- la figure 5 est une vue similaire à la figure 1 d'un chausson selon un second mode de réalisation,
- la figure 6 est une vue de dessus du système de serrage de la figure 5,
- la figure 7 est une vue similaire à la figure 5 avec un arraché partiel du banderolage,
- la figure 8 est une vue en coupe selon VIII-VIII de la figure 7.
Claims (12)
- Article chaussant comportant une tige (2) basse au moins partiellement élastique et une semelle (3), caractérisée en ce qu'elle est munie sur sa partie cou de pied d'un système de serrage élastique s'étendant depuis le dessus du cou de pied jusqu'au niveau de la semelle (3).
- Article chaussant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique comporte une partie centrale (11) s'étendant sur le dessus du cou de pied et une série de branches (12, 13, 14) s'étendant radialement depuis la partie centrale (11) jusqu'au niveau de la semelle (3).
- Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique comporte une branche (13) s'étendant en direction du talon sur au moins un côté latéral et médial de l'article chaussant.
- Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique comporte une branche (14) s'étendant en direction des orteils sur au moins un côté latéral et médial de l'article chaussant.
- Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités inférieures de chaque branche (12, 13, 14) sont reliées entre elles par un bord (15).
- Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique (10) est solidaire de la tige.
- Article chaussant selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique (10) est fixé sur la tige (2) au niveau de sa partie centrale et au niveau de la semelle.
- Article chaussant selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque branche (12, 13, 14) du système de serrage élastique (10) est fixée sur la tige (2).
- Article chaussant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique (10) est en caoutchouc.
- Article chaussant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la tige (2) est en un matériau élastique tel que du "LYCRA"®.
- Article chaussant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bord (15) constitue une partie d'un banderolage (4) de protection de la tige.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à :fixer le système de serrage élastique (10) à plat sur la forme prédécoupée de tige,mettre en forme et assembler la tige,à coller la semelle externe (3).
