Abstract
L'invention se situe dans le domaine des propergols de type composite. Elle a pour objet un procédé pour la coulée de pâte de propergol dans un moule pour fabriquer un bloc de propergol solide, ladite pâte comprenant un prépolymère liquide, un réticulant, au moins une charge solide pulvérulente et divers additifs, la coulée se fait à partir du mélange dans un mélangeur (3,16) de deux groupes de composants : le premier groupe de composants, stocké dans une cuve (1,10), représente environ 80% à environ 99% du produit fini et comprend essentiellement le polymère, les charges solides pulvérulentes et une partie des additifs ; le deuxième groupe de composants, stocké dans une cuve (2,12), représente environ 20% à environ 1% du produit fini et comprend tout le réticulent et l'autre partie des additifs. Des pompes dont les débits sont couplés alimentent le mélangeur. The invention lies in the field of composite type propellants.
