Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Befördern von Personen mittels eines Spreaders nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Eine solche Vorrichtung ist bekannt aus
Beim Löschen (Entladen) von Containern, die auf Schiffen transportiert werden, müssen zuerst die auf den Lukendeckeln befindlichen Container gelöscht werden. Zur Sicherung gegen Herabfallen während der Fahrt sind diese mittels sogenannter Twistlocks (an den Containerecken anzubringende Verriegelungen) sowohl mit den Lukendeckeln als auch untereinander verriegelt. Vor dem Entladen müssen diese in jedem Fall zuerst manuell entriegelt werden. Im Falle vollkommen manuell zu bedienender Twistlocks werden diese auch beim Laden zuerst auf den Lukendeckel bzw. die bereits verladenen Container gelegt und anschließend ebenfalls manuell verriegelt. Da die Container zum Teil in bis zu fünf Lagen über den Lukendeckeln gestapelt werden, ist es äußerst schwierig, diese vom Deck oder von den häufig zwischen den Containerstapeln vorhandenen Gangways aus zu erreichen. Die unteren beiden Lagen werden mit Hilfe von Stangen vom Deck oder von der Gangway aus ver- oder entriegelt, währen die oberen Lagen ebenfalls mit Hilfe dieser Stangen von oben entriegelt werden müssen. Da in vielen Fällen die Zugänglichkeit auch noch durch überstehende Container erschwert ist, sind diese Arbeiten extrem gefährlich und führen häufig auch zu schwersten Unfällen mit nicht selten tödlichem Ausgang. Aus diesem Grund wurden bereits in mehreren Staaten Vorschriften erlassen, die Arbeiten von der Oberseite der Container aus generell untersagen. Diese Vorschriften sind in der Praxis jedoch noch nicht durchführbar, da es bislang an geeigneten Vorrichtungen fehlt, um das Personal zum Öffnen der Twistlocks sicher vor Ort zu bringen.When unloading (unloading) containers that are transported on ships, first the container located on the hatch covers must be deleted. Laschkörbe) haben die Aufgabe, das Personal möglichst nahe an den Einsatzort heranzubringen. Bekannte Ausführungen sind Laschkörbe, die - unter dem Spreader hängend - auf dem obersten Container abgesetzt werden. Von dort aus arbeitet das Personal ebenfalls mit den bereits erwähnten Stangen. Bei einer anderen bekannten Ausführung hängen zwei mit Personen besetzte Körbe - ebenfalls unter dem Spreader hängend - jeweils an den Stirnseiten der Container herab und ermöglichen so zumindest das sichere Erreichen der Twistlocks der obersten Lage. Ein weiteres bekanntes' Gerät ermöglicht zwar durch je drei über Leitern verbundene Laschkörbe, daß die drei obersten Lagen ver- und entriegelt werden können. Jedoch ist dieses Gerät aufgrund seiner Bauhöhe nur sehr bedingt einsetzbar (erforderliche Hubhöhe und. überstehende Container). Ein weiteres ausschlaggebendes Kriterium, um einen rationellen Ablauf des Be- und Entladens zu ermöglichen, ist die Notwendigkeit, dieses Gerät direkt auf dem für die Schiffsverladung notwendigen Brückenkran zu lagern. Durch die spezifische Bauart dieser sehr teueren Großgeräte steht ein geeigneter Platz für dieses Gerät nicht zur Verfügung.In view of this problem, although different manufacturers strive for a solution and offer appropriate equipment.
