Abstract

La présente demande concerne un ensemble (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit cosmétique comportant
i) un récipient (2) contenant le produit, le récipient étant délimité par un corps (3);
ii) un organe (20) mobile relativement au corps du récipient et apte, en réponse à une commande exercée manuellement sur une surface (21) d'un organe d'actionnement (90), à passer d'une première position à une seconde position, cet organe mobile comportant une première lèvre (100) pour coopérer avec une paroi intérieure (12) du corps, sur au moins une partie de son mouvement, et ainsi isoler à l'intérieur du récipient une dose de produit de manière à en provoquer la sortie au travers d'au moins un orifice de distribution (7). L'organe mobile comporte de plus une lèvre supérieure (25) apte à s'appliquer de manière étanche contre la paroi intérieure (12) sur au moins une partie de son mouvement de cette première position vers la seconde.

The present application relates to an assembly (1) for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product comprising

ii) a member (20) movable relative to the body of the container and adapted, in response to a command exerted manually on a surface (21) of an actuating member (90), to move from a first position to a second position, this movable member having a first lip (100) to cooperate with an inner wall (12) of the body, on at least a part of its movement, and thus isolate inside the container a dose of product so as to causing the exit through at least one dispensing orifice (7). The movable member further comprises an upper lip (25) adapted to be sealingly applied against the inner wall (12) on at least a portion of its movement from this first position to the second.
