Abstract

Article chaussant comportant une tige (2) basse au moins partiellement élastique et une semelle (3), caractérisée en ce qu'elle est munie sur sa partie cou de pied d'un système de serrage élastique s'étendant depuis le dessus du cou de pied jusqu'au niveau de la semelle (3). Le système de serrage élastique comporte une partie centrale (11) s'étendant sur le dessus du cou de pied et une série de branches (12, 13, 14) s'étendant radialement depuis la partie centrale (11) jusqu'au niveau de la semelle (3). De plus, le système de serrage élastique comporte une branche (13) s'étendant en direction du talon sur au moins un côté latéral et médial de l'article chaussant, et une branche (14) s'étendant en direction des orteils sur au moins un côté latéral et médial de l'article chaussant. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un article chaussant, notamment de type chausson et conçu plus spécifiquement pour la pratique d'un sport tel que escalade, danse, sports d'eau, sports de combat,...etc.
De tels articles chaussants doivent être légers, souples tout en assurant un maintien parfait du pied et une excellente mobilité de la cheville.
Les chaussons d'escalade en particulier sont généralement constitués d'une tige basse, c'est-à-dire s'arrêtant en dessous des malléoles et d'une semelle en caoutchouc.
Selon le résultat recherché le chausson est plus ou moins souple, la rigidité étant entre autre conférée par la semelle plus ou moins épaisse.
Le serrage du chausson sur le pied de façon qu'il épouse bien la forme de celui-ci est important pour un bon toucher, contact et des sensations maximums quel que soit le type de sport pratiqué.
En général, ce serrage est obtenu par des moyens traditionnels de type laçage, sangle de serrage effectuant un parcours en zigzag sur le dessus du pied, simples sangles de serrage munies de moyens auto agrippants, voire même par une simple tige munie de bandes élastiques au niveau du cou de pied et/ou en haut de tige pour les chaussons dits de type ballerine pour lesquels on recherche une légèreté maximale et où l'on souhaite éviter les risques des desserrages intempestifs liés à l'utilisation de lacets ou de sangles avec moyens auto agrippants.
Dans ce dernier type de construction, la tenue du pied est en fait essentiellement assurée par le matériau de la tige, les bandes élastiques servant essentiellement à faciliter le chaussage et accessoirement à assurer le maintien du pied. Par ailleurs le serrage n'est pas toujours très homogène.
Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un article chaussant, de type chausson qui permette un serrage et un maintien de pied amélioré, tout en étant le plus léger possible.
Ce but est atteint dans l'article chaussant selon l'invention qui est du type comportant une tige basse au moins partiellement élastique et une semelle, par le fait que la tige est munie sur sa partie cou de pied d'un système de serrage élastique s'étendant depuis le dessus du cou de pied jusqu'au niveau de la semelle. Ainsi, le système de serrage élastique s'étend sur quasiment tout le volume du pied et permet un serrage amélioré régulier et uniforme, améliorant par ailleurs les sensations proprioceptives.
Par ailleurs, il évite les problèmes liés aux systèmes de type laçage ou sangle avec moyens auto agrippants qui risquent toujours de se défaire. Enfin, ce système de serrage concilie efficacité et légèreté.
De toute façon, l'invention sera mieux comprise et d'autres caractéristiques de celle-ci seront mises en évidence à l'aide de la description qui suit en référence au dessin schématique annexé en illustrant à titre d'exemple non limitatif deux modes de réalisation préférés, et dans lequel :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un chausson d'escalade selon l'invention,
  • la figure 2 est une vue de dessus de la tige du chausson de la tige 1 avant montage,
  • la figure 3 est une vue similaire à la figure 1 avec arraché partiel au niveau du banderolage,
  • la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon IV-IV de la figure 3,
  • la figure 5 est une vue similaire à la figure 1 d'un chausson selon un second mode de réalisation,
  • la figure 6 est une vue de dessus du système de serrage de la figure 5,
  • la figure 7 est une vue similaire à la figure 5 avec un arraché partiel du banderolage,
  • la figure 8 est une vue en coupe selon VIII-VIII de la figure 7.
Les différentes figures illustrent l'application de l'invention à un article chaussant de type chausson d'escalade. Bien entendu l'invention peut également s'appliquer à tout article chaussant de type chausson pour lequel des problèmes similaires ou identiques doivent être résolus.
