Abstract
Diese Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (10) und ein Verfahren zum Polieren von Titanstücken (34) aus Titan Grad 1 bis Titan Grad 10 und ein Anodenmodul (30) zu dieser Vorrichtung. Die Vorrichtung besteht unter anderem aus einer Elektrolyseeinrichtung (20) und einer Kühlvorrichtung (40) für das Elektrolyt, das für den Vorgang auf 5-8 °C gekühlt werden muss und aus dem Anodenmodul (30) als Halterung für das zu polierende Titanstück (34), wobei das Anodenmodul (30) aus oxydiertem Titan Grad 1 bis Grad 10 besteht. Dieses Verfahren poliert die Oberfläche innerhalb weniger Minuten zu einer hohen Oberflächengüte. Anwendungsbeispiele sind unter anderem Zahnbohrer, Zahnfüllungen, Implantate, Uhrenteile und Schmuck. This invention relates to a device (10) and a method for polishing titanium pieces (34) from titanium grade 1 to titanium grade 10 and an anode module (30) for this device. The device consists, among other things, of an electrolysis device (20) and a cooling device (40) for the electrolyte, which has to be cooled to 5-8 ° C. for the process, and of the anode module (30) as a holder for the titanium piece to be polished (34 ), the anode module (30) consisting of oxidized titanium grade 1 to grade 10.
