Claims (10)
- Applicateur de colle thermofusible comprenant a) une chambre allongée (3) présentant une première extrémité (4) conformée en entrée pour un bâtonnet (B) de ladite colle thermofusible et une deuxième extrémité (5) équipée d'une buse (6) de distribution de colle fondue, b) des moyens pour pousser progressivement ledit bâtonnet (B) dans ladite chambre (3) et c) des moyens de chauffage électrique de la partie du bâtonnet (B) contenue dans la chambre (3), ces moyens de chauffage comprenant au moins un élément chauffant (131, 132) constitué par au moins une piste (151, 152) en un matériau électriquement résistant et munie de moyens de connexion (161, 162) à une source d'énergie électrique, ladite piste (151, 152) étant formée sur une surface électriquement isolée d'un substrat (141, 142), ledit substrat étant agencé de manière à être en contact thermique avec une masse de colle contenue dans ladite chambre (3),
caractérisé en ce que ledit élément chauffant (131, 132) est étroitement appliqué contre une facette extérieure (21, 22) conforme d'un corps de chauffe (2) dont une surface intérieure délimite ladite chambre (3), ledit corps de chauffe (2) étant réalisé en un matériau conducteur de la chaleur. - Applicateur conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit substrat (141, 142) est un substrat métallique isolé.
- Applicateur conforme à la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la piste (151, 152) formée sur ledit substrat (141, 142) est disposée sur la face de ce substrat qui est opposée à celle appliquée contre ledit corps de chauffe (2).
- Applicateur conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément chauffant (131, 132) comporte au moins deux pistes en un matériau électriquement résistant, disposées chacune sur une des deux faces du substrat de l'élément chauffant (131, 132).
- Applicateur conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit substrat (141, 142) est constitué en un matériau électriquement isolant.
- Applicateur conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau constituant la ou les pistes résistives présente un coefficient de température positif.
- Applicateur conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens électroniques (11) de régulation de la température de la masse de colle chauffée.
- Applicateur conforme à la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il comprend un capteur de la température dudit corps de chauffe (2), pour délivrer un signal représentatif de ladite température auxdits moyens (11) de régulation.
- Applicateur conforme à la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur est disposé sur le substrat (141, 142) dudit élément chauffant (131, 132).
- Applicateur conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la piste résistive (151, 152) portée par chaque élément chauffant (131, 132) est réalisée par dépôt sérigraphique d'une pâte résistive sur le substrat (141, 142), suivant la technologie de réalisation des circuits hybrides à couche épaisse.