Elle peut s'appliquer notamment à des chaussons prévus pour les sports d'eau, sports de combat, danse,...etc.
Ainsi que le montre la figure 1, l'article chaussant ou chausson 1, comporte essentiellement une tige basse fermée 2 munie d'une ouverture supérieure 5 et d'une tirette de chaussage 6, une semelle externe 3 et un système de serrage élastique 10.
La tige 2 est basse, c'est-à-dire qu'elle s'étend en dessous des malléoles pour ne pas gêner l'articulation de la cheville. Selon le cas la tige 2 pourrait également être mi-haute, c'est-à-dire couvrir lesdites malléoles sans cependant gêner la mobilité de la cheville.
Cette tige 2 est de préférence en un matériau complètement élastique, mais néanmoins léger tel que du "LYCRA"® ou néoprène.
Le système de serrage élastique 10 se compose d'une partie centrale 11 s'étendant sur le dessus du cou de pied et sensiblement sur toute la longueur de celui-ci et d'une série de branches 12, 13, 14 s'étendant radialement depuis ladite partie centrale 11 jusqu'au niveau de la semelle 3 du chausson.
Ainsi que le montre particulièrement la figure 2, les extrémités inférieures de chacune des branches 12, 13, 14 sont reliées ensemble par un bord semi-périphérique 15, de chaque côté latéral/médial du chausson.
Par ailleurs, le système de serrage comporte de préférence de chaque côté latéral/médial du chausson une branche arrière 13 s'étendant en direction du talon et une branche avant 14 s'étendant en direction des orteils. Selon le cas, les branches 13, 14 peuvent être prévues seulement d'un côté. Le système de serrage est en un matériau élastique tel que du caoutchouc.
Ainsi, le système de serrage 11, 12, 13, 14 constitue une sorte de "cage" élastique enveloppant complètement le pied au niveau du cou de pied jusqu'en direction du talon et des orteils, et permet d'exercer un effort de serrage amélioré, homogène et uniformément réparti sur l'ensemble du pied.
Un tel serrage uniformément réparti permet par ailleurs des sensations proprioceptives encore renforcées par l'utilisation d'une tige en matériau(x) élastique(s).
De préférence, la partie centrale 11 du système de serrage comporte une partie évidée voire même un trou 16 dans la zone de jonction des branches 12, 13, 14 pour améliorer la déformabilité de l'ensemble et ne pas créer de surpression à ce niveau.
Les branches 12, 13, 14 peuvent être symétriques ou non selon l'effet recherché et en vue d'une meilleure adaptation à l'anatomie du pied.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le système de serrage élastique 10 est solidaire de la tige 2. Cette solidarisation peut s'effectuer par tout moyen connu 9, tel que collage, soudage, surmoulage, couture. Il peut être fixé seulement à sa partie centrale 11 et inférieure 15 au niveau de la semelle, ou sur toute sa surface, chaque branche 12, 13, 14 étant alors fixée sur la tige.
La figure 2 illustre un procédé de fabrication préféré dans lequel le système de serrage élastique 10 est fixé à plat sur une forme prédécoupée de la tige 2. La tige 2 est ensuite mise en forme de façon connue en soi par assemblage par couture stroebel 8 à une première de montage 7 et est collée à la semelle externe 3. L'ensemble est finalisé par la mise en place d'un banderolage 4, c'est-à-dire d'une bande de caoutchouc ou similaire entourant la partie inférieure de la tige 2 au niveau de sa jonction avec la semelle externe 3.
Dans ce mode de réalisation, le système de serrage 10 peut être réalisé en caoutchouc surmoulé directement sur la tige 2. L'assemblage peut également être réalisé par soudage haute fréquence. Cette construction offre l'avantage que du caoutchouc transparent peut être utilisé pour le système de serrage 10 puisque l'assemblage se fait sans colle.
Une autre possibilité consiste à assembler le système de serrage 10 par collage sur la tige 2, après montage de celle-ci sur la semelle 3 et avant mise en place du banderolage 4.
Dans tous les cas, le système de serrage 10 définit un volume chaussant inférieur à celui du pied devant être accueilli, de façon à exercer réellement un effort de serrage élastique lorsque le pied est mis en place dans le chausson.
