Abstract
L'invention concerne une fonte vermiculaire présentant une bonne usinabilité et exempte de microporosités, qui présente des classes de résistance à la traction allant de 350 à 500 mégapascals, et qui comprend une proportion accrue de graphite par rapport au volume de fonte vermiculaire. Cette proportion accrue de graphite est obtenue sous forme de nodules additionnels dans la microstructure, de sorte que le pourcentage de ces nodules est également augmenté par rapport au volume de fonte vermiculaire.
