Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) und ein Verfahren zur Reduktion der Konzentration toxischer Anteile (33) in getrockneten Pflanzenteilen (31) und die dadurch hergestellten Präparate (32). Die Pflanzenteile (31) werden zur Vorbereitung zerkleinert und von ihren Stängeln und Samen befreit und anschliessend durch ein Separierungs- und Entmischungsverfahren von den toxischen Anteilen (33) getrennt, bis der toxische Gehalt im dadurch entstandenen Präparat (32) derart verringert ist, dass dieses gemäss den Lebensmittelgesetzen und den behördlichen Bestimmungen für den Konsumenten toxisch unbedenklich ist und zum Verkauf zugelassen werden kann. Die Duft- und Aromastoffe bleiben mehrheitlich im Präparat enthalten. Das entstandene Präparat lässt sich unter Beimischung von heissem Wasser als Aufgussgetränk konsumieren oder als Gewürz oder Backzugabe anderen Lebensmitteln zugeben.
