Claims (28)
- Procédé pour maintenir et libérer un fil de trame (2) dans la zone de la tuyère principale d'une machine à tisser à tuyères, en particulier une machine à tisser à jet d'air, moyennant quoi le fil de trame est serré avant son insertion dans un pas de chaîne formé par des fils de chaîne dans le sens d'insertion après un injecteur de la tuyère principale, caractérisé en ce que le fil de trame (2) n'est libéré que peu de temps avant son insertion, en ce que le serrage et la libération du fil de trame (2) ont lieu par le biais des extrémités libres (8a, b) dirigées dans le sens d'insertion du fil de trame (2) et disposées l'une contre l'autre de manière élastique, de deux pièces de serrage (4a, b) de type lamelle, parmi lesquelles au moins une pièce de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) est réglable dans sa position par des moyens réglables par rapport à l'autre pièce de serrage de type lamelle(4a, b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la capacité de réglage est obtenue par la force d'au moins un moyen piézoélectrique relié à une des pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la capacité de réglage est obtenue par la force d'au moins un moyen électromagnétique agissant sur une pièce de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens réglables comprennent un muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15) actionné par un agent de pressurisation, moyennant quoi les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) sont intégrées dans le muscle (15) et exercent sur celui-ci une force de rappel de ressort, moyennant quoi selon la pressurisation du muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15), celui-ci l'emporte sur la force de rappel de ressort des pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) et comprime de manière serrée leurs extrémités libres (8a, b) se prolongeant dans le muscle (15) contre le fil de trame (2) ou permet l'interruption de l'action de serrage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'action de serrage des pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) a lieu lorsque l'agent de pressurisation agit depuis l'extérieur en surpression sur le muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15) est soumis à une dépression de l'extérieur et/ou à une surpression de l'intérieur pour supprimer rapidement l'action de serrage.
- Machine à tisser à tuyères, en particulier machine à tisser à jet d'air avec une insertion de trame multicolore pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, avec au moins une tuyère principale, comprenant un injecteur avec un tube mélangeur (3) raccordé à celui-ci, avec un dispositif de serrage (1) pour serrer un fil de trame (2) dans le tube mélangeur ou immédiatement au niveau de l'ouverture de sortie du tube mélangeur (3), caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de serrage (1) présente deux pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b), dont les extrémités libres (8a, b) orientées dans le sens d'insertion du fil de trame (2) sont disposées l'une contre l'autre de manière élastique et guident entre elles le fil de trame (2), et avec des dispositifs de commande, permettant de régler la position d'au moins une des deux pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) par rapport à l'autre pièce de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle un dispositif de commande magnétique est affecté à au moins une pièce de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle au moins une pièce de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) est conçue en tant qu'élément piézoélectrique.
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) sont disposées entre deux sections de tube mélangeur (5, 6) d'un tube mélangeur (3).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) sont disposées de manière diamétralement opposée avec une extrémité libre à l'ouverture de sortie du tube mélangeur / de la section de tube mélangeur (5
ou 6). - Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) sont entourées d'une chambre (9) d'un boîtier (10) reliant de manière axiale les sections de tube mélangeur (5, 6) l'une avec l'autre.
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) sont composées d'un matériau métallique résistant à l'usure.
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13, dans laquelle les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) sont composées d'un matériau magnétisable résistant à l'usure.
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le dispositif de serrage (1) pour le fil de trame (2) comprend un obturateur central avec un muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15), moyennant quoi une chambre (9) entourant le muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15) est prévue, laquelle peut être alimentée par un agent de pressurisation, moyennant quoi les deux pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) en matériau élastique sont intégrées dans le muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15), et d'une telle manière que selon la pressurisation du muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique (15), celui-ci l'emporte sur la force de rappel de ressort des pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) et comprime de manière serrée leurs extrémités libres (8a, b) se prolongeant dans le muscle (15) contre le fil de trame (2) ou permet l'interruption de l'action de serrage sous l'effet de la force de rappel de ressort.