Avantageusement, des systèmes de serrage 10 définissant des volumes chaussants différents pourront être utilisés pour des chaussons d'une même pointure pour tenir compte des différences morphologiques, et notamment cou de pied mince ou fort, des pieds des différents utilisateurs.
Les figures 5 à 8 illustrent un second mode de réalisation dans lequel le système de serrage élastique 10 constitue également une partie en banderolage et dans lequel les éléments similaires ou identiques seront indiqués par des références numériques identiques.
Dans ce mode de réalisation, l'article chaussant ou chausson 1 est également constitué d'une tige 2 de préférence basse en matériau élastique, munie d'une ouverture supérieure 5 et d'une tirette de chaussage 6, une semelle externe 3 et un système de serrage élastique 10.
De même que précédemment, le système de serrage élastique 10 se compose d'une partie centrale 11 s'étendant sur le dessus du cou de pied et d'une série de branches 12, 13, 14 s'étendant radialement depuis la partie centrale 11.
La différence essentielle par rapport à l'exemple de réalisation des figures 1 à 4 réside dans le fait que le bord périphérique 15 reliant les différentes branches 12, 13, 14 est beaucoup plus haut et peut de ce fait s'étendre jusqu'en prise de montage entre la tige 2 et la semelle 3, en définissant alors une partie 4a du banderolage.
Dans ce type de construction, le système de serrage 10 est nécessairement appliqué sur la tige 2 une fois celle-ci assemblée avec la première de montage 7.
En effet, une fois la tige 2 assemblée et mise en forme, le système de serrage 10 est mis en place sur l'extrémité supérieure de la tige et fixé sur celle-ci, notamment par collage, au niveau de sa partie centrale 11, puis il est rabattu par son bord inférieur 15 sous la première de montage 7, avant mise en place et assemblage par collage de la semelle externe 3.
De ce fait le système de serrage 10 est tenu d'une part par sa partie centrale 11, et d'autre part par son bord inférieur 15 fixé en prise de montage entre la première de montage 7 et la semelle externe 3.
Le bord inférieur 15 constitue donc également le banderolage latéral/médial du chausson, ce qui procure un gain de poids certain.
Le chausson est terminé, si besoin, par application de deux bandes de caoutchouc respectivement avant 4b et arrière 4c finalisant le banderolage 4.
Bien entendu, la présente invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits co-avant à titre d'exemple non limitatifs, mais en englobe tous les modes de réalisation similaires ou équivalents.

Claims (12)

  1. Article chaussant comportant une tige (2) basse au moins partiellement élastique et une semelle (3), caractérisée en ce qu'elle est munie sur sa partie cou de pied d'un système de serrage élastique s'étendant depuis le dessus du cou de pied jusqu'au niveau de la semelle (3).
  2. Article chaussant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique comporte une partie centrale (11) s'étendant sur le dessus du cou de pied et une série de branches (12, 13, 14) s'étendant radialement depuis la partie centrale (11) jusqu'au niveau de la semelle (3).
  3. Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique comporte une branche (13) s'étendant en direction du talon sur au moins un côté latéral et médial de l'article chaussant.
  4. Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique comporte une branche (14) s'étendant en direction des orteils sur au moins un côté latéral et médial de l'article chaussant.
  5. Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités inférieures de chaque branche (12, 13, 14) sont reliées entre elles par un bord (15).
  6. Article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique (10) est solidaire de la tige.
  7. Article chaussant selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique (10) est fixé sur la tige (2) au niveau de sa partie centrale et au niveau de la semelle.
  8. Article chaussant selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque branche (12, 13, 14) du système de serrage élastique (10) est fixée sur la tige (2).
  9. Article chaussant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le système de serrage élastique (10) est en caoutchouc.
  10. Article chaussant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la tige (2) est en un matériau élastique tel que du "LYCRA"®.
  11. Article chaussant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bord (15) constitue une partie d'un banderolage (4) de protection de la tige.
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un article chaussant selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à :
    fixer le système de serrage élastique (10) à plat sur la forme prédécoupée de tige,
    mettre en forme et assembler la tige,
    à coller la semelle externe (3).
