Claims (10)
- Dispositif à fixation pour baguettes profilées (2), comprenant un élément à ressort (4) fabriqué d'acier à ressorts, pour fixation détachable des baguettes profilées (2) entre un mur (6) et un élément plafond ou plancher (8), ledit élément à ressort (4) comprenant des moyens (10) pour fixation détachable de la baguette profilée (2),
caractérisé en ce
que ledit élément à ressort (4) consiste en deux branches élastiques (12,14) saillantes avec un angle mutuel de plus que 90° dans l'état relaxé, et
que les extrémités libres des branches (12,14) de l'élément à ressort (4) sont munies de moyens d'ancrage (16) qui sont capables d'être pressés dans le mur (6) et dans l'élément plafond ou plancher (8), et qui ancrent l'élément à ressort (4),
l'élément à ressort est capable d'être pressé dans l'angle entre le mur (6) et l'élément plafond ou plancher (8) jusque à ce que les branches (12,14) forment un angle sensiblement de 90° et les moyens d'ancrage (16) sont pressés dans le mur (6) et dans l'élément plafond ou plancher (8) sous l'effet de ressort. - Dispositif à fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ancrage (16) sont saillants de l'extrémité libre des branches (12,14) avec un angle au mur (6) et à l'élément plafond ou plancher (8), respectivement.
- Dispositif à fixation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ancrage (16) consistent en une série des dents (16) comprenant des dents pointues (18).
- Dispositif à fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les branches (12,14) sont munies de moyens d'ancrage (16) additionnels saillants vers l'extérieur dans la direction du mur (6) et de l'élément plafond ou plancher (8).
- Dispositif à fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (10) pour fixation détachable de la baguette profilée (2) consistent en une aiguille (22) saillante d'une des branches (12,14) vers l'intérieur, ladite aiguille s'engrenant dans une rainure (24) de la baguette profilée (2), conformant avec l'aiguille (22).
- Dispositif à fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (10) pour fixation détachable de la baguette profilée (2) sont saillants desdites deux branches (12,14) vers l'intérieur.
- Dispositif à fixation selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la baguette profilée (2) est capable d' être installée sur ladite au moins une aiguille (22) et est tenue par serrage.
- Dispositif à fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les branches (12,14) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un segment à ressort (26) courbé dans une configuration presque circulaire.
- Dispositif à fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de soutien (28), capable d'être tenu par cliquetage, est saillante d'une des branches (12,14), ledit élément soutien (28) étant capable d' être verrouillié avec l'autre des branches (12,14) pour augmenter le pression des branches (12,14) contre le mur (6) et contre l'élément plafond ou plancher (8), respectivement.
- Baguette profilée comprenant un dispositif à fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
