- the invention relates to a head structure for connection to the base plate of the wagon body structure of a railway vehicle; to form the body shell structure of the rail vehicle.
- head structures for rail vehicles are embodied as a welded part. Structures have also been implemented in which plates or profile structures which are screwed underneath form the main transverse beam - sometimes even one or two central longitudinal beams - or form the coupling plate. They are prefabricated as one large assembly comprising sectional structures and are then connected to the base plate by means of screwed attachment lines.
- Such welded structures are highly complex welded assemblies because there is a multiplicity of force application points in the region of the head structure and to pass on the forces induced there in an optimized structural fashion requires supporting structures to be formed in a multiplicity of different directions of action and within different planes of action. This requires an extremely high fabrication expenditure as each discrete element of the supporting structure has to be welded on individually.

Claims (5)
- Structure de tête (1) pour un raccordement à la plaque de base (7) d'une structure de caisse de wagon d'un véhicule ferroviaire pour former la structure de caisse de carrosserie du véhicule ferroviaire, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est fabriquée sous la forme d'une grande pièce de fonte en alliage léger.
- Structure de tête (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est fabriquée avec des interfaces presque complètement finies.
- Structure de tête (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une plaque de tête (3), une poutrelle transversale (6), des éléments de renforts (5), des supports longitudinaux (4) et/ou une plaque de base (2).
- Structure de tête (1) selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de base (2) est collée sur une grande zone, éventuellement l'intégralité de la zone, sur la plaque de base (7) de la structure de caisse de wagon du véhicule, dans un procédé de lit dense au moyen d'un adhésif ayant des propriétés d'amortissement d'oscillations définies et agit ainsi comme étape de ressort tertiaire.
- Structure de tête (1) selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de base (2) est raccordée à la plaque de base (7) de la structure de caisse de wagon du véhicule au moyen d'une pluralité de points d'attache, chaque raccordement par vis individuelle ou raccordement par boulon à anneau de retenue étant configuré de telle sorte qu'il serre également un amortisseur composé d'un treillis métallique et doté de propriétés d'amortissement d'oscillations définies, et agit ainsi sur la structure de caisse de wagon comme étage de ressort tertiaire.
