Description

The invention relates to a crane silo for the transport of pourable building materials, such as concrete, gravel, sand or the like., With a top loadable through a filling container, which has an openable by means of lever mechanism flap closure for emptying at the lower end and for parking on a frame is attached.

Kransilos of this kind are by the CH 685831 A5 known and have clearly asserted themselves in practice over other constructions by solidity and reliability.

They are used in sizes with a capacity of 600, 800, 1200 and 1500 liters at construction sites, where tower cranes are used for larger loads. Due to the relatively high absorption capacity and the necessary stability, these crane silos have a correspondingly high dead weight and can therefore not be used on building sites of smaller dimensions with a lack of transport capacity. Because the lighter tower cranes, so-called. Fast mounting cranes have a range of max. 35 m at the free end of the boom a load capacity of 1000 kg and less, which is not sufficient to 500 or more liters of concrete respectively. 1470 kg in total, with these known Kransilos transport over a distance of more than 20 m. It takes a manufactured according to the known type of structural steel Kransilo a too high proportion of weight to the supplied in truck mixers concrete in a rational way resp. to process in a short time.

The US 2'713'507 A describes a concrete bucket for the transport of free-flowing building materials, with a container having evenly sloping sloping inner walls and a rectangular container bottom outlet with parallel longitudinal edges, wherein the outlet opening formed by a larger cross section than the cross section arranged above the container end and arranged below the bottom outlet a flap closure is.

Die US 2'713'507 zeigt den Gegenstand des Oberbegriffes des Anspruches 1.The US 2,713,507 shows the subject of the preamble of claim 1.

To realize the merits of a crane silo after the CH 685831 A5 the object of the present invention is to provide suitable functionality and a relatively low weight with optimum absorption capacity. That is, it is to create a crane silo, which has in unfavorable environmental conditions, when it is to be operated by a person, for example, from narrow booths, a high ease of use and excellent functional insert properties.

According to the invention the object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.

For optimum use of the through the at least approximately circular feed opening, which conveys a favorable stability, and the rectangular discharge opening of the flap closure with a metered removal of concrete, sand, gravel or the like from the container, it is important that no dead spaces at the outlet end the container and inside the flap closure exist in which accumulate the building materials and lead to hardening of parts of the flap closure, so that they can only be solved with relatively high effort and consequential damage of the parts.

This goal can be achieved by the container shell at its height from a circular feed opening into an approximately oval or elliptical Outlet opening is progressively deformed, so that a large outlet opening can arise on the container.
In any case, in comparison with the known cranksilos with respect to the rectangular discharge opening on the container, viewed in plan view, angular edges are to be avoided, which would not least be stressed by the mass to be emptied, with a high coefficient of friction acting on the outlet opening to heavy wear on the container inner wall ,

Preferably, the outlet opening resp. Edge, adapted to the rectangular outlet opening of the flap closure, formed with rounded edges. In other words, the outlet opening of the container should have, according to the movement of the flap bottom, at least approximately straight intermediate sections on the longitudinal and / or narrow side.

An excellent outlet opening of the container can be achieved if the transition from the longitudinal to the narrow side of the outlet opening is in each case designed as a curved section, so that an optimal seal can be created by the flap closure at the outlet opening of the container 3.

It can be due to the container shape favorable outlet resp. Create emptying conditions, since the crane silo can be formed on the entire circumference with relatively steep wall portions which form an angle of 15 ° and less relative to a vertical. Damaging knocking against the wall of the container due to incomplete evacuation or bridging can thus be avoided.

To reinforce the container against bursting caused by the filling high pressure on the container wall, the container by edges on the Shell, which extend from the filling to the outlet opening, be reinforced. This corresponds to an optimization measure for achieving a low weight of the crane silo when using relatively thin sheet steel.

It is proposed that the jacket plate thickness of the container 1.25 to 1.75 mm, preferably 1.5 mm, which contributes to the optimization against wear, for a high reliability and a favorable dead weight and allows the use of commercially available metal sheet.

Conveniently, the container may be provided on the outer circumference with a reinforcing ring between the feed and outlet opening, which is able to absorb the relatively high Leibungsdruck without noticeable self-weight gain.

If the filling opening of the container is formed by a bead-like edge damage can be avoided when hitting the crane silo on solid objects and the container greater rigidity and stability can be taught.

