Claims (3)
- Procédé pour construire une voie sans ballast pour véhicules ferroviaires, dans lequel une dalle porteuse en béton est appliquée sur un soubassement stable au moyen d'un finisseur coulissant, dans laquelle à l'état non encore durci des éléments de fixation de rails sont insérés par moulage dans une position précise pour la voie définitive,
caractérisé par les particularités suivantes,avant l'application de la dalle porteuse en béton (5), les rails formant la voie définitive sont fixés temporairement sur le soubassement stable, à côté de l'espace à occuper par la dalle porteuse en béton (5), dans une position s'écartant exactement de manière définie, d'une valeur constante, de la position finale des rails dans la voie définitive,le positionnement précis des éléments de fixation de rails s'opère via un dispositif de positionnement guidé au moyen des rails fixés temporairement. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que pour fixer les rails des appuis auxiliaires de rails ajustables latéralement et en hauteur sont employés qui peuvent être reliés de manière détachable aussi bien aux rails qu'au soubassement stable. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation de rails à insérer sont constitués de moyens métalliques habituels de fixation de rails, d'une pièce préfabriquée en béton en tant que support (1), qui se limite à l'extension horizontale des moyens de fixation de rails concernés, est reliée à ceux-ci et possède la forme d'une traverse en béton habituelle limitée à ces zones, ainsi que de moyens d'ancrage saillant vers le bas hors de la pièce préfabriquée en béton (1) pour la mise en place dans la dalle porteuse en béton (5).
