Claims (13)
- Procédé de détection de données sur la situation du trafic dans un réseau de voies de transport qui est couvert par une pluralité de stations de base d'un réseau radio mobile cellulaire et dans lequel se déplacent une pluralité de véhicules qui sont chacun pourvus d'un dispositif terminal mobile en service pour le réseau radio mobile, des données de service qui se présentent lorsque le dispositif terminal fonctionne en contact avec les stations de base étant utilisées pour déterminer la localisation actuelle du dispositif terminal respectif,- le dispositif terminal étant doté d'une carte numérique du réseau de voies de transport, laquelle est constituée par une pluralité de points géographiques représentatifs du tracé des voies de transport ou par des tronçons discrets, des valeurs caractéristiques de paramètres de service du réseau radio mobile étant respectivement affectées aux points ou tronçons,- le dispositif terminal comparant autonomement, au moyen d'un logiciel, des paramètres de service respectivement actuellement présents et les paramètres de service stockés de la carte numérique et déterminant respectivement, sur cette base, la localisation actuelle du dispositif terminal,- le logiciel du dispositif terminal déterminant à plusieurs reprises une valeur représentative de la vitesse du véhicule,- le logiciel disposant de profils de conduite enregistrés qui sont caractéristiques de types de routes déterminés et constatant, pour accroître la précision de la détermination de la localisation, le type de route actuellement emprunté sur la base d'une comparaison du profil de conduite du véhicule effectivement conduit,- le logiciel disposant de règles enregistrées qui font respectivement en sorte que le dispositif terminal, dans certaines conditions prédéterminées (c'est-à-dire en fonction d'événements), transmet un message à une centrale sur le canal de données de service du réseau radio mobile, ce message contenant au moins des informations sur la localisation et la vitesse du véhicule, et- la centrale évaluant les messages reçus pour déterminer la situation du trafic.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le message inclut additionnellement des informations temporelles.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les informations sur la vitesse sont déterminées approximativement par le logiciel sur la base des distances entre les localisations du véhicule déterminées à des instants différents.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les informations sur la vitesse sont respectivement prélevées par le tachymètre du véhicule.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la transmission d'un message a lieu lorsque le logiciel constate une baisse de la vitesse du véhicule en dessous d'une valeur seuil prédéterminée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de service du réseau radio mobile actuellement présents dans le dispositif terminal incluent l'identifiant de la station de base qui fournit actuellement la plus grande intensité de champ.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de service du réseau radio mobile actuellement présents dans le dispositif terminal incluent également des informations sur l'intensité de champ d'autres stations de base pouvant être reçues par le dispositif terminal.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de service du réseau radio mobile actuellement présents dans le dispositif terminal incluent les temps actuels de propagation des signaux du dispositif terminal vers différentes stations de base.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le logiciel est stocké sur une carte SIM du dispositif terminal.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le logiciel est stocké dans un processeur d'un dispositif main libre numérique du dispositif terminal, monté sur le véhicule respectif.
- Dispositif terminal pour un réseau radio mobile cellulaire permettant d'exécuter le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,- le dispositif terminal étant équipé d'une carte numérique du réseau de voies de transport, laquelle est constituée par une pluralité de points géographiques représentatifs du tracé des voies de transport ou par des tronçons discrets, des valeurs caractéristiques de paramètres de service du réseau radio mobile étant respectivement affectées aux points ou tronçons ;- le dispositif terminal étant pourvu d'un logiciel supplémentaire qui compare autonomement des paramètres de service respectivement actuellement présents et les paramètres de service stockés de la carte numérique, et, sur cette base, détermine respectivement la localisation actuelle du dispositif terminal et détermine à plusieurs reprises une valeur représentative de la vitesse du véhicule ;- le logiciel disposant de profils de conduite enregistrés qui sont caractéristiques de types de routes déterminés et constatant, pour accroître la précision de la détermination de la localisation, le type de route actuellement emprunté sur la base d'une comparaison du profil de conduite du véhicule effectivement conduit ;- le logiciel disposant de règles enregistrées qui font en sorte que le dispositif terminal, dans certaines conditions prédéterminées, transmet un message à une centrale sur le canal de données de service du réseau radio mobile, ce message contenant au moins des informations sur la localisation et la vitesse du véhicule.
- Dispositif terminal selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le logiciel supplémentaire est stocké sur une carte SIM du dispositif terminal.
- Dispositif terminal selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le logiciel est stocké dans un processeur d'un dispositif main libre numérique monté sur le véhicule.
