Für eine genaue Überwachung eines Spülvorgangs können kurze Meßintervalle im Bereich von 0,1 s bis 5 min, vorzugsweise 0,5 s bis 1 min, weiter vorzugsweise 1 bis 30 bzw. 1 bis 10 s Anwendung finden.
