Claims (8)
- Pompe de distribution de produit fluide, comportant un corps de pompe (10) dans lequel coulisse au moins un piston (20, 30), une chambre de pompe (40) étant définie entre un clapet d'entrée (50) et un clapet de sortie (60), et ledit corps de pompe (10) se prolongeant vers l'intérieur d'un réservoir (2) par un tube plongeur (70), ledit clapet d'entrée (50) étant relié de manière étanche audit tube plongeur (70), la pompe comportant un ressort de rappel (5) ramenant ladite pompe vers sa position de repos, ledit ressort (5) étant disposé hors de tout contact avec le produit fluide, ledit clapet d'entrée (50) comportant un siège de clapet d'entrée (51) et un élément de clapet d'entrée (59), tel qu'une bille, qui obture et ouvre sélectivement ledit clapet d'entrée (50), caractérisé en ce que ledit siège du clapet d'entrée (51) est déplaçable dans ledit corps de pompe (10).
- Pompe selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le ressort de rappel (5) de la pompe est disposé dans le corps de pompe (10) entre le siège de clapet d'entrée (51) et le corps de pompe (10) ou un élément (70) solidaire du corps de pompe (10), tel qu'une partie du tube plongeur.
- Pompe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le corps de pompe (10) comporte une ouverture supérieure dans laquelle est assemblée une tige d'actionnement (1), et une ouverture inférieure dans laquelle est assemblé le tube plongeur (70), ledit corps de pompe (10) ou ledit tube plongeur (70) comportant au niveau de ladite ouverture inférieure du corps de pompe (10) une partie tubulaire (80) s'étendant axialement à l'intérieur du corps de pompe (10), ledit clapet d'entrée (50) étant relié de manière étanche à ladite partie tubulaire (80).
- Pompe selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ledit siège de clapet d'entrée (51) comporte en amont dudit élément de clapet d'entrée (59), dans le sens d'écoulement du produit, un tube axial (55) dont une extrémité (56) coopère de manière étanche avec ladite partie tubulaire (80) du corps de pompe (10) ou du tube plongeur (70).
- Pompe selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ledit tube axial (55) du siège de clapet d'entrée (51) coulisse de manière étanche à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de ladite partie tubulaire (80).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le siège de clapet d'entrée (51) comporte en amont de l'élément de clapet (59), un passage radial traversant (53) pour permettre l'évacuation vers le réservoir de l'air contenu dans la chambre de pompe (40) avant le premier actionnement de la pompe.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le clapet de sortie (60) comporte un siège de clapet de sortie (61) et un élément de clapet de sortie (69), ledit élément de clapet de sortie (69) comportant une tête élargie (68) coopérant avec ledit siège de clapet de sortie (61), ledit élément de clapet de sortie (69) étant sollicité vers sa position de fermeture par la pression du produit contenu dans la chambre de pompe (40), et déplacé mécaniquement vers sa position d'ouverture en fin de course d'actionnement de la tige d'actionnement (1).
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide comportant un réservoir de produit fluide caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
