- Marquage infalsifiable pour des objets tels que cartes bancaires, billets de banque et objets similaires, une deuxième couche (3) inerte assurant la transmission d'ondes électromagnétiques d'une épaisseur définie étant appliquée sur une première couche (1) reliée à l'objet et réfléchissant des ondes électromagnétiques et une troisième couche (4) constituée de clusters métalliques étant appliquée sur la deuxième couche (3).
- Marquage infalsifiable pour des objets tels que cartes bancaires, billets de banque et objets similaires, une deuxième couche (3) inerte assurant la transmission d'ondes électromagnétiques d'une épaisseur définie étant appliquée sur une première couche (1) reliée à l'objet et réfléchissant des ondes électromagnétiques et une troisième couche (4) constituée de clusters métalliques étant appliquée sur un substrat (6) de telle façon qu'elle puisse être disposée à un intervalle défini par rapport à la première couche (1) pour la visualisation du marquage.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 ou 19, au moins une des couches (1, 3, 4, 5) présentant une structure.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 20, une quatrième couche (5) inerte assurant la transmission d'ondes électromagnétiques et recouvrant la troisième couche (4) étant prévue.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 19 à 21, le substrat (6) étant en un matériau assurant la transmission d'ondes électromagnétiques, de préférence en verre ou en matière plastique.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 19 à 22, des premières molécules (7) étant appliquées sur la troisième (4) ou la quatrième couche (5), lesquelles sont affines à la deuxième couche (3) ou aux deuxièmes molécules qui y sont destinées.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon la revendication 23, les molécules (7) étant en polymères, silanes ou des combinaisons de structure apparentée.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 24, les clusters métalliques étant en argent, or, platine, aluminium, cuivre, étain ou indium.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 25, la deuxième (3) et/ou la quatrième couche (5) étant fabriquée(s) dans l'un des matériaux suivants : oxyde métallique, nitrite métallique, carbure métallique, en particulier en oxyde de silicium, carbure de silicium, nitrite de silicium, oxyde d'étain, nitrite d'étain, oxyde d'aluminium, nitrite d'aluminium ou polymère, en particulier polycarbonate (PC), polyéthylène (PE), polypropylène (PP), polyuréthane (PU), polyimide (PI), polystyrène (PS) ou polyméthacrylate (PMA).
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 26, une coloration d'identification non équivoque étant décelable à un intervalle de moins de 2 µm entre la première (1) et la troisième couche (4).
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 27, un dispositif pour la génération d'ondes électromagnétiques, de préférence un LASER, un tube fluorescent, une diode électroluminescente ou une lampe à xénon, étant destiné à l'irradiation du marquage.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 28, un dispositif pour la détermination des propriétés optiques des ondes électromagnétiques réfléchies par la première couche (1) étant destiné à l'identification du marquage.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 29, l'absorption étant mesurable avec le dispositif pour la détermination des propriétés optiques, de préférence sous différents angles d'observation.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 à 30, les couches (1, 3, 4, 5) étant fabriquées au moyen de la technologie couche mince.
- Marquage infalsifiable selon l'une des revendications 18 ou 20 à 31, la première couche (1) constituant une surface de l'objet qui doit être marqué.
