Claims (7)
- dispositif d'expulsion pour barres (11), ou segments de barres (11a), avançant sur un plan d'une cintreuse (12) apte à fabriquer des étriers ou d'autres éléments façonnés d'armature, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pousseurs (20) pouvant se déplacer, dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe d'amenée (X) de ladite barre (11) ou segment de barre (11a), entre une première position de non-interférence où ils sont disposés latéralement par rapport à ladite barre (11) ou segment de barre (11a), et lui permettent d'avancer, et une seconde position d'expulsion où ils agissent sur ladite barre (11) ou segment de barre (11a) pour la déplacer latéralement par rapport audit axe d'amenée (X).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement entre ladite position de non-interférence et ladite position d'expulsion est effectué par au moins un actionneur linéaire (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite cintreuse (12) comprend au moins une structure de cintrage (13), un moyen de cisaillage (14) installé en amont de ladite structure de cintrage (13), et un moyen d'étirage (15) installé en amont dudit moyen de cisaillage (14), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pousseurs (20) sont installés entre ledit moyen d'étirage et ledit moyen de cisaillage (14), et comprennent au moins une paroi (20b) sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan sur lequel avance ladite barre (11) et apte à coulisser transversalement par rapport audit plan.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi supérieure (20c), sensiblement perpendiculaire, est associée à ladite paroi sensiblement perpendiculaire (20b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pousseurs (20) présentent sensiblement la forme d'un U renversé doté d'une paroi frontale (20a), d'une paroi arrière (20b) et d'une paroi supérieure (20c), lesdites parois (20a, 20b, 20c) définissant une cavité à l'intérieur de laquelle peuvent coulisser lesdites barres (11) ou segments de barres (11a).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit moyen d'étirage comprend une structure d'étirage dotée de cylindres (15), caractérisée en ce que lesdits cylindres peuvent s'ouvrir pour permettre auxdits moyens pousseurs (20) de décharger lesdites barres (11) ou segments de barres (11a).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité desdits moyens pousseurs (20) installés en coopération avec ledit moyen d'étirage (15), lesdits moyens pousseurs (20) pouvant être entraînés de façon coordonnée afin d'agir sur lesdits segments de barres (11a).
