Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines insbesondere kosmetischen Produkts, wobei die Vorrichtung einen das Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2) aufweist und mit einer Auftragkonstruktion (20, 50, 70) versehen ist, die aufweist:
    i) einen Träger (50), der einen Sitz (58) begrenzt;
    ii) ein nicht-rundes Auftragorgan (70), das innerhalb des Sitzes angeordnet ist, und dessen Oberfläche (71) um mindestens eine Achse X drehsymmetrisch ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Auftragkonstruktion aufweist:
    iii) Mittel (20), um sie von einer ersten Konfiguration, in der ein Abschnitt (73) des Auftragorgans eine zwischen dem Behälter und dem Sitz ausgebildete erste Öffnung (28) dicht verschließt, in eine zweite Konfiguration übergehen zu lassen, in der der Sitz über die erste Öffnung mit dem Behälter in Verbindung steht, und in der das Auftragorgan frei um die Achse X drehen kann, so dass ein Abschnitt der drehsymmetrischen Oberfläche, nachdem er mit dem Produkt in Kontakt gebracht wurde, über eine vom Sitz begrenzte zweite Öffnung (59) mit einer Oberfläche in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, auf die das Produkt aufgetragen werden soll.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussabschnitt (73) auf die Achse X zentriert ist und lotrecht zu einer Ebene der ersten Öffnung (28) mindestens einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussabschnitt (73) des Auftragorgans (71) aus einem Kugelabschnitt besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse X die Ebene der ersten Öffnung (28) schneidet.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse X mit der Ebene einen Winkel zwischen 45° und 80° bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (60) aufweist, um bei der Rückkehr der Vorrichtung (1) aus der zweiten in die erste Konfiguration das Auftragorgan (70) in Richtung der zweiten Öffnung (59) zu zwingen.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (70) eine gemäß der Achse X längliche Form hat, wobei mindestens eines der Enden in einem Kugelabschnitt endet, dessen Mitte auf die Achse X zentriert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan an jedem seiner beiden Enden einen Kugelabschnitt (72, 73) aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (70) im Wesentlichen eiförmig ist.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Öffnung (28) mit einem Tauchrohr (30) in Verbindung steht, von dem ein Ende in das Produkt getaucht ist, wobei der Behälter (2) mindestens eine als Reaktion auf einen auf sie ausgeübten Druck elastisch verformbare Wand aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    i) die Mittel, um die Auftragkonstruktion von der ersten in die zweite Konfiguration übergehen zu lassen, ein bezüglich des Behälters drehbewegliches Betätigungselement (20) aufweisen, das axial bezüglich des Behälters fest ist;
    ii) das Betätigungselement (20) einen Rand aufweist, der die erste Öffnung (28) begrenzt; und
    iii) das Betätigungselement (20) mit dem Träger (50) derart gekoppelt ist, dass eine Drehung des Betätigungselements bezüglich des Behälters eine axiale Bewegung des Trägers von einer ersten Stellung, in der der Verschlussabschnitt (73) des Auftragorgans (70) mit dem Rand zusammenwirkt, um die erste Öffnung (28) fest zu verschließen, in eine zweite Stellung bewirkt, in der der Verschlussabschnitt (73) vom Rand entfernt ist, um die erste Öffnung mindestens zum Teil freizulegen.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Deckel (12) aufweist, der die Auftragkonstruktion (20, 50, 70) umkehrbar bedecken kann.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel, insbesondere in Form einer Zunge (31), vorgesehen sind, um das Betätigungselement (20) in Drehung zu versetzen.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) einen Hals (5) aufweist, von dem ein freier Rand eine Öffnung (7) begrenzt und auf den die Auftragkonstruktion (20, 50, 70) montiert ist, wobei die Achse X die Öffnung (7) schneidet.
  15. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hals (5) bezüglich des Behälters (2) axial verschoben ist.
  16. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts, insbesondere eines Körperhygieneprodukts.
