Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bandstahlwerkzeug mit einer Platte (1), in der entsprechend einer vorgegebenen Schnittform gebogene, bandförmige Stanzmesser (2) gehalten sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Platte (1) als Sandwichplatte ausgebildet, die mindestens eine zwischen zwei formstabilen Deckplatten (3) eingespannte elastomere Zwischenschicht (4) aufweist. Die Stanzmesser (2) sind in Schlitze der Deckplatten (3) und der Zwischenschicht (4) eingesetzt. Durch die Einspannung wird die Zwischenschicht (4) elastisch verformt und übt dadurch eine Klemmwirkung auf die Stanzmesser aus.

The punching knives (2) are inserted into slots in the cover plates (3) and the intermediate layer (4). The intermediate layer (4) is elastically deformed by the clamping and thereby exerts a clamping effect on the punching knife.
