Claims (9)
- Tuyau de vapeur d'acier du carbone pour une membrane de paroi d'une incinération, qui est équipée d'un revêtement d'acier inoxydable, par exemple Inconel 625, caractérise en ce que le revêtement sur le tuyau de vapeur est une chenille de la soudure qui s'étendant qu'une hélice.
- Tuyau de vapeur comme revendication 1, en ce que pendant la souder à recouvrir l'acier inoxydable est MIG soudé et TIG évacué.
- Tuyau de vapeur comme revendication 1 ou 2, en ce que le fil de soudure exploité contient moins de 3 poids % Fe.
- Tuyau de vapeur comme une de revendications 1-3, en ce que la soudure à recouvrir faite une couche continu lisse.
- Membrane de paroi d'une incinération, avec tuyaux de vapeur comme revendications 1-4.
- Membrane de paroi comme revendication 5, en ce que les tuyaux de vapeur côte à côte sont soudé l'une à l'autre avec une bande d'union de 100% acier inoxydable, de préférence maximal 30 mm large.
- Membrane de paroi comme revendication 5 ou 6, en ce que pour le revêtement et la bande d'union le même composition d'acier inoxydable est exploité, de préférence haute inoxydable et inusable en rapport de la milieu règne dans la incinération.
- Membrane de paroi comme une de revendications 5-7, en ce que pour souder la bande d'union à le tuyau de vapeur, matériau de soudé d'acier inoxydable est exploité, de préférence d'une composition principalement égal à la matériau d'acier inoxydable exploité pour souder à recouvrir la couche de couverture ou bande d'union.
- Membrane de paroi comme une de revendications 1-8, en ce que le revêtement ou bande ou union de soudure a moins de 10 poids % Fe (fer).
