24), which extends between the spaced-apart parallel vessel brackets (7) or between spaced-apart support ring bracket plates (8a), with a hammer head (24), which rests on these and which is connected with the rotary mounting (22) - which connects the two lever straps (21) - and which extends between two support ring bracket plates (8a).
  12. Vessel according to one of claims 1 to 6 as well as 8 to 11, characterised in that the clamping lever rod (24) forms an oval, closed clamping yoke (26) which extends between two support ring bracket plates (8) and engages over the vessel bracket (7).
