Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'introduction de métal en fusion dans des systèmes de coulée, avec
    - un creuset à fonte (3) et une unité de dosage (1) qui comprend une pompe de dosage (21, 23) avec une partie plongeant dans le creuset à fonte, et un tuyau d'écoulement (12),
    caractérisé en ce
    - que l'unité de dosage (1) est conçue sous forme d'insert de creuset présentant une bride d'obturation (8) pouvant être fixée à un couvercle (2) du creuset à fonte (3), sachant que la partie de la pompe plongeant dans le creuset à fonte (3) comprend un tuyau de pompe (11) qui s'étend à travers une ouverture de passage (32) correspondante de la bride d'obturation et est relié au tuyau d'écoulement (12), et que le tuyau d'écoulement (12) est conduit de telle manière dans une ouverture de passage correspondante (31) de la bride d'obturation qu'il peut être pivoté.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de dosage est pourvue d'un moteur d'entraînement (19) disposé en dehors du couvercle du creuset (2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le côté de refoulement de la pompe de dosage est relié à l'extrémité inférieure du tuyau d'écoulement (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau de raccordement (15) en forme de U.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de raccordement (15) est fixé à la bride d'obturation (8) à l'aide d'un support de fixation (16).
  5. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau d'écoulement (12) est pourvu environ à mi-hauteur d'un raccord d'écoulement (13) se projetant sur le côté.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture d'alimentation (28) pour l'introduction de gaz protecteur est prévue dans le tuyau d'écoulement (12) au-dessus du raccord d'écoulement (13).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau d'écoulement (12) est pourvu, dans la zone se trouvant au-dessus du couvercle du creuset (2) et au moins jusqu'au raccord d'écoulement (13), d'une isolation thermique (26) et/ou d'un dispositif de chauffe (27).
  8. Dispositif selon une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de raccordement (15) est équipé de raccords enfichables (17 et 14) résistants à la chaleur pour le côté de refoulement de la pompe de dosage (17, 18) et le tuyau d'écoulement (12).
