Abstract
Claims (6)
- Machine de construction avec un circuit hydraulique comprenant :une pompe hydraulique (11; 111) entraînée par un moteur ; un élément d'actionnement (1; 101) entraîné par de l'huile évacuée par ladite pompe hydraulique (11; 111) ;une fixation avant (FA) entraînée par l'élément d'actionnement (1; 10) ;une soupape de commande commandée par pilote hydraulique (12; 112) commutée par la pression d'huile pilote pour commander l'entrée/la sortie d'huile pressurisée vers/depuis ledit élément d'actionnement (1; 101) ; caractérisée en ce queun orifice d'entrée d'huile pressurisée (25; 70b) est prévu sur une conduite pilote (23b; 123b) à travers laquelle la pression d'huile pilote est guidée vers ladite soupape de commande (12; 112) et est capable d'être raccordée à une pompe hydraulique manuelle (30) de façon à permettre de faire basculer la soupape de commande (12; 112) par l'huile pressurisée délivrée par la pompe hydraulique manuelle (30) à la conduite pilote (23b; 123b) à travers l'orifice d'entrée d'huile pressurisée (25; 70b).
- Machine de construction selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle :ladite fixation avant (FA) comporte une flèche (2; 102) capable de tourner dans une direction vers le haut/vers le bas par rapport au corps principal de ladite machine de construction et ledit orifice d'entrée d'huile pressurisée (25; 70b) est prévu sur la conduite pilote située du côté du bas de la flèche.
- Machine de construction selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle :ledit orifice d'entrée d'huile pressurisée (25; 70b) est disposé dans une position à l'écart du lieu géométrique de parcours de ladite fixation avant (FA).
- Machine de construction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle :la pompe hydraulique manuelle est un pistolet graisseur (30).
- Machine de construction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant en outre :une soupape d'ouverture/de fermeture (70) disposée entre ledit orifice d'entrée d'huile pressurisée (70b) et une source hydraulique (30) d'où provient la pression d'huile pilote.
- Procédé d'entraînement d'urgence d'une fixation pour entraîner une fixation avant (FA) de la machine de construction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, en commandant l'huile évacuée par la pompe hydraulique (11; 111) entraînée par le moteur à travers la soupape de commande (12; 112) commutée par la pression d'huile pilote, caractérisé par :en cas d'urgence, la fourniture de pression d'huile pilote générée sur la pompe hydraulique manuelle (30) vers la conduite pilote (23b; 123b) à travers l'orifice d'entrée d'huile pressurisée (25; 70b) ; etl'entraînement de ladite fixation avant (FA) en appliquant l'huile pressurisée d'urgence a ladite soupape de commande (12; 112).
