Description
The subject invention relates to a sifting for a papermaking plant consisting of a support bar and attached to this, to each other subsequent plates of a ceramic material, wherein the Carrying rail and the plates of ceramic material to the adjacent Surfaces are formed with mutually facing recesses, in which fasteners are anchored.
Equipment for paper production have a screen belt on top of it a pulp is applied. The liquid contained in the pulp passes through the screen belt, passing through Siebleisten, over which the screen belt is guided, is stripped off. Because such Siebleisten strong are subjected to mechanical stress and further from the pulp leaking fluid is extremely aggressive, the Siebelisten must consist of very resistant materials. For this reason will be Siebleisten provided with plates of ceramic materials.
Da demgegenüber Siebbänder in Papiererzeugungsanlagen
From ceramic materials existing plates, which by powder sintering
can be made, however, only in lengths of about 10
To attach the plates of ceramic material to the support bars is it is known, both the support strips and the plates of ceramic material on the mutually facing surfaces with recesses, in which anchored by means of plastic compounds fasteners become. The use of plastic materials for anchoring the fasteners However, it is disadvantageous, as compared to these masses the plates of ceramic material significantly higher expansion coefficients have, whereby due to thermal expansion, the plates made of ceramic material on the support rails not with the required Rigidity are attached, but rather opposite the support bars and against each other position changes can perform. This is especially true in terms of the mutual elevations of the individual plates of ceramic Material. However, since the screen belt to the Siebleisten under high Pressure is tight, occur in not completely flat surfaces of the They had several adverse effects. Thus, in areas of elevations the Siebleisten the filter belt overloaded, making it a strong subject to increased wear. Furthermore, lie in the next to the elevations The Siebleisten less close to the screen belt on, whereby their wiping action is reduced, so the paper quality is different over the width of the screen belt.
The subject invention is therefore the object of a To create a sill through which the known prior art Adhesive disadvantages are avoided. This is inventively characterized achieved that the connecting elements in the recesses of the plates made of ceramic material are fixed by positive engagement and that side by side located plates by means of at least one over the butt joint extending, common Verbindungselmentes on the support bar are attached.
Preferably, the recesses located in the plates are with undercuts formed, which are engaged behind by the connecting elements are. In particular, the recesses provided in the plates are by at least one extending in the longitudinal direction of the support bar Groove formed.
Preferably, each connecting element is formed by a strip, which in the region assigned to a recess of the plates has a cross-section which is diametrically opposite to the cross-section of the recess. In this case, the strip-shaped connecting element may be divided in its longitudinal direction into at least two wedge-shaped element pieces. In addition, each connecting element may be formed as a cone body, which is formed in the area associated with a recess in a plate area with diametrically disposed flats, and it may also be formed with a transverse to the flats slot. In addition, each connecting element may be formed with a ring-running collar, which comes to rest on the surface of the plate. Furthermore, preferably, each connecting element on the end face associated with the support bar with an actuating slot or the like. educated.
According to a further embodiment, the connecting element is designed as a trapezoidal spring body which is elastically deformable in its region assigned to a recess in a plate. Furthermore, each connecting element may be formed as a cone-shaped body, which is formed slotted in its part facing the plate and which is provided with an axial bore into which a screw can be screwed, whereby the two parts separated by a slot are radially apart adjustable.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the connecting element formed by a bracket, which with two semi-annular, through a slot separate bracket parts is formed, wherein in the plates provided grooves have an approximately circular cross-section. Preferably, there are located in the grooves of the plates bracket parts Fixed in position by means of a potting compound.

In gleicher Weise
erstrecken. The illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 1a screening strip for papermaking plants consists of a

An
her eingeschoben werden.
befinden.The

Reference to the Fig.3, 3a to 3d is a second embodiment of a connecting element

This connecting

The connecting
