Furthermore, on account of the fixed head, these devices have a lesser number of moving parts than the devices that employ a serial type ink jet head.

Claims (12)

  1. Procédé d'impression pour réaliser une impression sur un support d'impression (39, 77) en émettant des gouttes d'encre à partir d'un dispositif d'impression (33, 76) avec une tête de jet d'encre en ligne (37) comprenant une pluralité de buses (38) agencées côte-à-côte le long d'un axe transversal parallèle à un premier axe de référence X et en face dudit support d'impression (39, 77), ladite pluralité de buses étant associées à des grilles de référence correspondantes dans des positions d'impression de référence, le procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à imprimer une grille d'image définissant une pluralité de lignes de points horizontales le long dudit premier axe de référence X et une pluralité de lignes de points verticales le long d'un second axe de référence Y perpendiculaire au premier axe de référence X en réalisant un mouvement transversal alterné entre la tête (37) et le support d'impression (39, 77), ledit mouvement transversal alterné étant défini par des oscillations de la tête le long de l'axe transversal tout en déplaçant simultanément ledit support d'impression le long dudit second axe de référence Y pour la définition de ladite pluralité de lignes de points verticales, fournissant ainsi une permutation dans l'actionnement des buses associées auxdites positions d'impression pour masquer des points non imprimés (56b) éventuels sur ledit support d'impression et/ou pour obtenir de nombreux points dans ladite grille d'image augmentant ainsi la définition d'impression par rapport à celle desdites buses, dans lequel chaque ligne de points verticale est imprimée par plus d'une buse de ladite pluralité de buses.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite tête a des buses supplémentaires, dont le nombre dépend de la grandeur desdites oscillations de la tête le long de l'axe transversal.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdites positions d'impression de référence des grilles de référence sont espacées par une distance p à la fois le long du premier axe de référence X et le long dudit second axe de référence Y, ladite distance p correspondant à l'espace intermédiaire situé entre lesdites buses le long dudit axe transversal.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit mouvement alterné s'étend sur une grandeur totale, dans les deux directions le long dudit axe transversal, entre une et soixante quatre fois la distance p des buses.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites oscillations de la tête ont une fréquence comprise entre 5 et 40 Hz.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite fréquence est inférieure à 20 Hz.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'impression est réalisée en actionnant lesdites buses dans des positions d'impression intermédiaires par rapport aux positions d'impression de référence, augmentant ainsi la définition transversale des points imprimés par rapport à la densité des buses.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel lesdites positions d'impression intermédiaires sont espacées les unes des autres de p/N, où N est égal à 2 ou 4.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la loi dudit mouvement alterné est du type sinusoïdal.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'impression est ouvert à une alimentation de courant autonome et en ce que lesdites buses sont activées par des actionneurs relatifs entraînés dans des groupes séquentiels pour minimiser les pics de courant absorbés par ladite alimentation de courant autonome.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites buses sont actionnées selon un mode à plusieurs passages de type à modulation.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le déplacement du support d'impression est réalisé par l'alimentation continue dudit support d'impression dans le dispositif d'impression le long dudit second axe de référence Y.