The bead-like edge may be formed in a simple manner by a pipe connected to the container jacket by welding.

It proves to be a significant advantage in the container shape, when the container is formed from two approximately uniform shell parts, so that production can be simplified.

Since the jacket parts are welded to form a container, it is favorable if the former have overlapping tabs along at least one edge region along a jacket part.

To improve the strength of the container, the partially double-wall forming flaps may be formed at the upper end of the container for attachment of a suspension of the silo, for example by suspension eyes.
If above the outlet opening of the container at the periphery of a sleeve is applied by welding, then this can help the stability of the container beyond this range.

For the sake of simplicity, the outlet opening of the container forms a sealing lip opposite the flap closure, which will simultaneously serve as a reinforcement of the edge region against wear.

Advantageously, the flap closure with arranged on the frame, by means of operating lever (s) operable lever drives drive connected, the one resp. facilitates the operability of the flap closure due to reduction ratios.

The frame to which the container is attached, viewed in plan view, preferably has a rectangular shape whose longitudinal side extends approximately parallel to the pivot axis of two flap closure elements forming the flap closure; that is, the container is protected at its height against impact damage, on the one hand by the bead-like upper edge of the filling opening and on the other hand by the frame below. Nevertheless, the frame does not survive the container laterally.

Thus, the opening and closing forces can be distributed to the flap closure, a shaft is provided for actuating the two flap closure elements at the lateral ends of the flap closure along the longitudinal side of the frame and this twice stored, which the lever mechanism combines.

It proves to be a simple device when the two flap closure elements are provided at the lateral ends in each case with a lever gear connecting, lever-like drive elements which are designed such that the flap closure is torsionally stiff by the lever mechanism are formed by a shaft attached to the two-armed lever whose lever arms are coupled by a link with one drive element each.

It is simple if the drive elements associated with a lever mechanism are each mounted on a common pivot axis.

The operation of the flap closure is suitably set so that the flap closure elements for opening against a closing force can be pivoted, whereby the amount of building material to be taken is easily metered.

It can u.a. for the lateral loading of cavities one in a below the emptying opening of the crane silos in an operating position displaceable chute be attached to the frame which is attached to pivotable about a horizontal axis arms and from an upright operating position side of the container in a sloping operating position is pivotally.

It proves to be easy and offers itself as a favorable further development, when the axes of the pivotable flap closure elements can be used for storage of the outlet chute.

