- the present invention relates to a closure according to claim 1 and a liner according to claims 2 or 3.
- Liners are widely used to perform a variety of functions in association with closures. Primarily liners are used for sealing an associated container neck. However, liners are also used, for example, in gas scavenging and gas barrier applications. In order to provide a plurality of functions, liners often comprise a plurality of layers.

Claims (6)
- Capsule ou fermeture (50) adaptée pour fermer ou sceller l'ouverture d'un col de récipient (90) et incorporant un revêtement (10), le revêtement consistant uniquement en deux ensembles de couches comprenant un premier ensemble de couches qui se compose de, ou inclut, une couche d'aluminium (30) qui demeure sur le col de récipient (90) suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule (50), et un deuxième ensemble de couches qui se compose de, ou inclut, une couche de polyéthylène alvéolaire ou moussé (20) et est collé sur le dessous du couvercle de la capsule par une couche d'adhésif de sorte à demeurer sur la capsule, dans laquelle le premier ensemble de couches inclut un ou plusieurs orifices de distribution (35, 36) le traversant complètement et permettant au contenu du récipient d'être distribué suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule avec le second ensemble de couches (20), la couche de polyéthylène alvéolaire ou moussé (20) et la couche d'aluminium (30) étant jointes par une couche d'adhésif (40) de sorte qu'elle puisse être affaiblie ou retirée par soudage par induction de la couche d'aluminium (30) au col de récipient (90).
- Revêtement (110) pour une capsule ou fermeture (50) adaptée pour fermer ou sceller l'ouverture d'un col de récipient (90), le revêtement consistant uniquement en deux ensembles de couches comprenant un premier ensemble de couches (30) qui se compose de, ou inclut, une couche d'aluminium (130) et est adapté à demeurer sur le col de récipient suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule, et un deuxième ensemble de couches (20) qui se compose de, ou inclut, une couche de polyéthylène alvéolaire ou moussé (120) et est adapté à demeurer sur la capsule, dans lequel le premier ensemble de couches inclut un ou plusieurs orifices de distribution (135, 136) le traversant complètement et permettant au contenu du récipient d'être distribué suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule avec le second ensemble de couches (20), le premier ensemble, de couches comprenant en outre une couche supplémentaire de polyéthylène alvéolaire ou moussé (131) et le second ensemble de couches comprenant en outre une couche de piégeage d'oxygène (121), dans lequel la couche de polyéthylène du premier ensemble de couches et la couche de piégeage d'oxygène du second ensemble de couches sont jointes par une couche d'adhésif (140) qui peut être affaiblie ou retirée par soudage par induction de la couche d'aluminium au col de récipient.
- Revêtement (210) pour une capsule ou fermeture (50) adaptée pour fermer l'ouverture d'un col de récipient (90), le revêtement consistant uniquement en deux ensembles de couches comprenant un premier ensemble de couches (30) qui se compose de, ou inclut, dans l'ordre suivant, une couche de cire (226), une couche d'aluminium (230), une couche de polyéthylène téréphtalate (227) et une couche de polyéthylène (228) et est adapté à demeurer sur le col de récipient (90) suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule, et un deuxième ensemble de couches (20) qui se compose de, ou inclut, dans l'ordre suivant, une couche de polyéthylène alvéolaire (220) et une couche de cire (225) et est adapté à demeurer sur la capsule en adhérant la couche de polyéthylène à l'intérieur de la capsule, dans lequel le premier ensemble de couches inclut un ou plusieurs orifices de distribution (231, 232) le traversant complètement et permettant au contenu du récipient d'être distribué suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule avec le second ensemble de couches (20), dans lequel une couche d'adhésif (240) joint la couche de cire (226) du premier ensemble de couches et la couche de cire (225) du second ensemble de couches, le niveau d'adhésion fourni par la couche d'adhésif (240) étant simplement suffisant pour maintenir les couches de cire (225, 226) ensemble, de sorte que le revêtement (210) se séparera entre les couches de cire (225, 226) lors du premier enlèvement de la capsule.
- Capsule (50) incorporant un revêtement (10) selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3.
- Capsule selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 4, dans laquelle le ou chaque orifice (35, 36) est entièrement situé à l'intérieur de la périphérie de la zone obturée ou scellée (A) sur le col de récipient.
- Procédé de formation d'un revêtement (10) pour une capsule ou fermeture (50) adaptée pour fermer ou sceller l'ouverture d'un col de récipient (90), le revêtement consistant uniquement en deux ensembles de couches comprenant un premier ensemble de couches (30) qui se compose de, ou inclut, une couche d'aluminium et est adapté à demeurer sur le col de récipient suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule, et un deuxième ensemble de couches (20) qui se compose de, ou inclut, une couche de polyéthylène et est adapté à demeurer sur la capsule, dans lequel le premier ensemble de couches inclut un ou plusieurs orifices de distribution (35, 36) le traversant complètement et permettant au contenu du récipient d'être distribué suite à un premier enlèvement de la capsule avec le second ensemble de couches (20), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à joindre ensemble les premier et second ensembles de couches, puis à former le au moins un orifice de distribution dans le premier ensemble de couches par le retrait ou l'enlèvement d'une ou de portion(s) du premier ensemble de couches.
