Abstract

Eine Material-Bahn (3) dient zum Einsatz in einer Wellpapier-Anlage zur Herstellung von Wellpappe-Bögen. Die Wellpappe-Anlage weist mindestens zwei Abroll-Einrichtungen (2, 9, 21) zum Abrollen von Material-Bahnen (3, 8, 22) auf. Eine Riffel-Einrichtung (10) dient zur Herstellung von mindestens einer Wellpappe-Bahn (8) aus einer der Material-Bahnen. Zum Zusammenführen der Material-Bahnen (3, 8, 22) zu einer Wellpappe-Bahn (41) dient eine Produktions-Einrichtung (1, 36, 37). Zugeschnitten werden die Wellpappe-Bögen aus der Wellpappe-Bahn (41) mittels einer Schneid-Einrichtung. Zur Bedruckung von mindestens einer der Bahnen (3, 22) ist eine Druckeinrichtung (27) vorgesehen. Die Material-Bahn (3) weist eine die Druckqualität steigernde Beschichtung (3b) auf. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wellpappe-Bögen unter Einsatz einer derartigen Material-Bahn (3) wird angegeben. Es resultieren Wellpappe-Bögen mit verbessertem Druck.

A material web (3) is used in a corrugated paper plant for the production of corrugated sheets. The corrugated board system has at least two roll-off devices (2, 9, 21) for unrolling material webs (3, 8, 22). A corrugator device (10) serves to produce at least one corrugated web (8) from one of the material webs. For merging the material webs (3, 8, 22) to a corrugated web (41) is a production device (1, 36, 37). The corrugated sheets are cut from the corrugated web (41) by means of a cutter. For printing on at least one of the webs (3, 22), a printing device (27) is provided. The material web (3) has a print quality enhancing coating (3b). A method for producing corrugated sheets using such a material web (3) is given. This results in corrugated sheets with improved pressure.