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle la chambre (9) entourant le muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique est formée par une région d'extrémité de diamètre agrandi de la première section de tube mélangeur (5) et est reliée de manière amovible en fonctionnement à la seconde section de tube mélangeur (6).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 16, avec un manchon d'accouplement (21) disposé de manière orientable sur la seconde section de tube mélangeur (6), lequel manchon se met en prise avec un raccord à vis (23) dans une ouverture de réception (22) dans la région d'extrémité de la première section de tube mélangeur (5).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 17, avec un composant remplaçable sous forme de cartouche, qui présente le muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique et les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 18, avec un logement de cartouche (25) sous forme d'un manchon de section transversale annulaire comme corps de base de la cartouche, avec des perforations dans la paroi du logement de cartouche (25) pour insérer à travers vers l'intérieur les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) se trouvant sur le logement de cartouche (25), et avec un muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique sous la forme d'un tuyau flexible (31) recouvrant les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) se trouvant sur le logement de cartouche (25).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 19, dans laquelle les perforations dans la paroi du logement de cartouche (25) sont conçues en tant que fentes oblongues (30a, b).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 19 ou 20, avec un contour longitudinal du logement de cartouche (25), dans lequel un premier cône (27), suivi d'une pièce centrale cylindrique (28) présentant des perforations pour les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) et enfin un second cône (29) sont contigus à un épaulement de guidage cylindrique (26) dans le sens d'insertion (7) du fil de trame (2), moyennant quoi l'épaulement de guidage cylindrique (26) est mis en prise dans un alésage cylindrique adapté de la première section de tube mélangeur (5) et les premier et second cônes (27, 29) sont poussés contre les régions internes coniques adaptées de la première section de tube mélangeur (5) sous la couche intermédiaire du tuyau flexible (31).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 21, dans laquelle le logement de cartouche (25) dans la région de son second cône (29) est conçu de telle sorte que l'enfoncement axial par le manchon d'accouplement (21) du logement de cartouche (25) dans l'ouverture de réception (22) de la première section de tube mélangeur (5) entraîne simultanément la mise en place et la fermeture étanche en fonctionnement de la seconde section de tube mélangeur (6) par rapport à la première section de tube mélangeur (5).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 22, dans laquelle une pluralité d'unités composées de l'injecteur (35), du tube mélangeur (3) et du dispositif de serrage (1) sont regroupées en un module de montage (36).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 23 avec des modules de montage (36) parmi lesquels chacun comprend une pièce formant socle (37) avec des alésages d'insertion (43) dans lesquels les injecteurs et/ou les extrémités côté injecteur des tubes mélangeurs (3) sont insérés de manière étanche, ainsi qu'une plaque de fixation (38), moyennant quoi la plaque de fixation (38) s'étend le long des tubes mélangeurs (3).
- Machine à tisser à tuyères selon la revendication 24 avec des canaux de raccordement et de ceinture (39, 42) dans la pièce formant socle (37) et/ou dans l'injecteur (35) pour amener l'agent de pressurisation jusqu' à l'injecteur (35) et jusqu'au muscle hydraulique (15).
- Cartouche formant composant remplaçable à disposer dans le tube mélangeur d'une machine à tisser à tuyères, en particulier une machine à tisser à jet d'air, moyennant quoi la cartouche est conçue en tant que dispositif de serrage (1) pour serrer le fil de trame (2) avec un logement de cartouche (25) sous forme d'un manchon de section transversale annulaire comme corps de base de la cartouche, avec des perforations dans la paroi du logement de cartouche (25) pour insérer à travers vers l'intérieur des pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) élastiques se trouvant sur le logement de cartouche (25), et avec un muscle pneumatique ou hydraulique sous la forme d'un tuyau flexible (31) recouvrant les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) se trouvant sur le logement de cartouche (25), lequel tuyau flexible est conçu de telle sorte que lorsque la cartouche est à l'état monté, selon la pressurisation du tuyau flexible (31) par un agent de pressurisation, celui-ci l'emporte sur la force de rappel de ressort des pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) et comprime de manière serrée leurs extrémités libres (8a, b) se prolongeant dans le muscle contre le fil de trame (2) ou permet l'interruption de l'action de serrage sous l'effet de la force de rappel de ressort.
- Cartouche selon la revendication 26 avec un contour longitudinal du logement de cartouche (25), dans lequel un premier cône (27), suivi d'une pièce centrale cylindrique. (28) présentant des perforations pour les pièces de serrage de type lamelle (4a, b) et enfin un second cône (29) sont contigus à un épaulement de guidage cylindrique (26) dans le sens d'insertion (7) du fil de trame (2), moyennant quoi l'épaulement de guidage cylindrique (26) ainsi que les premier et second cônes (27, 29) sont conçus de manière à agir conjointement avec des surfaces opposées correspondantes en se centrant dans une section de tube mélangeur (5) de la machine à tisser à tuyères - ou en formant un joint étanche sous la couche intermédiaire du tuyau flexible (31).
- Cartouche selon la revendication 26 ou 27, dans laquelle les extrémités libres (8a, b) des éléments de serrage élastiques (4a, b) se trouvent à distance du tuyau flexible (31) lorsque le dispositif de serrage (1) est à l'état suspendu.