The Fig. 1 to 4 show a crane silo 1 for the transport of pourable building materials such as concrete, gravel, sand or the like., With a feedable from above through a filling opening 2 container 3, which has a lever mechanism 31, 32 openable flap closure 4 for emptying at the lower end and is attached to a rack 5 for parking on the ground or a scaffold, etc.
The container 3 has a circular filling opening 2, to which a container casing 6 adjoins and ends at the lower container end with an approximately oval or elliptical outlet opening 7. A circular outlet opening would have the consequence that, on the one hand, the emptying opening of the flap closure could not be optimally utilized and, on the other hand, a rectangular outlet opening would have insufficient strength. Therefore, the outlet opening is designed deviating from a circular or rectangular shape, such that it probably comes closest to an oval or an ellipse. However, this does not mean that the outlet opening 7 considered in plan view has a pure oval or elliptical shape, in order to meet the invention.
To reinforce against deformation of the container 3 is formed at the filling opening 2 with a circular curved steel tube 8, which is welded to the container shell 6.
Fig. 2 shows from the bird's eye an outlet opening 7 of the container 3 on the longitudinal and the narrow side formed by at least approximately straight intermediate sections 9, 10 which are part of a rectangular shape. Both sections 9, 10 can also be canceled by irregular curvatures, so that the outlet opening 7 is similar to an Elipse.
The illustrated generatrices of the container shell 6 are outwardly acting edges 11 which stiffen the container shell 6; The arrangement of the edges 11 and the course lead to the apparent outlet opening 7. Of course, the funnel-shaped container 3 could also have a frustoconical jacket without edges.
The container casing 6 has due to the outlet opening 7 on different levels of generatrices on the circumference, which, however, do not deviate more than 15 ° from a vertical.
Ideally, the wall thickness of the container 3 is 1.25 to 1.75 mm, preferably 1.5 mm, with corresponding differences in the design of a lightweight crane silo correspondingly noticeable.
Not shown is a reinforcing ring between filling 2 and outlet opening 7 on the circumference of the container 3, which receives in particular during filling of the container 3, the high Leibungsdruck partially.
The at the filling opening 2 a bead-like edge forming steel tube 8 is welded to the container shell 6, preferably so that the weld seam passes smoothly to the inner or outer circumferential surface of the steel tube 8.
The container casing 6 consists of two at least approximately uniform shell parts 12, 13, which are subsequently formed on a surface line in an edge region by a tab 54, which is welded overlapping with the edge region of the abutting shell part 13, 12. The with the other shell part 12, 13 to be welded tabs 54 of a shell part 12, 13 is arranged graded on the shell part 12, 13, so that a proper welding of the shell parts 12, 13 can be performed over the width of a flap 54 a double Container wall forms (see Fig. 5 ).
There arise in this way on the container casing 6 two opposing, from top to bottom extending reinforced container sections, which are suitable that at the top of a suspension device 14 is attached to which the crane silo 1 is suspended for transport. The suspension device 14 is formed on each side of the filling opening 2 of two eyelets 15, 16 with openings 17 through which a cable or chain fastening device (not shown), for example, a cowl, is passed.
Above the outlet opening 7 is attached to the container 3 enclosing this cuff 18, preferably welded to the container shell 6.
The sleeve 18 is at the lower end, at least in partial areas on the circumference, designed by a vertical portion 19, which gives the expiring materials in the edge region a vertical direction of movement, ie, that the container 3 in front of the outlet opening 7 has a vertical portion which at the decisive container shape, however, does not change anything.
At least at the intermediate portions 9 of the outlet opening 7, respectively. In addition, the sleeve 18 is formed to stiffen the wall on these longer sections cramped outwards (see Fig. 6 ).
The outlet opening 7, whether with or without a vertical outlet section 19 on the sleeve 18, has at its lower end a sealing lip 20 acting opposite the flap closure 4.
The flap closure 4 consists of two oppositely pivotable, cooperating flap closure elements 21, 22, each one after the Swivel radius bent bottom plate 23, 24 which move along the sealing lip 20 when opening and closing the flap closure 4.
The flap closure 4 and the flap closure elements 21, 22 are each mounted on opposite transverse struts 25, 26 of the rectangular frame 5 viewed in plan view about a horizontal axis 27, 28 pivotally. For this purpose, on both sides lever-like drive elements 29, 30 are provided on the flap closure elements 21, 22, which are drive-connected to a respective lever mechanism 31, 32. These lever mechanisms 31, 32, which are each associated with a lateral flap closure end, have two-armed (extended) levers 33, 34 which are fastened to a shaft 35 and whose lever arms 38, 39 are each connected to a handlebar 36, 37 with the flap closure elements 21, 22 are connected.
The shaft in turn is mounted at the longitudinal ends of the frame 5 in bearing blocks 40 and has both ends a fixedly arranged operating lever 41, with which the flap closure 4 can be opened and closed.
The longitudinal sides of the frame 5 run at least approximately parallel to the pivot axis of the flap closure 4.
The opening of the flap closure 4 takes place against a closing force, to which a spring 53 connected to the two-armed (extended) lever 33, 34 and the frame 5 is arranged.
The lever mechanism 31, 32 are protected by a housing 42 against external influences.
Moreover, the crane silo 1 is provided with a displaceable below the discharge opening of the flap closure 4 in an operating position discharge chute 43 which is attached to pivotable about a horizontal axis arms 44, 45 and from an upright operating position next to the container 3 -wie in the Fig. 1 and 4 shown in a sloping operating position is pivotable.
To the discharge chute 43 in the non-operating position according Fig. 4 to be able to hold, a gas spring 55 is provided in each case, with the ends on the one hand attached to the frame 5 and on the other hand connected to an arm 44, 45, such that the outlet chute 43 is held in a pivoting movement of the gas spring 55 in the operating position.
Of course, an automatically acting spring could be used for the same purpose.
The frame 5 has four support legs 46 running on the container 3 and fastened on one side thereof, which are connected by transverse bars 25, 26, 47, 48 and longitudinal struts 49, 50, 51, so that a box-like structure with high stability is produced. wherein the shaft 35 forms the fourth longitudinal strut.
Furthermore, handles 52 are attached to the struts and support legs, which serve to manipulate the crane silo.
