Claims (7)
- Aluminiumlegierung zur Herstellung von Rollformprodukten, mit den folgenden Legierungsanteilen in Gewichtsprozenten:
0,1 ≤ Si ≤ 0,5
0,15 ≤ Fe ≤ 0,5
0,05 ≤ Cu ≤ 0,25
0,8 ≤ Mn ≤ 1,4
0,4 ≤ Mg ≤ 1,3
andere in Summe maximal 0,15, einzeln maximal 0,05,
Rest Al. - Band für Rollformprodukte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band im wesentlichen aus einer Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 1 besteht. - Band für Rollformprodukte nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Gefüge des Bandes 2 bis 10 Gussphasen pro 1000 µm2 mit einer maximalen Größe von 40 µm und einer mittleren Länge von 2 bis 6 µm, 500 bis 1200 feine Ausscheidungen pro 1000 µm2 sowie Restwiderstände im Bereich von 1,2 bis 2,5 µohm cm aufweist. - Band nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band eine im Coil-Coating-Verfahren aufgebrachte Lackschicht aufweist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bandes für Rollformprodukte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band im wesentlichen aus einer Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 1 hergestellt wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bandes für Rollformprodukte nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Barren beim Vorwärmen des Warmwalzprozesses im Temperaturbereich von 480 bis 610°C für mindestens 3 Stunden geglüht wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bandes für Rollformprodukte nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band beim Warmwalzen im Temperaturbereich von 270 bis 550°C gefertigt wird.
