Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und auf eine Einrichtung zur Wandlung der unipolaren, von einer geeigneten Stoßwellenquelle erzeugten akustischen Impulse bzw. Stoßwellen in bipolare akustische Impulse bzw. Stoßwellen zur Erzeugung inverser N-Wellen.The invention relates to a method and to a device for converting the unipolar acoustic pulses or shock waves generated by a suitable shock wave source into bipolar acoustic pulses or shock waves for generating inverse N waves.
Erfindungsgemäß werden die unipolaren Impulse an einem Grenzschicht-Medium aus einem Werkstoff reflektiert, dessen Dicke deutlich geringer ist als die Signallänge des akustischen Impulses in dem Grenzschicht-Medium, und dessen akustische Impedanz deutlich verschieden ist sowohl von der Impedanz des Ausbreitungsmediums als auch von derjenigen des dahinter angrenzenden Mediums.
